This is not good. The pr was good saying we got 1mill in backing. this hotline update means Frank dumped in 1 mill of his own. No one new has come to the table saying I believe in Q and Frank, heres a million. It's just more miss-direction from Frank the "I tanked the Q" Olsen!

So my 50k shares will get me 10k shares of FNRP for free, and then turn into 500k shares of GXXL.

GXXL seems to be getting business, but I can't find anything out about FNRP. However, it seemed like a decent lottery ticket.

Problem is, I noticed there are very few of the usual faces on that thread, and that worries me. Did you all pass on that one? Did I do yet another bad thing?

I am in GXXL also since yesterday....I got in at 0.0086...right now it is at 0.0070...Hopefully before the forward split it is above 0.01 cents.....

Currently, the Market Makers in these markets are charged with making orderly
markets, and with smoothing out trade flows in order to allow for the timely
execution of orders to purchase and sell stocks. To this end, they are allowed
by the SEC to sell shares that they do not own, in order to buy them when the
shares are more avilable a short time later. In theory, this makes for fluid,
orderly markets that do not have unusual price spikes or dips due to momentary
halts in the fluidity of the stock.

The practice of the Market Makers though, has abused this ability, and is
causing the loss of many investment dollars. The MM's (Market Makers), because
they can control both the flow and the price of a stock, have gotten into the
habit of running the price of a stock up, selling millions of naked shorted
shares to the public, then artifically forcing the price of a stock down in
order to cover their shorts at a heavy profit. To do this, they often force the
price of the stock up or down at times when the stock should not be moving in
the direction that they are forcing it. A good example of this is the stock for
the Aspen Group (Symbol: ASRG). ASRG is in the natural gas exploration and
sales industry. Recently, they announced record earnings that went up by more
than 600% from the previous year time period, and record profits that went up by
more than 100%. In the face of such incredable news, the stock was forced down
to less than half it's original value in less than !
three months, with nothing to cause this decline save for manipulation of the
stock price for the gain of the MM's. The stock price is declining in the face of heavy positive demand over supply for the stock.

A quick search of the OTC stocks will reveal many manipulative practices, some
of which include:

1) The stock requiring an extremely heavy volume on the buy side to be moved
up, but a volume of less than 1/10 in comparison on the sell side to be moved
down.

2) The stock price of a stock declining daily in the face of heavy buying
pressure.

3) The MM's creating artificial volume in a stock by trading amongst
themselves, but reporting these trades in the volume of the stock.

4) The stock price moving either up or down for no apparent reason.

5) Stocks that have millions of shares sold more than the parent company has
issued. (The MM's have naked shorted millions of shares out of thin air without
covering, creating an artifully depressed price in the stock.)

Currently the SEC does not have any rules in place to govern the amount,
reporting, or time limit of short selling by the MM's in the OTC markets. Given
this the MM's have free reign to manipulate a stock all they wish, without fear
of reprocussion. I personally have no problem with the MM's doing a small
amount of short selling in order to insure daily fluidity in trading, but I
believe that there should be laws or rules that state that they are not allowed
to keep a short position for a long period of time, in addition to rules
limiting the percentage of shares that the MM's can short, in addition to a
resonable set of reporting practices that allow the public to see the number of
current shares shorted in an individual stock. It is the ability to hold a
short for weeks or months that is leading to this predatory manipulation and
defrauding of millions of dollars from the hands of the small investor.

And I dought QBID is a fraud: Read.

Securities fraud

Securities fraud can be described as deceptive practices in the stock and commodity markets. Generally, securities fraud occurs when investors are enticed to part with their money based on untrue statements. Securities Fraud is illegal. Securities fraud may be committed by, among others, investors, employees of a brokerage houses, corporate executives or their shareholders, or by other market participants. Securities Fraud destroys our confidence in the securities and investments markets and casts doubt over investments into legitimate companies. Therefore, it is very important to identify and report these crimes. The FBI does not advocate citizens acting on their own to investigate criminal activity. Rather, we strongly encourage citizens to take action by notifying the FBI or other law enforcement agencies whenever they believe a crime may have occurred.

Examples of securities fraud:

Providing false information on a company financial statement.
Providing false information on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings.
Lying to the company auditors.
Insider trading.
Stock manipulation schemes.
Broker embezzlements.

The RSI is a big tool in momentum trading. The RSI can help you make some serious money, but be forewarned, it isn't a decision maker. Big surges and drops in stocks will effect the RSI, but it could just be a false buy or sell. The RSI is best used as a valuable compliment to your other stock picking tools.

The RSI ranges from 0 to 100, but a stock is considered overbought if it reaches the 70 level, meaning that you should consider selling. When it is a true bull market, an RSI of 80 might be a better level since stocks often trade at higher valuations. Likewise, if the RSI approaches 30, it is a strong buying indicator (20 in a strong bear market).

I usually buy when stocks are below 40RSI and sell when they reach 60

In short (1Big will transcribe, I'm sure) Q is debating whether or not to get rid of the hotline...Also, Susan says they are not dumping or selling shares, not diluting. They don't know why pps are so low, but they are not happy about it either.

Hope this helps until you get a chance to listen or read.

Anyone know how low this will go. This is 7 down days in a row. I got in at .0064 with a substantial investment and I am getting real trigger happy. I will hold a few more days and then thats it. Any guesses as to how low would help big time.

July 29, 2004 2nd UPDATE 2 min 05sec(est)

Hi this is the Q Hotline message for Thursday July 29th and this message will address contraversy about the hotline.

The hotline was created to answer shareholders most frequently asked questions and to keep our office lines free, We've recieved a lot of critism about it for many reasons including that the information incourages day trading by releasing to much advanced information.

Also we've not always been able to do what we planned to do or announced that we planned to do on the exact day. And this creates a loss of faith with shareholders, which is not our objective.

For this reason we've cut back on hotline messages and are considering doing away with the hotline alltogether. It was created for the shareholders and if its doing more harm then good then we do not want to continue it.

In the future when we have announcments to make, they will appear in press releases with no advance warning. When our programming schedule is complete, it will be posted on our website. As will any other minor information we want to make available to you.

Since the Hotline was created for our shareholders it is up to you whether you wish us to keep it or discontinue it. You can let us know by email to info@qtelevision.com

One other matter we wish to address today is the question about the current share price, which so many of you have emailed and called us about. We know you're dissappointed that it isn't higher, and so are we.

First of all we are not selling or dumping shares or doing anything to negatively effect the share price. Please understand that we do not control the market.

The best thing you can do to help the stock is buy while its low and drive the price up which will discourage the people who are shorting the market.

We dont have all the answers for you but we hope that this answers a lot of the questions that you raised in your emails to us.

Thank You for calling.

Hold those blinks longer. Go to sleep.

I GOT MY VOTE IN.

I personally want to keep it. It gives me a sense of securtiy. By the time another PR comes out people will sell. I need to know they are in meetings, when a pr is coming out, or a message like today..Shareholders need to hear something, especially from a start up company...

Once they are up and running and have subscribers, then maybe we wont,,but I say keep it for now.
