I filed a complaint against another company not to long ago. PWRM. The SEC actually contacted me regarding something about that company. Be smart people, don't you think SEC would have stepped in or sent out a press release if something was wrong with QBID! Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

If what he says is true about his complaint to SEC back in May,(which didn't happen) It has been 4 months now... More then enough time to check out a company and/or get a word out.

QBID is strong and you're a fool for listening to that guy.

1. Amazingly increased 12 times annual income out of the business inherited when 16.

2. Profitably operated and resold radio and TV stations when work in Salvage and Surplus
Dept. of Boeing.

I say this is a man tend to create GOLD out of TRASH.

Reason for delay is not known other then pricing plan for the channel.
