I got into this garbage at .014 and then averaged down to .01,that was when the hype was going,so I know I'm entitled to the free shares,I know they're worthless,but they're free,I'm out of chicago,

Have you ever talked to Bill Little the T/A? Well I have, he is the T/A for over 30 companies and his opinion of Cortdev is UNBiased, in my opinion, One statement he made was this; He has seen many CEO's and many companies come and go over the years, he says that if Cortdev was a scam he would not be putting their cash into hard assets of which they have three so far, one of which is an office condo that they paid 1 mil for, a hard asset that can also be used as collateral for a loan. If it was a scam they would be taking the cash and running.

«Au moment où je vous parle (mercredi dernier), je n’ai aucune indication que les médias soient invités», a précisé Mme Letarte. L’assemblée doit entre autre élire un nouveau conseil d’administration, actuellement présidé par Jacques Goyette, et adopter les règles générales.
Lorsqu’on demande pourquoi l’assemblée de l’organisme financé par la Ville de Longueuil – donc des deniers publics – n’est pas publique, Mme Letarte laisse entendre que la corporation était constituée d’un comité provisoire financé à l’aide d’un prêt bancaire, que la Ville n’aurait fait qu’endosser le prêt. L’organisme est donc autonome et rend des comptes à l’assemblée générale des membres.
Des pourparlers sont actuellement en cours pour déterminer la date précise d’une signature officielle entre DASH-L et le ministre des Transports, Jean Lapierre, qui sera faite en grande pompe à l’aéroport même.

No, doesn't really elaborate on why. Just that it will take place later in September at an undetermined date. DASH-L Meetings will be 'private', meaning, not open to the public. There will be a signing ceremony too. Just some kind of delay... but, reading between the lines, sounds like just a formality. You can imagine some goings on even though the 'official' ribbon-cutting has not occured yet. It IS a done deal though. Both DASH-L and Transport Canada have confirmed that for me, as well as Mr.Beaudoin, airport Director. The 'splash' in the newspaper headlines will be delayed, that's all.

So... just a little while ago, I call AC on his cell phone. He answers. I say "blah, blah, blah... is the airport project on the south side still going on?" He says, 'YES'... but could I just call him right back at the office number, at 1-514-288-9699. So, I call right back. No answer. Tried for the next 20 minutes... no answer. What a prlck! salemm.

...was just speaking to another guy who also spoke with him today. He was also told to call the office number. Anyway, AC says we were supposed to get a PR tomorrow... but now pushed back to next Tuesday. So says our fearless CEO! I agree! Man, I such a ninny...I almost bought 1 million the other day at 0006. But I talked myself out of it!! Another learning lesson, I suppose...
If you look at the chart back in the spring, you can see how low it was before it began the run to .01 and .02...Lots of similarities. Yes, I would love to get money back out of this, but I also bought more at 0015...so I'm set for a run. POTENTIAL HERE TO MAKE A FEW BUCKS!
AC definitely needs to be flogged a few times, but there is revenue potential here...potential to really do something big. If anything, I may start daytrading this baby!! Buy in cheap...make a little cash.

Salemm is over on the RB board... Andrea really isn't giving much info on the news.. just said "The top will be blown open on Tuesday." Now this Andrea who said this, so who knows.
I would expect Airport news (leasing), maybe more info on buyback?? Could have new acquistion info.. I am not sure.. but we are .0012 up 100% with almost 30million traded!
