Sarki - STILL waiting for a little proof other than 'my friends said'....... It's not personal - it's logic. WOuld you believe any of US is WE said it? YOu'd call us Pumpers. Furthermore - I don't know ANY of us with the balz to wait til .25 if it WERE to happen! Hell - I don't know if I'll even try to hold to .02 (Where my GTC is) or beyond.

Just give us a WHY and HOW......

Good Luck to all.

Hurricane Ivan is now a Category 5 and is forecast to be near me on Tuesday now. But it's 'wait and see' again on exactly where he'll go. Incredible - 3 MAJOR hurricanes in a month in the same place. This one is the worst. Who ever thought Charley would be a 'test drive'? And Frances 'practice'?

I hope this stock is more powerful than a hurricane - even if it's only for today and maybe tomorrow!

Good Luck all.

Hi everyone--I agree...think we'll break 002 and head towards 0025-0028. This stock can move quickly...watch it

I'm whacked...tried to buy more yesterday afternoon at 0014 and 0015...didn't go through. Haven't decided if I should cancel my order and just stick with what I already have...Decisions. Decisions.

Love the Market...just be safe--I don't know what to say ...three hurricanes back-to-back is unprecedented. It just sucks. Hang in there and I hope CDVJ flies for you and all of us.

Just got back from Walgreens for my prescriptions and the Publix supermarket. People are ALREADY making a run for food and supplies and the stores are still not re-stocked from LAST week. NO flashlight batteries, bread, tuna fish and most canned foods, fresh vegetables at all - and limited meats. Personally - I have plenty of stuff because we didn't use any canned goods or non-perishables during Frances.

They've already canceled school for tomorrow and are evacuating in Monroe COunty (the Keys). It's CRAZY!

I heard on the radio there is a freght train on it's way to South Florida filled with plywood and other supplies and it's 4 MILES long, going 5mph. - And if you get caught at one on the Railroad Crossings it's a 53 minute wait! Incredible. Like tempers aren't short enough already. People are panicking. Too bad.

I miss the first hour of trading and get home to see there really WASN'T any - 3 million? People must be waiting to see in today's PR is another fanthom or not. Geeez - I was hoping to come home to .0025-.004! Guess there was no gap like yesterday in 'anticipation'. Yesterday turned out to be a real dud in the end with a 0 gain for the day. I think the MMs do it on purpose!

Oh well - let's see what the rest of the day brings.

To my fellow FLoridians - be safe!

And Good Luck to us all in this stock - the good Lord knows we deserve it! I can't believe I bought in on all the Airport crap 6 months ago today.

Unhappy Anniversary to us so far.....hope it's Happy by closing bell!

Thanks Noah!

Lessons learned from Charlie and Francis - some fun*

(and now Ivan's coming to visit)

Coffee and frozen pizzas can be made on a BBQ grill.

* No matter how many times you flick the switch, lights don't work without
electricity.

* Kids can survive 4 days or longer without a video game controller in their
hand.

* Cats are even more irritating without power.

* He who has the biggest generator wins.

* Women can actually survive without doing their hair......you just wish
they weren't around you.

* A new method of non-lethal torture.....showers without hot water.

* There are a lot more stars in the sky than most people thought.

* TV is an addiction and the withdrawal symptoms are painful. One day at a
time, brother.

* A 7 lb bag of ice will chill 6-12 oz Miller Lite's to a drinkable
temperature in 11 minutes, and still keep a 14-pound turkey frozen for 8 more
hours.

* There are a lot of trees around here.

* Flood plan drawings on some mortgage documents were seriously wrong.

* Contrary to most Florida natives' beliefs, speed limit on roads without
traffic lights does not increase.

* Aluminum siding, while aesthetically pleasing, is definitely not required.

* Just because you're over 21 doesn't mean you can stay out as late as you
want. At least that's what the cops told me during a curfew stop.

* Crickets can increase their volume to overcome the sound of 14 generators.

* People will get into a line that has already formed without having any
idea what the line is for.

* When required, a Chrysler 300M will float......doesn't steer well, but
floats just the same.

* Some things do keep the mailman from his appointed rounds.

* Tele-marketers function no matter what the weather is doing.

