Sunny - I really feel AC used all of US to fund his CSJJ with the money he raised BSing us with all the PAVP/CDVJ PRs. I don't think he even CARES about an airport project, all jmo. It scares me to still be holding this thing - but it will either make me a lot of money, or I go down with the ship. I like the 'lot of money' scenario beter!

If these were "REAL" companies - the actions of 1 WOULD affect the pps of the other. But we're in pinkyland - Not KAnsas!

HAve a nice day,
Steve

ANOTHER PR for CSJJ - What is this SOB doing? Here it is. It's mostly a rehash of yesterday, PLUS adding what a GREAT entrepreneur Cortellazzi is! LOL THis is REALLY piszing me off. I wish he'd just take care of CDVJ business, which is WHAT WE BOUGHT.

MAYBE he'll learn TODAY if that thing's pps drops like it did yesterday, that if he doesn't take care of the 1st company, the 2nd will NOT be successful either. People aren't stupid - unless he's hoping a whole new batch of newbies will buy CSJJ without any DD.........

HOUSTON, July 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Coastal Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSJJ)
today released a report on their Company prepared by Market Advisors Research.
The complete, unedited text of that report is as follows.

COASTAL HOLDINGS,INC. (CSJJ.PK)

Stock Symbol- CSJJ.PK
Shares- 80,000,000
Float- 35,000,000
Recent price- $0.0035
Short term price- $0.4275
Web Site- www.coastalholdings.com
Investor Relations- 647-886-2703

NEWS FLASH: Coastal Holdings, Inc. signed a draft investment agreement to
purchase a significant equity interest in BioSight Ltd - an Israel-based biotech
company committed to redefine the way medicines are targeted and delivered.
BioSight has already filed several worldwide patents to protect its S2DOT(tm)
(Seek to Destroy Only Target) proprietary technology and has R&D
collaborations with several academic and medical institutions. The Company is
seeking funds in order to enable it to expand the development process and
specifically to complete Phase II clinical trials. The market for drug delivery
has been growing rapidly with a $40 billion forecast this year and is expected
to grow to $70 billion by 2005, with BioSight Ltd. leading the way in the next
generation of targeted therapies.

Investment Highlights

-- Coastal Holdings, Inc. is fueling its growth by an
aggressive acquisition strategy

-- The U.S. biotechnology industry employs over 191,000 people
and market-cap of these firms has exceeded $212 billion

-- Unique scientific and technological advances are being made

Coastal Holdings, Inc. was formed to become a viable holding company that will
invest in leading edge and innovative technologies in the biotechnology sector.
Companies that possess a competitive advantage in intellectual property and
patents as well as licenses are what the company seeks to build on and thus
creating shareholder value. Coastal Holdings is currently in merger and
acquisition negotiations with various private technology companies and
disclosure of these investments will be forthcoming upon completion of the due
diligence process. More often than not the complexity of the problems we face
today, whether these are technology or business related, requires solutions that
combine techniques from various disciplines. Coastal Holdings, Inc. seeks to
provide a private company that it invests in with tremendous exposure to the
U.S. and international investment community as well.

The company is in the process of completing the acquisition of a stake in two
revolutionary Israeli biotechnology firms that will make a shift in the paradigm
of their respective fields. The advanced biotechnologies of both companies will
be a giant step forward in benefiting and protecting mankind. The initial
figures for this investment will be for a total of $5 million U.S. These
acquisitions will be financially beneficial for shareholders of both companies.

Management

CEO Andrea Cortellazzi has been a successful entrepreneur for over 15 years.
During this time, he has gained valuable contacts and knowledge in the
high-growth biotechnology sector. Much of these contacts were with senior
managers. Going forward in 2004, he has decided to pursue the acquisition of
leading-edge biotechnology firms through his publicly traded company, Coastal
Holdings Inc. These biotechnology firms are led by senior management with over
30 years of experience in this field.

Growth Opportunities

Coastal Holdings, Inc. and the biotechnology field as a whole has a distinct
advantage in the market. The combination of technological advances, demographic
increases in demand and immunity from the economic cycle make this sector
extremely attractive over the next decade. It is imperative for the long-term
success of biotechnology companies to have strong management in place as it
often takes years to get a product approved. Led by CEO Mr. Cortellazzi, a stake
in this company should prove to be quite profitable, as he possesses the vision
and persistence that investors need on their side.

ANALYST -- Jeff Helleberg has over twenty years in the business and has been
lead analyst for Market Advisors since 1985. Mr. Helleberg has been frequently
quoted in a wide array of publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Barrons,
Investors Business Daily, The xxxx Davis Digest and many more. Jeff was the
editor of the Marketarian Letter, a nationally syndicated stock market
newsletter for over 14 years.

