And then there were 3!!! ;-)

Damn - if I had been quick enough to sell at .002 - and re-bought at .0014 even, I'd now have 1,240,000 instead of 880,000 - that would have been 360,000 for free and further lowered my average to .0026

Oh well, we know how the spilt milk goes....

Hey you...three...I intend to trade this baby when it drops more....buy really low and hang on...average down more...I must tell you that while I was a bit disappointed about not hearing about the airport, the new projects do sound interesting and profitable. And there will be more press releases by the sounds of this one. So, not worried. Know I'll get money back on this one.

More importantly, Love the Market, take care!

After holding this for 6 months, and seeing today's BS PR where NOTHING in it can be verified, my honest feelings haven't changed much.......... To whoever is left - this is how I feel and WHY (Sarki - WHY means 'giving a REASON for a statement or a happening').

MANY of us still STUCK here bought this stock EXACTLY 6 months ago today - March 9th - based on a ROCK SOLID Airport Project. (Some have averaged down MANY times - just to come up with a lower "Escape Route"). NOT doggy patches, or Retractable Syringes (Right from the movie "Boiler Room" - this AC lying basturd isn't even ORIGINAL), Digitalus or the like. We have been lied to over and over. I have personally talked to AC and heard his BS and lies with my own ears. I posted everything he told me last April or May. NONE of it EVER came true.

Seems like he took our money in PAVP, then sold us out to go Globe Trotting for CSJJ. He has completely ignored CDVJ - not that there is anything there to ignore - and concentrated on his "$48 a share in 4 years" company. I almost PUKED when I saw that asnine POS 'Paid For' PR the other day.

We also did not buy PAVP to own a piece of an apartment house in West Virginia, a piece of Paris (the country - NOT Hilton, don't get too excited! LOL), or 10 to 15 Oil Wells in Trinidad, Colorado. If I wanted to gamble on oil wells - I would have bought CMKM last year. (And would have done 10 times better - even with their Gazillion Trillion Bazillion shares. And HONESTLY - I NEVER, EVER, EVER considered buying CMKM. I thought it was more of a scam than even THIS turned out to be - but look what happened. On other threads here - many of us used to kid around and call it (CMKM - now CMKX) 'the Lottery stock' because we believed you had a better chance of winning a million dollar lottery than that thing ever hitting. Surprise, Surprise, Surprise Gomer! (Oooops - that's for the apartment people in West Virginia)! To this very day I can't believe they didn't do a RS. Of course if AC does - we just kiss the rest of our money goodbye.

I will say that I have NEVER believed AC would EVER buy back 1 share. I still feel he NEVER will. Why would he? (Unless he sold at .015 and buys back at .0005 - .0006 WITH MORE OF OUR MONEY to screw us some more when he sells it again for 100-200% or more PROFIT).

I asked him right to his face last May why he was biting off more than he could chew - Why didn't he do ONE Thing right - and THEN start another project. He told me he could handle it. I told him I doubt it. That was the SAME day he told me "It's down to 2 people to become the Project Manager for the Airport project - and that he'd still be breaking ground by June.

All in all I'd say he is an EVIL man, a LIAR, a THIEF. A typical Con-Man. I almost wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt about him stealing all the money from the parents of the school kids at his 2 "schools" - because we only knew one side of the story - what we were reading in old newspaper articles. But a schithead who would steal from families - and leave them 'out in the cold' with no place for their children to go - and have to hire daycare or stay home from work to care for the kids........ THAT kind of schithead would steal from his own mother.....and I'm sure he has.

He WILL get his in the end. Sooner than later I hope.

THESE are the REASONS many, many of us are so pissed at this guy. If we bought stock in a company that was a decent company - and the stock dropped - that's one thing.

But we were LIED TO, and CONNED - by a guy who had NOTHING. No company, No game plan and No reputation (Well - he has a reputation all right - as a Con Man - nothing good). And NO INTENTION of doing ANYTHING to form successful businesses. Pinky Land lets these scum bags get away with this crap. I couldn't do it to people for money. I didn't like the idea that some people would have to lose this week for me to win - because I KNEW any spike in price would be short-lived; unless he had REALLY changed. (I just didn't think there'd only be a 15 minute window to get out anywhere over .0017). If it was a legit company, Like EBay or Taser, then EVERYONE could win. Those 2 Stocks just keep going up up up and make everyone money - like a GOOD co. SHOULD.

His parents must be so proud.

Good luck to you all. I will NOT sell at a loss - I will try to trade my way to even. So don't say - "Well if you don't like it - sell". Or I'll lose it all. It doesn't matter to me much money wise - It's the principle. I only have $3,250 here (Started as $1,420 for 100,000 at .0142 March 9th - should have gotten RIGHT out that week when I could have. But he kept telling us how GREAT the Airport was going to be). My average is .0037 now because I bought more yesterday at .0014. IMAGINE THAT! THAT portion was up 50% for like 2 minutes today - and finished in the red like my other 700,000 shares! Go CDVJ! Re-STUCK!