* Cell phones work when land lines are down, but only as long as the battery
remains charged.

* 27 of your neighbors are fed from a different transformer than you, and
they are quick to point that out!

* Laundry hampers were not made to contain such a volume.

* If I had a store that sold only ice, chainsaws, gas, and
generators.....I'd be rich.
.
* The price of a bag of ice rises 200% after a hurricane.

* Your water front property can quickly become someone else's fishing hole.

* Tree service companies are under appreciated.

* I learned what happens when you make fun of another state's blackout.

* MATH 101: 30 days in month, minus 6 days without power equals 30% higher
electric bill ?????

* Drywall is a compound word, take away the "dry" part and it's worthless.

* I can walk a lot farther than I thought.

You ARE aware there's a PR due out any minute, right?
I just called to confirm. No details... but the PR is a done deal. AC very confident. So... next hour or so...
His PRs have not historically been phenomenal... but he says this one will be.

Dar -

I posted to you on the JAckson River thread. I don't know how to read Intraday charts. Any idea how high this can go - IF the much-anticipated PR comes out as promised by the CEO?

Volume is almost nil today - people must not be willing to move til the PR is out.

Thanks,
Steve

Business Editors

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CDVJ--
CortDev, Inc. (CDVJ: Pink Sheets) is pleased to provide
further details on the projects mentioned in the September 7 press
release.
First of all, the Company is in negotiations to acquire the rights
to 10-15 oil fields in Trinidad, Colorado. These fields are attractive
to CDVJ due to their high productive capacity and the strong
recommendations from oil and gas industry experts and our legal team.
Although this project is a bold diversification from our primary line
of business, namely real estate development, Management is confident
that it will add significant value to the Company as the worldwide
demand for oil continues to increase from already high levels. CDVJ
will provide further details on its website next week.
The second project under serious consideration is the acquisition
of a 45% interest in a residential development project in West
Virginia, worth approximately $3.5M. The Company has decided to pursue
this project due to a well-known architect that has been retained to
design the residences. The site plan and further details on this
project will be released in short order.
The third project that is in the negotiation phase is the
acquisition of a 10% stake in a major development project in Paris,
France. The parcel of land consists of 108 hectares or 10M sq. ft. and
will be utilized in several ways, including the construction of
residences; parks and similar conservation areas; and retirement
homes. CDVJ will be responsible for assisting in project management,
which involves hiring the required staff to ensure the timely
completion of the project. This will be a very profitable venture due
to the fact that the current demand for land in France is high,
especially for this type of project as the development laws require
that the sites of all industrial companies include a specific
percentage of "green space" property. CDVJ will provide additional
information on its website next week.

looks like we we're lied to Spyder: no airport news and no buyback, otcbb mention.
Unless he releases another PR.
It's the same 'ol AC that we know so well.
I sold everything I had at 0018.
Still way below what it would take to be even (about 0050, I guess)... but the last 3 or 4 trades, I was able to 'make some back', by buying in the 0006-0014 ranges.
Hoping the Fall sees .01 again... but by all means... don't be greedy!

I'll bet you that no good SOB AC is dumping millions of shares today.

I repeat: He will NEVER, imo, buyback 1 share.

I HATE liars....... It's one thing to pick a crappy stock - it's another to be scammed.

Where's Sarki? WHY are we going to be at .25 by Christmas? I seem to have forgotten your reasoning. Oh - there IS none. Your 'friends' told you. Well I'M telling you: This joke of a stock is one of the biggest POS out there. The CEO is a lying convicted criminal. The 'company' has 0 assets - NO products - NO Nothing.

Oh - except AC has everyone's money - and they'll never see it again.

.0015 x .0017 - This loser POS didn't run for 5 minutes after that fluff crap. People KNOW now what a fraud this is. No airport deal - no NOTHING.......

Salemm - once you forget about the dollar amount (which you can make back) I'm sure you'll feel MUCH better and sleep better than us fools who didn't sell at .002 today!

You've always been one of the most decent and honest posters here!

I'm looking forward to Cat. 5 Hurricane Ivan a hell of a lot more than the thought of holding THIS POS for another 6 months.

Come by and visit - and I'll keep in touch with you via email. You're a good guy!

Steve
