honestly and realistically, what are your opinions on whether this stocks jumps back down to .0001. I want to get in but history tells me to hold off cause Ill have a window at .0001. Is this for sure the takeoff? Personally, I dont think so. If im wrong I would appreciate your opionions. Thanks.

I don't think there'll be one single SURGE for QANT...I DO believe it will consistently build support, as we are seeing now, with more MMs coming on the bid, as more contracts come in - which i think is VERY likely to happen SOON.

I think you may not see .0001 for entry again, as they are apparently just begin to secure contracts, with more on the way. It all translates to more Revenue and higher pps. I say get in .0002 - may be your lowest price for some time. Posts: 323 | Registered: May 2004

I agree that .0001 is out of the equation again. 2 days in a row with solid news is not going to bring the stock down. Its looking good for a increase IMO. Ask getting hit and bids building. Good things for QANT

With more contract and a successful future test of their product, we may be sitting pretty in the future.

hey, i hold 2 million shares of qant. Got in at .0001 dec 30 my question is though, when we start to see thing go to .0004-.0006 range again. The reason i ask this is becuase it has gone from .0001-.0002 for 3 weeks now...

You probably wont see any drastic incrase until they announce one of their Tier 2 carriers or quite possibly there second Tier 1 carrier. Once the other 3 Carriers get signed on to qant thats when we will start to see a move of great significance followed by an even bigger move when they do 2 things
Release positive financials and pledge a NO R/S... once that happens look out ALICE BOOM ZOOM TO THE MOON!

Well, with volume on this stock so high, you at least know that you should be able to move your shares if you need out. With such high volume, you should expect the price to rise, or something.

Not much analyst work to be found, i have been watching it. It seems to have surfaced in April when it bought out Dimi Tel of the UK. DimiTel's products range from VoIP wholesale, billing systems to complex Virtual PABX. The company's platforms are commercially proven in multi-vendor operations, and are used with more than 20 leading telecom operators, calling card operators and partners. DimiTel currently operates 3 major POPs worldwide.
Also announced a possible 5 to 1 forward split in May but never have confirmed that. They claim to have had a good year in 2004, but can't find any numbers, also claim to have recently put out a newsletter with more info on the company but the link i found comes up bad. All the dd i've done seems to come up a typical pinkie, no surprise. At .0002 not a big risk, but to buy at that and have it sit, that's a couple a hundred bucks better spent on scos, all imo of course. I will post anything i can dig up.

pink slip stocks is actually a quotation service of over the counter stocks. Unlike stocks on the major exchanges these companies are not required to file many of the reports that large companies do. Very volatile and risky. The have come to this service for a reason, either they are new and aspiring to make it to the major markets or have been there and have been delisted to this status for some reason. Use caution, most of the threads you are now reading about on this under .10 board are pinks.

there are many I am sure. Some play short term, in and out with a certain % gain, or out with a certain % loss. Some play very well on spikes and dips, you can play some in and out many times. I was fortunate to get into QBID about a year ago and played it up and down for months making an incrdible profit but still holding a core of stock i still own. There is alot of ways to play the pinks, as a rule they don't always play well as long term, but some do. If i knew how to pick the ones that were good i could have retired by now. If your new to this you did the right thing coming to Allstocks, check around the home page for useful tips and links. Try paper trading a bunch of stocks you are reading about here and see how they act and how you would have done if you put your hard earned cash into them. ok off my soapbox for now. glty

2005-01-10 11:01:14 Quantech Announces Expansion of Office Tools
--------------------------
> DENVER and LONDON, Jan. 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quantech Electronics Corp. (Pink Sheets:QANT), through its wholly owned subsidiary DimiTel Ltd, today announced the completion of an add-on to its SOHO product, that allows central communication in office environment.
The add-on enables complete control of messages forwarding within the current organization PBX and email. For instance, voice messages left on a single user's extension is forwarded immediately to email address designated by the user as an attachment. Same goes to direct fax messages. User can easily configure and change the service settings from a simple intranet interface.
The differentiation of this product is that it is an integrated part of the PBX -- the office VoIP switchboard -- and not a stand-alone product.

Buying pinks is a huge waiting game but, at the same time you must get in at the right price. I just bought 50000000/shares at .0001 and I'll bet everyone of you out there that before 2006 arrives this little diamond in the rough will have hit at least .002 Any takers on that bet?