If this offends anyone - I'm sorry. But it's the truth.

Steve

PS - If I have time I plan on calling the SOB tomorrow morning and being quite blunt. If I get him - I'll post whatever new lies he spews out here for your perusal. If I don't call him tomorrow - I may not have phone service or power MOnday or Tuesday or whenever Ivan decides to be Terrible! ;-)

Well I took a hit today, more so than I ever wanted to take.. $3000+.. This guy is a snake, and I would have held on like I have for the last 6 months, but I just couldn't do it anymore. I have never actually called a CEO until this guy, and I will give you the whole 1 minute conversation!

"this is andrea"
"yes my name is chris garrison from dallas, tx, I am an investor in CDVJ, and have heard some interesting things on the internet so I wanted to ask you a few questions.."
"okay"
"i am excited about our new projects, but is there any plan to release info about the buyback, or OTC status?"
"yes will put out tomorrow how good we are doing as company with buyback.. and info on otc"
"thanks for everything"
"you take care"

He actually told me to take care, while lying to me.. I have read about him lying to people, but always believed there was some misunderstanding. I was wrong. I waited 6 months for this stock, I believed in it.. all it took was that lie for me to sell today, and I won't look back. I do think that money will be made on this stock, but I won't deal with it, because of Andrea!! Sunny, Steve, Salemm, Bloody, whoever stays in, I do wish you all the luck, but this azzhole sucks!
Anyways good luck, and if you need anything I will be around!!

Sunny?? time to come back to QBID??? LOL!

Good Luck,

Chris

i was THIS close to selling it at 0.002. I was thinking of putting that money into PRRM which seems like an easy double sooner or later. I saw the PPS increasing, then i thought ill wait a while. got busy with work and checked during lunch time(pacific time) and saw it was down to 0.0014. I was like "**** im screwed". wasnt too disappointed though. Used to it now. CDVJ has really been a long ride. But to tell you the truth, i've waited for 6 months, i dont mind waiting a bit longer.(unless a good opportunity comes again!)

maybe this company does have potential. maybe it will do good...we'll see. If the company is really into doing things that it says it does, we'll see a rise by the end of the year hopefully. Damn if it does goto 0.25 i make $42,000 !!

AC kept more solid news from us. I don't know why, maybe someone wants more cheap shares.

Let's keep an eye on the volume. It is more like accumulating than distributing.

good luck!

Chario-

He gave us 3 statements that we CAN'T verify. No names, No financial numbers - NOTHING - which is also what I think our volume will be back down to today or next week.

I think this SOB took away the last bit of hope anyone could have had with that BS PR yesterday.

Good Luck

PS: Chris - good luck in all your future trades! It's not the end of the world. These 3 hurricanes coming to FL in only a month's time shows us how trite all this is in the grand scheme of things.

Hey everyone---I've held this one for a long time...don't mind holding longer. I am going to take advantage of the fact that this thing dips low and does move. Money to be made on little trades...Think old AC will continue putting out press releases...and I will use them to get $$$ back out.

Everyone take care...Spyder...you getting any rain up there in Dallas? I'm in Central TX...not any here in a long time!

Hey LovetheMarket,
We just got the tail end of hurricane Frances yesterday, here in Ottawa.
135 milimeters of rain... non stop for some 36 hours.
Everybody was miserable as Hell... flooding, etc...
but everyone was also saying: thank God that's the worst we get here.... just no comparison to your part of the world.
Is that true about the 4 mile-long train?
That's amazing!
salemm.

Good Morning Salemm -

I SAW that on the late news last night - that the remnants of Frances were wreaking havoc on Montreal and Toronto! INCREDIBLE how these weather systems work.

Yeah - the slowwwwwwwww choo choo train had all SORTS of supplies on it. But why would they want to tie up traffic that long - they could have had 4 - one mile trains so you only had to wait 13 1/2 minutes at the RR Xing!! LOL same difference I guess.

It's VERY touch and go down here right now waiting to see which path Ivan takes to be Terrible! It's CRAZY - it's like EVERY TV station has been in "Hurricane Mode" around the clock for about 10 days straight. Well -there was a little break Tuesday and Wednesday. But NOW??? 24 hours a day again. THere's one of those "crawlers" at the bottom of the TV screen that says if people want to watch their Soap Operas - or Dr. Phil or Oprah - they can watch them starting at 2am!!!

HAve a good weekend!

Take care bud!

Whoa - someone 'bought 2000 shares at the open for .0014 at ask! Whoooooop Peeeeeee! LOL

Look at today's volume - putrid - but what I expected.

