Question, can anyone explain to me who makes the decisions at Qantech? Isn't Dimitel wholly owned by Qantech? Who's running the show in the States? These Maybe stupid questions but would appreciate some insight. Thanks!

I bought 30 mil at .0001. I think the products and services provided by this company are superior with a lower cost to boot. I believe this stock is a winner.

I'm going to be patient with this one, but I find it suspect that there has been such large volume yet the stock does not hit .0002. To me it signifies a whole lot of buying to go before it really goes up--because who the hell would sell at .0001, you can't go any lower! I bought in yesterday because I suspected that I was at the "high" end of the .0001 spectrum, but that is the problem, you never really know.

I, too, wonder about the high volume with no pps increase. Some of these micro caps have a good chance of increasing but get diluted to a point of no return. Pps should increase as the share supply decreases, but when shorted and/or diluted, this rule is null and void. I am optimistic that this will not happen and will trust the company will be proactive in preventing this.

this was posted on R/B this morning in response to the self proclaimed "savior" (basher) of QANT shareholders. I found it a good post. FWIW
To GoBucky,
I've read most of your statements, and although I do agree with some, others are plain old bash'n'trash.
Look, this is a pink-sheet company and as such, their disclosure of information to the investors is entirely their own business. Of course you would expect them to release information, but I would still expect them to disclose information that they want to disclose.
You see, that is one of the benefits of being a Pink-Sheet company and also one of the drawbacks. As a Pink-Sheeter you have to take that into your consideration when investing, and always invest when a chance that you would lose your investment. Most of these companies share volume is created by various Market Makers who buy at 0.00005 and sell at 0.0001 and show a 100% profit. There is more here than meets the eye, and most of the times, these companies aren't even aware of these issues - they issue the share capital, and the MM's do the rest.
Now, I'm confident that each of the posters here on this board has no more than 1-5 million shares in his/her hands, on a per investor basis. Taking into consideration the fact that their are about 60-80 people reading and posting here, I would say that the grand capital on this board is no more than 100-500$ per investor, with a total of 50,000$ tops of investment on the entire board. Now, do you believe that a company that is busy building itself up and busy selling will have time to answer your measly 200$ question - you want my answer: NO!
Take my advice here, stick to your stocks, sit tight, and you'll see that you will eventually make your mark on this one, I don't think so, I know so. Nir had posted a message on the DimiTel board that he was in London and was willing to talk. I met him for a pint of beer, and we talked at length. After my talk to him, I'm only more confident that this is the right investment after all. Now, I may be foolish, I may be optimistic or just a plain dreamer, but hey, that's who I am - but I still believe in this company.

I have to say this post is pretty accurate [even if a little too optimistic]. That said, I own about 2,500,000 shares, not because I think this stock is particularly good, but because it has a chance. In reality, I have, in my mind, already said goodbye to my $250 investment, and I hope 5 years from now I can look back and be glad I made the investment. This is not a traditional "day-trader" stock: no amount of pumping could put this stock through the roof over the short term, but, like many have said before, if it is truly a good company, it should make a run based on it being a good solid business.

That is likely because everyone that owns this has a limit order to sell at .0002--meaning, it will never really hit .0002, or at least not for any individuals who want to sell it. If everyone had their limit orders in at .0003, it would probably easily hit .0002, it would then never go to .0003. That said, I hold for the long-term, and once these "games" are over, this is one of the very few .0001, stocks that I will touch.

At 10:01:30 an order went through to buy 1,250,000 shares at .0002 (with a corresponding sell for that same volume right after). My point is who right now would pay .0002 for a stock that will immediately fall to .0001 as soon as you buy it? Until you see buys at 2,000,000,000 shares at .0002 (signifying a point where someone has enough confidence that it will hit .0003) this one will stay right where it is. In other words if you want to see the price jump to .0002 it is easy, just place an order at that price and buy it. If you want to sell at .0002, don't hold our breath, there are likely a few billion shares ahead of yours in the pecking order.

Your right cashmaker! My take on it is, just spend a minimum amount of money and get it at .0001. That way if it has a big run, your at least in on it, but you don't feel like your tying your funds up.

I think you are right cashmaker. I, too, am waiting for a good pr to increase the price.
I have two main investments: prrm and qant. I have around 3k in each so it is nice to see both go to .0002 since it doubles my investments.
I know I could loose it all today but it is worth the risk. Now selling these at .0002 will be impossible at this point but I am long anyway.
My family thinks I am a bit crazy but great risks recipricates great gains sometimes. I hope we will experience the gains, of course. Good luck to all.

Well, it does look like there hasn't been any dumping as of late. I guess the only .0001 trades are people being impatient and getting out.(hopefully) Calm before the storm? It's funny, I've been watching PRRM and it is acting just like QANT did a while back 2+bill in volume. We know that QANT was selling shares to get some cash, but everyone on PRRM say's NO WAY is the company selling shares. Was thinking of picking up some PRRM but I think I'll wait a little. 9 mill blocks of .0001 flying over there. Sound familiar???

Yeah, these are similar stocks...and both are money pits...but..it is like buying a lottery ticket (except with a little better odds)...you know you will probably lose, but if you win, it sure would be nice. My advice is to buy $100 bucks worth for now, later, if it looks more promising, buy some more. I frequently post about QANT, PRRM, and AXAI. Right now these are the only Micro-micro cap stocks i own and I rate them all the same..that said, my total investment in all three stocks is about $700 bucks and is less than 1% of my total portfolio. Have FUN.
