This is a question! where is decent entry point??? to be honest i am not able to figure this out with Q stock. watching closely technicals, staring at charts etc.
Despite two previous good ( in my honest opinion) press releases it seems like Q cannot overhelm down trend. We are riding down the slope for quite considerable amount of time.
i do expect in the near future --- programming details ( as stated in recent hotline message ) why they cannot release it to the press??? --- september- official pr that Q product is on the market and available for rcn customers --- september--- confirmation info on the rcn website with new Q channel details --- more carriers ( remember hotline message quoting that rcn is the beggining to nationwide coverage)
above keeps my strong faith in this stock.

He should never even had to seek shareholder opinion about whether or not to close the hotline. It must've been obvious to him. Obviously, he's never ever invested in the stock market as we all have, so he might not know how to run a public company.
This attitude reveals what perhaps went wrong last time -- years ago when this failed. It also draws attention to the possibility of it failing this time around. Add to this, the week came and went and there was neither advertizing/programming information releases; there is also no confidence that there will be any carriage contract announcement next week if one went by Frank's word and hope. In the meantime the PRs continue to be incomplete somehow, as one reads them they seem to hang up suddenly.
He needs to do more to get the pps higher. Daytraders have nothing to do with the fall. Because the fall has been steady and continuous. Obviously more and more investors are leaving this. Franks needs to hire a management professional to run this outfil. Under hime this will be no better than your family-run local Chinese take-out joint! Given these factors naked shorters feel emboldened that Franks can't get hsi act together to fight them, even if he has to.
A good start is gradually being bungled. If there is no news next week, I see this falling to the .003s by Friday next.

I agree .05 is about all that may happen anytime soon maybe next year with the first couple quarterly earning reports being decent and/or improving then maybe will be time for another jump and reporting to the sec would be a huge step in reassuring the investors everything is on the up and up. also landing another carrier would help greatly. as for reporting to the sec I dont think they will even consider that until they actually broadcast and generate some revenue but then yes I would expect them to start reporting.just my 2 cents worth probably overpriced at that lmao

I agree, we do need more carriers and SEC listing. There is a lack of confidence in the market in general--not just pinks.
Thanks anonymouslurker for the links. They are a great reminder of the progess we have made since February. Years ago, I had some involvement with a television program. The work in developing just one program is enormous. The logistics of an entire network is mindboggling. I think that we are at the right place and at the right time. We will be the one by which all others are judged. It has said that "Nothing Good Comes Easy". I've experienced a lot of truth in that saying.

I just cannot completely understand why people who were positive about qbid not long ago can flip flop and go negative on rumors when the solid press releases are what matters and yes a few years ago qbid did not make it to broadcasting but then they did not have a carrier annouce that they will be carried. the positive press releases are looking good the propaganda and rumors are destroying the pps chat rooms like raging bull and allstocks and some others carry alot of weight with new investors who dont realise that the majority of the time the people being negative are negative cause they are loosing a little money and the people being positive are positive because they are ahead a little money. now dont get Me wrong there are still quite a few traders on these boards that trade without emotions but trading should be boring and tedious not exciting or casuing anger or greed when these emotions come into play it causes anyone to not think rationally. not all that are positive are ahead money and not all are loosing money therefore negative but if one looks around for that pattern a 60 to 70% pattern emerges. yes I agree there hotline was not quite professional enough it was like a mom and pop chineese takeout but hey it is a mom and pop business this is the beginning we have a carrier confirmed not the best carrier in the usa but it is a carrier with alot of subscribers in some of the best areas. the hotline was created to give the investors a bit of a whats up look at what they were TRYING to accomplish and people panicked because they thought of it as fact like an official press release but in fact it was just a heads up of what they are working on. I enjoyed it I miss it but there are too many new investors out there that are prone to panic after listening to a negative post from someone they do not know personally but maybe they know from online. there are thousands of new investors out there that take everything they read whether its (true or not)to heart just cause they read it on one of the major boards. OK first thing you need to do is step out of the box and get a close look. So your pissed like everyone else about the STOCK PRICE. Heck Q is pissed at the stock price or they would not be asking investors to help out..
Now you need to ask yourself do I sell QBID because I'm pissed at the stock or the company..If you chose to sell because your mad at the stock price I think you are being very close minded..
Q is about to go public Sept. 1 Yes folks thats 1 month away. They have announced Their 1st contract with RCN and have recieved more funding but, the price keeps dropping..
Why is that. For those that have L2 have you seen the last two days that Nite and the other who are always selling are all sitting at .007 range (ASK). But, they have been busy buying every share they can at these low prices..
So before you sell you need to look at the PPS then step back and Just look at Q AND where Q will be in the next month. Last time Q aired in 2001 at the PPS was between .40 - .56 for several days before dish pulled out and sept 11 happened..
So do you sell because you are pissed at the PPS or the company that is your choice...
Now to Buy...
That also is up to you..I have been adding each pay check. I look at what Q has done since Jan/04 and then I look at the PPS..
I think the stock is being shorted by the MM's and I think all the investors who have been flipping this stock has killed the PPS. Not saying that if you have flipped it is a bad thing and you may even be playing with free shares thats great but, That has hurt the stock price also..
TO hold..THAT IS YOUR CHOICE ALSO..Look at THE GOOD, (Q) THE BAD (PPS) AND THE EVIL (BASHERS).
My thought on what is happening..
MM's are loading thier pockets for they have been doing their home work and know that investor are pissed at the PPS and that is why they trade back and forth to make people mad at the lowering of the PPS so they sell. People trade on emotion. Read several post on this Board and others. People are saying " I'm going to sell 1st thing in the morning". That is what I have been reading. That is also what the MM's have been reading. So they are going to sell because of the PPS But, not because of Q..That makes no sense to me. Does it to you.
MM's know that Q is going to air Sept 1 and they know the price was at .40...Yes I know the 1st time Q aired it had half the O/S. BUT the MM's know this if Q runs to .20 after the Launch look at the money they will make from the cheap shares they have been buying for the last 2 months..
Ask yourself why we have 30 MM's trading Q stock..If Q had no chance of making the MM's a boat load of money they would not be here loading ther pockets for the next run folks..
Don't be fooled by this GAME FOLKS AND YES IT IS A GAME AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT IT..
So to BUY, SELL OR HOLD..
I'm Holding and buying all the cheap shares I can each payday...
Patience folks for those that dont have it will be wishing they did very soon..
I think August is going to be a very good month but not compared to Sept...

