He isn't complaining he is voicing his opinion.. Many of us have been here since Feb., you could say it is bad investing or a CEO who has not been completely honest in doing what he says he is going to. I have averaged down 9 times on this stock because of PRs that overpromised, underdelivered. I still believe if Andrea pulls his head out of his a** we have a chance of making it back to .01+.

Now when you have facts to back up your price predictions, and have provided some kind of DD.. then come argue with the stucks of CDVJ.

Hey did it hit 0009!!! Darn. If I'd bought 1 mill at 0006, could of made a few bucks back...need to recover from TSBB.

Please lets dont start a new "CDVJ- All our woes have ended" post yet. I really really hope it picks up but i dont know. The buyback would still be going on and therefore the pps might not rise much. Atleast not enough for us to break even.
How about we all post our break even price for fun?
mine is 0.0045

Okay--did all the number crunching and I need to hit .0057 to break even--including all the transaction fees. Now, if I buy another 250000 at .0006...my break even mark is at .0031! Course I also think that if I took my remaining 600 dollars and bought a million shares...could make a little back piece by piece...makes me nervous though. Thoughts?

Just wanted to add that we can zoom to 0031...with a solid pr! CDVJ moves quick...so think it could happen. Just depends on Andrea and concrete airport news. Thinking this news will come soon...so I may just hang tight and see what the next week or two brings. Wait and see.

if u buy at 0.0006, it will surely go to 0.0001 hehehe

Sarki - Get a Life! Put some fact where that mouth is. You have said NOTHING of any substance or value here - nor have you EVER offered any DD, other that you "heard from a friend, who heard from HIS friend, who heard from HER friend" that the sky is up!

Either put up or pipe down.

Ya know, it looks like people are scared to buy at the ask at .0009. Trying to decide if should average down again, probably shouldn't.. but will at least to see some volume.

I was thinking about calling Andrea.. I doubt it will help anything he will probably just lie to me, but if you have any questions you want asked let me know..

I was just going over CortDev's website, and came across this under About CortDev:

CortDev, Inc. (CDVJ: Pink Sheets) is a publicly-traded real estate development company, with interests in Canada and the US. CortDev Inc. was originally privately incorporated as a Canadian federal incorporation on September 5th, 2003 as 6135919 Canada Inc. It was incorporated under the legal name of Developpements Cortdev and its corporate office is 6525 DeCarie Blvd. Suite 208, Montreal, PQ. CortDev, Inc. went public on February 9 th, 2004 when it merged into a public company. CortDev Inc.’s goal is to turn a profit by the fourth quarter of 2005.

With respect to the St. Hubert Airport project , negotiations are in progress with numerous tenants (e.g. conference organizers and hospitality companies) and aviation-related businesses. The gross amount of these contracts is estimated to be over $3 million.

CortDev Inc. projects revenues of approximately $3.5 million in 2004 and $7.5 million in 2005, by which time it expects to be profitable. CortDev Inc. is also in negotiations to acquire interests in several private technology companies. These acquisitions will be merged into CDVJ’s wholly-owned, Coastal Holdings, Inc. (CSJJ: Pink Sheets).

So my question is, how far along are we on that $3.5 million this year? I need updates!

I believe Love the Market also brought this up before: the pricing analyst report for CSJJ.. when they put the PR out saying CSJJ should be priced around .42, when is CDVJ going to get that treatment?

I just wish Andrea would get on the ball so I could quit working.. LOL!

Hey sunny!

I have a buy in @ .0008, so I can average down a bit. I'm fighting the urge to chase it to .0009. You KNOW if I do, it'll tank to .0006.

Hey Wisum, I put in a buy order for another 250000 at 0007. May drop it to 0006...but keep telling myself not to buy right now...no chasing stocks ALLOWED!!! (laugh) If this additional 250,000 shares goes through at 0007, and combined with my other CDVJ shares....if we hit .25 like Sarki says, then I'll make $130,000!!! That would pay for my hospital stay from the breakdown I would experience if it hits .25!! (laugh)

P.S. $130,000 is the equivalent to about 3 1/2 years of teaching for me. Stop! Stop now...getting my hopes up...Sarki, you're killing me (lol)

There are no rules in stocks. I've learned that. This stock can go up big time any given day. The CEO stated it in the PR that the price of CDVJ right now under value for a company that has a bright future. REMEMBER THAT!!!! Good PR stock goes down?????? why????? That leads me to believe that the company wants to buy shares at a low price before it starts to go up. THAT'S SMART BUSINESS AND THAT'S HOW YOU MAKE MONEY!!!!!

ANDREA THE CEO IS DOING JUST THAT.

YOU HEARD IT FROM ME THAT .25 BY END OF THE YEAR.

Sarki you are STILL professing .25 a share by Christmas - and you STILL have offered NO concrete reason WHY! That makes you a pumper. And pumpers are almost worse than bashers.

And this CEO is NOT takng care of business. Just the opposite. He lies through his eye teeth. WE have DONE our DD and KNOW that HE still doesn't even know WTF he wants to do at the airport - and it's August 17th. DASH-L steps in in only 2 weeks. Call M. Beaudoin at the airport yourself and you'll see for yourself. Anyone who has been STUCK here since March or longer KNOWS that first hand.

Read my lips: There is NO share buyback. Prove there is and I will eat my worthless CSJJ shares! This is AC's THIRD go-around since March with the share buyback lie.

You sound like a young kid still wet behind the ears looking for attention.

