That is a classic open market sale of what looked to be like around a million shares. There is no limit on how far down the price can go when there are not enough buyers.

How about, let's call Pacel and get to the source of the problem??? Here is the number I found posted: 704-643-0676 I would call, but I am at work and wouldn't get away with calling long distance. Anybody live close to the headquarters??? Drop on by and say hello and how is the merger business?

I would not panic. All the penny stock seem to be down today. The mood will turn around. Its just unfortunate that I dont have move money to invest on all the bargins out there.

i think the reason its down is because of the financing deal.. a month ago they resieved what they called the final moneys needed from a financing company to buy the rossiter company but the pr did not include terms of the financing the pps started dropping in a couple days...last week the same thing with the same financing company and the pps heads down but both times the volume went way up...from reading about naked shorting it was saying many time penny stocks can only get financing by giving the company huge amounts of thier stock, the financing company then shorts the stock before recieving the shares and then sells all shares as soon as they get them thus driving the pps down and they get paid the money they financed plus. it sure looks as this is what has happened here. look at the past months pr's and compare to the months pps chart. if this is what has happened we have to wait it out and then good news will start the pps back up

I think we also are being subjected to selling by people who are not comfortable with holding a declining microcap. They get afraid or impatient and take a loss to get out.
Thats fine but if good news comes out soon then the same people cant look at the stock without kicking themselfes.

Obviously only the company insiders know that for sure, but unless they don,t follow through with their purchase of Russor or other statements they made then sometine soon their lasy --- PR firm they hired should be getting some news out.

Ok, so 50 mil plus by 9:30 (cst)... I don't see this meaning much since this has been happening a lot, and then we end up with the shares closing down. Some good ole news with meaningful information, like doubling and tripling of revenue and profits... now that will move the pps.
I will admit that I have noticed there is usually a bump in volume and price when insider news is being passed around just before release to the public. It has happened before each of the last announcements. Let's hope that is what is going on!

I hope so.... I only watch this closely on days off, or late days.... And those days are the days I look for a quick grab. LOL I have not seen this type of buy action personally for a while on pccl, so let's hope something's brewing. Hopefully, with the big AM volume and GAIN we will make some OTC/BB mover lists and get some more buying attention PM.

Hey guys - this was posted on ************** - tell me what you think, okay: posted July 22, 2004 03:06 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh almost forgot a stock people are overlooking is PCCl. But -DON'T- invest just yet they are on a down slope trend they are at .0011 wait until they hit .0001 wich seems to be likely within the next month. they cant drop any more from there. Just pray they dont go bankrupt. If you do buy when they hit .0001 you should be able to see it go to .0002 or .0003 atleast a couple of times. so it would be good return. Just be carefull the company is lossing money not gaining. But expert stock brokers tell me even lossing stocks can make you money it's all about the timing. And quitting while your ahead. buy and then emediately put in a sell order. Good luck ^_^
End of Post
Do you think their is any truth in that? I hold a million shares - most around .002.I would hate to see it go down below even .001 - let alone all the way to .0001! If there is truth to that - would it be better to sell now and then buy back in when it is dirt cheap?

Hey, I saw that. Just be careful naming other sites here. The ops here don't want to loose member to other sites. Now, about .0001 and pccl. There seem to be folks that think .0001 is the bottom. There could always be a reverse split after .0001 and they almost always wind up terrible! Like you Breezer I am learning the hard way. I had a huge win on this one a few weeks ago. I think you were in too. But I gave some back while chasing. (GREED...LOL) I'm no expert, but I don't think = or <0001 is likely. But when I saw this at .0011 yesterday I had to wonder where the bottom is going to be. (grabbed a few...couldn't help myself) and today...crazy volume and steady buys loft it a bit. I just hope to close green today. I made money on this so I am gambling my "up money". The last few weeks have taught me...... 1) Set a goal for each position 2) Don't chase 3) Profit is profit...don't kick my own tail cause I sold early and coulda made more (almost as bad as chasing)
I'm sure I will pay to learn some more. Good Luck.

Well, I am new to this board, but I have looked into PCCL and don't think it will go that low. Could be wrong. But I like Pacel. They will have a pr soon and this thing should shoot right up. Don't sell breezer. just my opinion.

Here,s hoping for some news soon. Did not get a response from Pacel on that email. I am going to try to call the Pr firm today to see if they have anything to say, probably not.