Love the Market--I know what you mean...CDVJ was the primary company, which allowed the financing of his other projects. I'm very frustrated like you. Still holding mine, too. Why sell now? Hoping the airport offers some news and progress for additional pr's...need to bring CDVJ pps up. Still think there is Potential; sounds trite, but true.

If the "man" keeps his word and is buying back the 100,000,000 shares as stated in his 07/20/04 PR. He can buy them back as low as he wants to for all that I care. I averaged down this week and will wait to see the results. I don't think that many of us will be selling at these prices, so let him buy them back. If he does keep his word and buys the shares back this quarter, then we all can hopefully reap the rewards. If he doesnt, then maybe some of the locals up his way can take him "out to the wood shed".

RI? no not quite. Actually San Diego,California.
I'm an amateur at this. Started with some money I saved up working part time (im almost 22 now). I put in the money I made from QBID in this also. Now I've lost interest in penny's because of this. I just want my money back LOL ! Dont we all? I'm gonna keep this till the company goes under. Not taking such a big loss. Will wait it out. (Got screwed for not waiting on Qbid. Bought at 0.0014 and sold at 0.0033)

No - we're SUPPOSED to have them mailed to us after August 1st - but WHO CARES? By the time we can sell them in a year - they'll be as worthless as this POS. Or less if this azzhole Cortellazzi keeps scamming.

im beginning to think its over for CDVJ. it just hit .0006

think i'll take my 75% loss and move on. what a POS this is. really starting to look like we've been scammed.

i for one will be hollering loud and clear to any future and/or new investor i come across to stay away from this one.

maybe i'm wrong - hope so for a you folks that have much more at stake than I. GLTA

and as always, these are my opinions only.

yea - drop more - down to .0005 now. why not just go to zero and take it all AC. i could have bought a boatload of CMKX for what i've lost here. at least there's hope there.

now .0004 - im outta here before it drops any more.

This POS is as bad as GWAD, AFRT, PCCL and all the other sub-scams. The CEOs are NOTHING but scammers and LIARS. AC is as bad as the rest of them. Looks like we'll just have to sit on this til the next big P & D. Most of us have been here 5 months - what's a few more????

I'm just glad I was busy and didn't see all the .0004 sales go through! I don't need another heart attack!

Now that his precious CSJJ is getting pulverized like CDVJ has - MAYBE, just MAYBE - this Azzhole will wake up and see that people aren't buying his lies anymore.

Why would ANYONE want shares in CSJJ if they know it's parent is CDVJ - and how it really owns NOTHING - and has been run into the ground on lies.

AC: Looks like it's put up or shut up time. By put up I mean tell us what's REALLY up at the Airport. By shut up I mean don't cry when your beloved CSJJ is lower than our CDVJ, if you haven't done us right FIRST.

I asked you BEFORE Easter "Why don't you do one project through to completion" but NO - you HAD to be a "Jerk of all Trades"..... and Master of Making OUR Money Disappear.
Nice job jerk.

I have to agree with you, AC had me going for a long time, Ive lost alot on this pos. Now since im almost out of this thing, not because ive sold, but because of it sinking like the titanic. I hope he sinks with it for lying to everyone. I really dont think anything is going to happen from the airport deal, except that he's going to keep blowing smoke up our azz4 as long as he can to keep new investors comming. Hope fully they will come here and read some of these postings before they realize what they are getting into. AC would have a better chance getting a deal on taking out the garbage at the airport

Jo Kool - Not if they do a background check on him! Nope - he can't even be a garbage man!

(He should work for a Powertrain company.... because he sure gave US the shaft! - I know - bad joke - but hey - it's hot out! Sadly, it was better than some of the junk coming out of Leno's mouth lately!)

I wouldnt say it in those words, but, you represent a lot of the mood out there that keeps CSJJ down IMO. And since humans are trading and not machine, we have to take into account the "emotional" factor.

Oh well... still think they might do good but "faith" is running low with those micropenny numbers....I just put them aside in my portfolio and let them go for awhile....anyway, wont go much more lower...we approach absolute 0 :-)

Malloy - I KNOW I DO get emotional sometimes, but he said right to my face (well - right in my ear on the phone) back in MARCH that he had EVERYTHING: Surveys. etc - ready to start the Aiport project ON TIME in June, and he was hiring a Construction manager and would announce who it was the NEXT week; that there were 2 finalists. He never even had the survey done. ALL a BIG LIE. Now THESE are FACTS. I called M. Beaudoin MYSELF and was told by him he NEVER got the necessary surveys OR paperwork, etc. to do ANYTHING at the Airport.

I bought this stock BECAUSE of the airport project - NOT his biotech crap scams. VERY fitting that he WAS buying a "Retractable Syringe" Co! Did you ever see "Boiler Room"!

good morning fellow crazies - yea i'm still here too. just couldnt push the sell button yesterday - it's only a loss when you sell. i decided to go outside and work on the fence instead. made me feel better until the hammer attacked me and then promptly broke. made me wonder if AC had any connections to the hammer company.

while i was contemplating which bodily orifice of AC i was going to stick that hammer - i had a vision. probably not as good of one as the indians used to have when eating peyote - but i felt better.