And that's NOT to knock the LOTS of young kids here - both in High School and College, my own sons included. Some are VERY knowledgeable and share their views INTELLIGENTLY with SOME FACTS to BACK IT UP, unlike You, who just likes to throw that .25 figure around for some reason. Some others have had to be put in their place for spouting off when they've first joined at people who have helped many, and are knowledgeable and well respected here.

And I KNOW first-hand a stock can go from nowhere and run like hell. I was in the NEOM, UVCL and IDNW, PGHI and IBZT runs. And UVCL did it on NO news, no nothing - .01 to .173 in 4 days. THAT's the only thing keeping a lot of us holding ANY hope for this POS - that some day the MMs will let it run for "WHATEVER" reason.

So "Show us WHY" you keep pushing .25 by Christmas. I won't complain if it gets there and I'm still holding. I'll take my $175,000 as "aggrevation pay".

If CDVJ would continue racking up all the way to .0052 then I could atleast sell at a break even point and I'd be happy. I was kind of wondering, if the company is going to do a stock buyback, why wouldn't they have done it at the low prices that the stock just hit, it certainly would be cheaper for them to do this. Another question that I have is, when the stock buyback does begin, will the MM's or the company CDVJ, find a way to drive the price of the stock back down so they can buy back the shares on the cheap? Would this be a legal or kosher move, and can this be done. Just wondering. Take care everyone.

P.S. I had originally bought 500000 shares of PAVP back in March of this year at .0052. If I would have been smart, I could have made about $800 the first day after I had just bought it, but thought that I'd be smarter and hold on to it until it went to one of the previous highs. I guess a lot of us at the time were mistaken for what the future would hold. Oh well, that's just my two cents, Cya Later for now.

Shadow, happy to oblige and entertain you! LOL ;-)

Even though no trades yet this morning, at least the B/A is still .0008 x .001

Asks are thin on Level II - We COULD plow right through them! (Don't say it will happen when pigs fly, because Pigs DO fly!
Here's PROOF! (Take THAT Sarki - LOL)! ;-)

When Pigs Fly
by Candy B. Harrington
From eBility.com, November 2000
©2000 Candy B. Harrington

US Air Flight 107 seemed like a routine flight on Oct. 17, 2000; that is, until the first class passengers boarded the aircraft. That's when two women, accompanied by a 300 pound pig, boarded the flight. Well, it wasn't exactly that simple, as one witness claims, "It took four people to wheel it in, past security and to the gate. And they were struggling."

According to US Air officials, the women claimed that the animal was a therapeutic service animal. Apparently US Air bought this story, as the plane took off with porky sitting at the passenger's feet, in the first class cabin. Well, to be technically correct, I'm told the pig actually overflowed into the aisle.

OK, let's get this straight, I have nothing against pigs. In fact, I understand they make wonderful pets. However, I just find this whole incident incredulous. I know people who have been ejected from fast food restaurants because of their service dogs; yet these women managed to get a 300 pound porker on board an airplane, in the first class cabin, no less!

Unfortunately the community at large is pretty ignorant when it comes to service animals. The general assumption is that, only people who are blind have service animals (ie: "seeing eye dogs"). Of course we know that's not true, as many service dogs help their owners pick up objects, pull wheelchairs, and turn lights on and off (among other things). These animals are not pets, and they are highly trained to perform their duties. They are also very obedient. Even when the world seems to be going to hell in a handbasket, a properly trained service animal sits obediently at his owner's side.

Contrast that to the behavior of the flying pig that reportedly "ran loose through the aircraft, squealed loudly and tried to enter the cockpit." Apparently this happened after landing, while the Boeing 757 was taxing to the gate at Seattle-Tacoma airport. According to first hand reports, the pig took refuge in the food galley, where it refused to budge. Finally, someone lured the pig from the galley with food. The two female owners could not control the beast, and it reportedly defecated on the jetway after exiting the aircraft. Not exactly what I would consider a highly trained service animal!!

Now, it's not that I don't understand the owner's sentimental attachment to her pig; however I would hardly classify it as a service animal. Under the Air Carriers Access Act (ACAA), service animals are defined as "being trained to perform specific functions". True, the woman did have a statement form her doctor stating that the pig was a "therapeutic animal"; however, according to the ACAA, the animal is still required to behave appropriately on board the aircraft Obviously it did not.

Furthermore, incidents like this tend to take away from the credibility of people who do travel with properly trained service animals, and who do need appropriate accommodations. So for future reference, I'd like to remind US Air (and other airlines) that a 300 pound pig will probably not behave appropriately on board your aircraft. Do not board it!! And for those of you who are thinking of flying with your 300 pound pigs, well, don't do it. It only makes things harder for the rest of the community. As it is, thanks to this incident, travelers with service animals will most likely face tighter scrutiny by the airlines. And believe me, that's a scrutiny they really don't need!!

Sunny - I have order in for 1.3 million at .0003 - I figure what's another $400 to get my average down to .002. If it DOES get there and I get filled - I know I may lose it all or be sitting here a lot longer. But hey - it's going on 6 months now anyway!

Steve

PS: I'd rather just see it run up to .005 or more from this point.......and get out as soon as it starts dropping

[Wondering if I should keep my order for more shares at 0006. [/B][/QUOTE]

Too bad we all didn't buy IVOC this morning! Up over 100% now. If THEY can do it, WE can do it. Ooooops - I forgot - they have a REAL DEAL with IBM. Then WHY did they close at .0011 yesterday? This market just gets more weird this summer.

If I get out of this jamb - I think I'm ONLY gonna daytrade or VERY SHORT term trade the pennies.....and Options. I don't trust the market at ALL any more.