Off topic, but could come in handy:

New AmericaGripes.com Seeks to Become America's Displeasure Expression Depot

SEMINOLE, Fla., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- AmericaGripes.com marries the
Internet with traditional postal delivery to create a light-hearted service
for everyone who has something to gripe about and someone to gripe to.
Unlike standard gripe sites, which simply give people the opportunity to
post a complaint and hope that someone takes notice, AmericaGripes.com allows
users to send a personalized "Gripe-O-Gram" to loved ones, not-so-loved ones,
in-laws, bosses, fellow employees, friends, acquaintances and even neighbors.(Don't forget bashers and CEOs)
The gripe can be anonymous and the service is intended as a humorous way for
people to let off a little steam.
With just a few clicks of the mouse, visitors to the site can create and
send an individualized "proclamation of displeasure" that's as potent,
personal and private as they please.
And while the "Gripe-O-Gram" is created online by the user, it is
delivered via traditional "snail-mail," giving the recipient a very "official"
looking document they can actually hold in their hands.
"We're different. We're person-to-person, we're interactive and we're fun!
We are not where you go to rant about government bureaucracy, big business or
products and services," says Bill Costello, the site's co-founder.
According to Costello, there are a couple of reasons for using traditional
mail to deliver the end product, as opposed to using a purely electronic
format.
"We knew that viruses on the Internet had created a fear of attachments,"
he says. "We also recognized that many computers wouldn't accurately display
the format and fonts we needed and would simply default to those they were set
up to accept. Online delivery simply couldn't guarantee a consistent standard.
More importantly, however, we wanted the product to be a keepsake or
conversation piece suitable for framing -- something you could hold in your
hands, hang on the wall, or pass around at parties. We also knew it would make
a terrific gag gift."
Pricing starts at $14.95, and users can access the service simply by
visiting http://www.AmericaGripes.com .
"We want to become THE vehicle for expressing personal displeasure," says
Bill Henry, the other co-founder. "We want to be the go to site for all of
America's person-to-person gripes and complaints!"

WoW - If you didn't know this stock like we do - you would think lots of people were making money with the spread of .0012 to .0022 yesterday and .0009 to .0014 today. Of course. WE know you can buy at the bid or sell at the ask most of the time on this stock.............

Have a good weekend all and to all my fellow FLoridiana and anyone in Jamaica or anywhere else in harm's way - God Bless and Keep us ALL!

I forgot to mention earlier - I tried AC about 1/2 dozens times or so this afternoon, but he never answered his phones (I called BOTH numbers).

After that PR yesterday, he must be hiding from us. I tried with AND withOUT using *67 - cuz frankly I don't care if he knows it's me saying what I'm going to say to him if I don't like his answers.

Take care this weekend.

Hi Sunny -

Taking down the hurricane shutters! First time in a MONTH we don't have one heading our way!

I see something else is being taken down this morning too - 33 1/3%

I sold just before the bell Friday and put a buy order in at .0005 to more than double what I had with THEIR MONEY. (Well - actually mine because I have over $3,250 invested here). I'm going to just trade this thing from now on and if it runs while I'm out - so be it. I'm sure it would come back to papa eventually anyway. My son didn't sell - so I hope it runs for him and you guys - but with ALL our luck - it may sit and we can all go crazy another 6 months. Then again - you and me may get our .0005 fills today or tomorrow the way it's dropping. Hope we get filled and then it runs to .002 AGAIN on more AC BS - because my average will be like .0017 or below!

Time to go take down a few more shutters.....

Good luck,
Steve

I put in a buy order for 0005 for 1 million shares. Will (hope) play the little moves up to .0007 -- .001...But first I need to get my order filled! (Wishing myself good luck on this one and I should probably make the sign of the CROSS with Holy Water ))

Love, hope you and all the others in FL are doing alright.

I'm still here. I think investors are just waiting on the follow press releases that AC mentioned in his last one.

You're not alone!

I still have a buy order in for 0005. If I think it will drop to 0004, then I will move the buy order...Fingers crossed.

Sunny - it was a sell because the BA at the time was .0006 x .0008

Now it's .0005 x .0006 - Are you making your move? Personally I'm waiting for .0004-.0005

Hey Salemm! Nice to see you back - not that there's been any action on this thread in 4 days! (Gee = I wonder why)? LOL

Good luck to us all.......

Love, thank you for letting me know....

I don't know...just cancelled my order...think this will drop to 0004? It did last time and didn't stay there long...I wonder if any buys went through when it did this?

Do you know? Trying to think this next buy through...

Sunny - the difference between .0005 or .0006 on a million shares is only $100

If I was buying in for the FIRST time (LOL) I could buy almost 6 million at .0006!

So if you want to wait and hope it hits .0004, you'd "save" $100 (Unless it ran to .002)! ;-) Good luck

this is NOTHING but gambling in the pennies
