You guys all know that this has reverse split three years in a row? I would be very careful with this one. I am only saying this from experience. Every PR looks great and then they reverse split without even saying anything. Be very careful!

That would surely byte the big one, but I also think the damage is done. The new PEO company will hopefully thrive and by years end be a well oiled machine....or it could end up like the titanic did...wish us luck

Any luck 68...I also emaailed them asking about the status of the Berlin delisting...hope they reply.

Have not been able to get time during regular office hours to call. I will try to put a priority on it this week. I am not sure if they can awnser questions about their clients but its worth a shot.

I agree with Flemdog, you cannot be too careful. Reverse split is is a tool that the company uses to reduce the proce of the shares that they are planning to corner from the market.
GFYI is a reent example, just when you thought the price could not go down any further, the reverse split came and the price is still going down and down.

I got this guys name off of a PR then I asked if he still has a good feeling overall with PCCL. This is his response...TIFWIW
Monty, There is a lot going on with the company now. The acquisition should be finalized very shortly. Also the SEC investigation should be concluded very soon as well. So to answer your question, Yes I have a good felling about the direction the company is headed.

Sorry guys, but I'm hoping it goes a lot lower. I am looking to get back in this but it's to expensive right now. Still looking for .0001. I need to recoup some loses I took on this thing when I owned shares of it before.
It might even be safer to buy in after their next R/S.

Like I said before its unfortunet that some people either panic or need to sell for whatever reason. I have seen it so many times small guy gets cleaned out then the big boys let her run while unloading their cheap share into the rise.

Well said 68, and it will move. It's just that most of the pennies are getting pummled right now...it'll come back. Man if the bears would only let the pennies breathe for just a little bit!!!! I'm hoping for a strong 2nd half for 04'. I want a good Christmas

This company is a POS. Always has been and always will be. I am not a basher because I still own a FEW shares because of reverse splits. If they hadn't reverse split three consecutive years this would be worth around .0000000000000000001. And then you people could talk about how you can pick up 10 million shares for $10 and maybe it will go up. Good luck to all.

I like seeing everyone's point of view. I'm just curious though do you feel they would do another RS? Your answer will probably be yes, but if you could tell me why you think so. I have a 6 count and won't appreciate a RS anytime soon. I've sent two message to their investor relations department with no reply. Has anybody penetrated this company for information? Any info would be appreciated bashing or not. Here's my take from PR's only - 1. New PEO company 2. Making revenue do to acquisitions. 3. Low float which tells me no RS in future, but that's my take on it. 4. Increasing Company visibility via big Marketing plans. 5. Pushing for Berlin delisting. There's not to much to dislike if the above mentioned can hold water. I think the biggest question we should all have is the RS. If they do then we are hosed yet again. If not then future looks promising. However, this information needs to be found out somehow. Keep sending emails or calls I think.

You make a valid reason why they will not. One big reason that they might is prior history. They had this PEO going with acquisitions long before they reverse split last year. All I ever see from this company is positive signs that they will be good. But it never comes through. Don't look at only the PR's from this year. Look at last year and the year before. Always good and the price keeps going down. Why? If they keep generating more revenue and keep acquiring company's to boost even more revenue than why does this stock go from .20 to .02, reverse split, back down to a cent, reverse split, back to a cent, reverse split, and now back down to .001. My numbers are off but a pretty good history.

Good reasoning why they might do an RS...and man it's pretty scarry now at .0008. I haven't checked my next question out yet but I will....do you know what the OS was each time they did the RS? If they had a low OS at the time of their previous RS then we may be hosed, but if their OS was a few billion then I could "understand" their reasoning for the RS's. Anymore info with PCCL would only help this cause, because I'M SICK AND TIRED OF LOSING MY F_U_N_$_I_N_G MONEY!!!! LET'S ALL PUT A TASK FORCE TOGETHER ON THIS ONE!!!

I have tried to call Lichon Consulting twice but can,t get through to a person. I got frustrated and just hit a random ext # and got a voice mail I left that person a request that she get IR to call me back.
I still feel comfortable with this stock but I dont like it when companies are public entities then insulate themself,s behing awnsering machiens.
Its kind of expensive for me to call from Canada so if their are any locals out their please feel free to bug them.

I got a hold of Lincholn Consulting and they told me they do work for Asmera one of the compamies that Pacel bought.
The woman who returned my call said she did not work on the Pacel deal but that she would get some one to call me back who did.
I as yet have not recieved that call but I will let you know when I do and what was said.
I dont know why they have not followed through as yet with their plans but in this business enviroment of Elliot Spitzer and crew I think even the Micro caps need to worry if **** with investors.

im still with you 68. cruise thru here every morning - hoping for something encouraging. im taking a licking in this one at the moment. but it's not a loss until one presses the sell button - so im holding and hoping.
did you see the other PCCL post? the part about the legal procedings. you seem like a fellow in the know - think is affecting pps?
i take it you haven't received a call back yet either, or you would have posted. not good when you cant get thru to the company. if you'll post the number I give it a try - got some cheap time on a phone calling card i dont mind burning.
im holding a little while longer hoping for a spike in pps before the 16th- then i'll sell and put it all into CMKX. free dividend shares i like and UC is giving them away. i have most of my trading money in it now. 3 share dividends as of now - speculation of about 4 more coming - ohh yea...that's the way to do it. cash would be better but i dont mind shares.
BTW, my first encounter with a big block chevy was a 69 camaro w/396. friend of a friend had one - i was about 14 at the time. i can still remember that black beast. they just dont make 'em like that anymore. im 46 now and long for the old days sometimes.
