CortDev, Inc. Plans Major Expansion of Operations and Asset Base

(CDVJ: Pink Sheets) is pleased to announce that it is planning to significantly expand its level of operations and asset base in the US and abroad. The Company is currently in negotiations to acquire an interest in three additional major projects: (1) Rights to 10-15 oil wells in Colorado; (2) A multi-million dollar residential development project in West Virginia; and (3) A 10% stake in a large residential property in Paris, France. Hey there..had to go grab lunch and a large COKE!!!
News sounds promising...between this and CSJJ--AC must be sitting financially pretty, so to speak. Thinking we could see CDVJ rise to 003-005 between now and Thursday. Look what CSJJ did this morning...inched its way up to 0045!! Excellent...

Spyder and Salemm...this is how it went up in the Spring...one press release at a time...and we have more projects NOW!! This should be good. I could actually get rid of 200,000 right now...make a decent profit...thinking I'll hold till Thursday...who knows, if we dip, I will buy more. I smell GREEEN!

off topic...sorry Salemm--- ato answer your question (lol) QTN (QBID) is about to air with RCN in the northeast. There was a technical problem this weekend, so airing date was pushed back by a few days...just waiting for news about that and new carrier....you know, the ususual hurry up and wait game ...but, I have alot of QBID right now.
And look at our CDVJ...holding at 0016. So proud...bet it will be at 0025-003 come Thursday. Remember, this one can run quickly, so if you want to sell, plug in Sell orders...(just a friendly reminder...learned the hard way...lol)

Sunny I told you that CDVJ will be a good stock to own. They have other deals in the works. I told you guys that in previous posts. All you guys tell me to back it up.
Question Sunny???? How did I know about the other deals????? Why do I keep saying .25 by christmas. There is a reason for all this.

The playin' should go on through Thursday, AT LEAST. As per PR, we get details on Thursday. Nothing like solid numbers... Chance to play it once or twice by then. Not to mention CSJJ, CDVJ's subsiduary. 76mil volume on CDVJ today... and 88mil on CSJJ. Record breakers when you consider our recent past! salemm.

Hey! Guess what! I just called our favorite CEO... I grilled him about tomorrow's PR (because a 'no-show' would really decimate us. He said: "There will absolutely be a PR tomorrow... I bet my balls on it!" No joke. He said that. He said it will give exciting details on the 3 projects mentioned yesterday and some exciting details on St-Hubert.Garanteed!! I asked if there was ANY... really A-N-Y chance the PR would be delayed... or whatever. He said ABSOLUTELY NOT! We will be supremely happy tomorrow!!
So... I'm pumped as all HELL!!! Let's go CDVJ!!!!! salemm.
Hopefully this PR does blow the top off of this thing.. just hoping he also brings up buyback status and moving to the OTC, cause that sure would help!

yeah... you're right. OTC and buyback would really be nice to hear about. Completely forgot to ask about that. My only concern was the promised PR. salemm. Of course... you could call him too! Believe it or NOT - I just bought another 180000 at .0014 a little while ago. I DO however plan on being out of this within the next 48 hours - or I'm hoping to anyway - on MY terms! Avg. now .0037 (If I bought those shares at .0007 last week - I would have gotten 360,000 - and my Avg. would be .003006 - oh well - better than the .0044 or so I was at. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I just hope this tunnel doesn't collapse on us and give us the Shaft! Again........

I am at an average of .0025, I have no idea what my exit point is, trying to decide. I would sure like to use this money to go to the Cayman Islands soon!!

I am back guys!!!!! I just wanted to say that this stock was a good stock. I knew it and all you guys yelled at me. It's okay. My friend was right about this stock. I told you I have friends that work on the floor of the market and they told me it will be .25 a share by christmas time and they will be right.