I am not motivated to post anymore charts but charts are always good to look at. Maybe not with pinks but: The "Channel" formation looks like its a definete possibility especially if the nite has ask on .0077.
A price channel is a continuation pattern that slopes up or down and is bound by an upper and lower trendline. The upper trendline marks resistance and the lower trendline marks support. Price channels with negative slopes (down) are considered bearish and those with positive slopes (up) bullish. Because they keep lieing to there investors about carriers, launch dates, and advertisers. Its not just one time its many times over. I loved this stock at one time but got tired of the lies.

qnique Thank you for the last post. I am not a day trader. Just an investor. I have not sold any accumulation from my holdings. From my short existance with QBID and this board at Allstock I have learned much. The post you and many other reputable people have listed has given me more insight. Thanks and I appriciate the good DD insight and honesty.

I'm sorry if you want to do some DD you can figure out I am no MM. Been on this board for a long time and with this stock for a long time. I have done my DD thats why I said that. Also you can do a search and see I was very possitive on this stock until it started pulling the 2000-2001 stunts again.

I was only answering the question of why this stock price is down when someone asked. I'm sorry just fustrated about how they lead there investors on. They need to keep quiet. And I have done a lot of dd on this. I made a lot on this company and expected more when there earlier promises where unkept. I think other investors should know how they have told investor information that hasn't came true. Maybe it was not intentional but after repeated times it makes you wonder. I think its because it looks so much like the last time that many are getting scared and until something actually airs know one truly knows if its true.
I will still play this stock and hope for the best for everyone and really would like to see this company to make it. Just would like them to shut up. If they don't know something for a fact then don't release it or post it on the hotline.

Local family run Chinese take out joints are run better than QTelevision. This is for sure because these joints make money hand over fist. Otherwise the Chinese family would no longer be in business and you'd have to drive a few miles to get your take outs.

i think we are all suffering from the wanna get rich overnight disease---yes qbid has said things in the past and been late on them, but look we have a carrier and thats how things get started. now i know i have been wondering what the hell is going on many times and have thought this is just another failure attempt to launch but eventhough rcn is in chapter 11 they are still up and running--my suggestion to everyone who is worrying about this stock and complaining is quit, give it a little time and chill the **** out we don't go on the air until sept and you can bet that rcn and q television will have some press release's in the next month--if not then maybe worry a little bit until then, sit back relax grab a cold one and enjoy the ride

Yes, you are correct. Alot has happened in the last 6 months and we DO have 1 confimed contract. This is also a substantial demographic carrier.

Thanks, probably shouldn't have said anything but been at hospital last few weeks with wife and come back to this. Man my portfolio is killing me. No better then to stay away that long again. lol
