Does Quantech have a website? I tried to find it yesterday and came up with nothing.
Also, does anyone know what the outstanding share count is at present?

It has been posted on this very thread many times... no R/S for QANT. Sure. Reading that is NOT doing DD. In fact, no amount of DD will give an answer to IF there will be an R/S. Guess what CEO at JRVR(now JRVC) said when it was sitting at .0005? Yes... that was quite funny when I lost my azz there.(my $2000 became just about $0... and my ego divorced me, and ran off!) Would you like to hear stories about the lying scumbag CEO at CDVJ/CSJJ and our heartwarming discussions together? Sure... DD is nice... But we're not talking about DD, are we? salemm.

salemm dont take this the wrong way but by that statement why invest in any stock for fear of an R/S.... seems to me by your track record that you shouldent invest in any stock since they seem to r/s on ya. So please dont invest in quantech i dont want to you put the kiss of death on it
i understand what your saying but all i can go by is what the CEO says and puts out in PR's and waht information we get out of European news articles. Other then thats its a Chance card hoping you dont get that 20% tax payment..

Don't be silly. It's a public forum. Thanks for replying... I appreciate just about ANY opinion, comment, etc... Yes, I went through 1 R/S some time back. Not fun. Of course, all we can go by is what CEO says. It goes without saying. We just can't be sure it's true. And yes, hope is all we got. And may I add.... I have GREAT hope for QANT... I wouldn't have bought in if I didn't. Kiss of death? Humm... that's sacrilege! I guess you're not a believer in the Money God who smiles upon me since 1997 when I started trading pennies. well guys if you read my messages on the technology aspect of the company on this board and dimitels board and then compare that to the PR's of what dimitel is doing you can see that this is a really good company IMNSHO and if they play there cards right it will be very profitable for all of us... im just in a steady (slowly but surely) accumulation mode. And also if you guys have any technological question ill be more then happy to answer... i try to keep up as much as i can on tech and most espcailly the VOIP realm now that im well vested in it:).....

I think I am going to buy a bit more of this stock. Voip is the next generation of communications; therefore, it could very well be a lucrative company. This endeavor to be lucrative however depends on contracts, good decision making and of course some luck. I think –intuitively anyway- this company quite possibly may encompass all three of these qualities IMHO. Good luck to all.

Agreed...they're positioning themselves nicely, and it's great to see QUANTECH sign an actual agreement to provide actual service! Establishing foothold in worldwide market - should start to see some nice revenue news coming. This .0001 bottom is a GIFT , in my humble opinion - I would buy and HOLD, cuz i really believe we will see breakout from this bottom in near-future.

Highway you're right it was my mistake. The correct sight is www.spintek.com.tr/ and then go to references. Their clients include Lufthansa, Citibank,etc. Sorry for the mistke, but regardless the company I belive will soon be on it's way up, provided the dilution stops, which looks like it has.