AC walks into D. Roger Glenn's office and says "I want to be like UC, treat my shareholders right". Roger looks up from the CMKX paperwork he is working on, takes one look at AC, reaches under the desk and pushes the little red button.

in come two 800 lb. gorillas - grab AC by the neck, walk him over to the window, and throw him out. down he goes - about 193 stories to the pavement. yea - made my finger feel better and i went off to find another hammer with a smile on my face.

let's have a great day all.
later

MORE CSJJ news IF anyone cares..... Wish we'd just get some ROCK SOLID CDVJ news instead of THIS crap...... I jst can't WAIT to get my 'free' but VERY expensive CSJJ shares! LOL

Coastal Holdings, Inc. Provides Update on BioSight Ltd. Acquisition
8/3/04

HOUSTON, Aug 03, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
Coastal Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSJJ) is pleased to provide more information regarding BioSight Ltd. and the high demand cancer and drug delivery markets.

As mentioned in a previous press release dated July 28, 2004, CSJJ has signed a draft investment agreem
ent to purchase a significant equity interest in BioSight Ltd. BioSight's mission is to create value through the development of disease and tissue-specific pro-drug constructs for "disease enabled drug delivery". The Company's novel target-driven technology, S2DOT(tm) (Seek to Destroy Only Target), will enable the next generation of cancer therapies. The market for cancer drugs is large and rapidly growing. According to a 2002 "Drug & Market Development" report, the market for chemotherapeutic agents is expected to grow from $10 billion in 2000 to more than $15 billion in 2007. "New" blockbuster chemotherapy drugs and drugs in pipeline require improved delivery systems, which BioSight Ltd. will provide. BioSight's growth strategy is to focus on its core R&D expertise and to establish key strategic collaborations with the pharmaceutical and other biotechnology companies that share the same areas of interest.

Financial Projections

BioSight Ltd.'s current revenue source is fee for service contractual work in which the Company provides custom peptide synthesis and site specific modifications, design and synthesis of combinatorial libraries, antibody production and purification and complete "turn-key" development of projects in the field of proteomics. During 2004 and 2005, the Company projects to generate income of $1.0 M and $3.5 M respectively. In 2006 income is expected to rise substantially to $25.0 M once the S2DOT(tm) breast cancer product enters the market. Finally, in 2007 and 2008 income will be generated from the S2DOT(tm) bladder cancer product and new applications respectively. Income is estimated to increase to $39.0 M in 2007 and $61.5 M in 2008.

For further information on BioSight Ltd., please visit the Company website at www.biosight.co.il.

For more information on Coastal Holdings Inc., please contact CEO Andrea Cortellazzi at (647) 886-2703 or visit the Company website at www.coastalholdings.com.

Sunny - I should feel badly that CSJJ has tanked to .003 x .0033 - because I have about 6,000 'free' (but VERY expensive) shares coming - but I don't!!! I want this SOB to see the evil of his ways and get him to concentrate on getting CDVJ back on track!

.007 would be nice at this point. Hell, even THAT requires a 1,000% GAIN, and to get to our original buyus of .014+ we need a 2,000% GAIN. What do we think this is? CMKM or QBID? LOL

It's knowing what THOSE 2 did that keeps me believing that anything IS possible!

We'll see! Good Luck

had a dream last night - it's the end of summer, the geese are migrating. they fly over us every year on the way to wherever geese go. anyway, i'm in front of my computer watching the streamer and i hear the geese - honking and making all kinds of racket. i go out back to take a look - they're circling over my house and the lead goose is towing a banner - big banner that says "Got CDVJ?".

i run over to the edge of the deck - mounted there are twin .50 caliber machine guns. i commence to blasting and pretty soon there aint nothing but goose parts scattered all over the Alabama countryside. the other geese flee in terror. then, this is the strange part, i fuss at myself for wasting bullets.

i imagine a shrink would have something to say about this one - probably a left over from the days i was a Marine. oh well...i aint right and my finger still hurts too.

to the business at hand - 17M shares traded yesterday. high volume for many days now and the pps aint going up. even tho the PR says next quarter, i'm thinking the buyback is in progress and we wont see any substantial increase in pps until thats over. up to 100M shares it says. i could be wrong, i'm not a guru - been trading actively only a few months. but there has to be something to explain all this volume and pps dropping. could be NSS? just dont know myself.

i tried calling AC this morning - his phone is off so i'll keep trying during the day. tried calling Taylor Capital also - aint open yet.

keep it together all and let's have a great day.
later

'Bama - AC and Steve Taylor parted ways about a month ago. You'll notice his name/number are no longer on PRs either.

Go get those Geese!
