next time one of us calls - maybe we should ask the nice lady first of all what her name is so we dont have to keep calling her nice lady, and if we should start calling Lincoln instead. Mr. M. may be one of those types that doesnt talk to shareholders.

just a thought.

ruff-ruff, hunt you dog!

Good morning Trading.

I have a good feeling about this stock over the next couple of weeks. I think that we will get some of the NRs we have been waiting for and our patience will be rewarded.

Its as if they are barred from disclosing info on any deals till they are completed. Could be the reason for no news.

Pacel Corp. Announces Delisting From Berlin Stock Exchange
via COMTEX

August 19, 2004

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug 19, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --

Pacel Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PCCL) today announced that it has been notified that its common stock has been de-listed from the Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange. The Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange stated, "We respect the firm's wish to have their shares not traded." Pacel Corporation stock will be de-listed effective with the close of business on August 18, 2004.

The Company had become aware that it was one of many public companies whose common stock had been listed on the Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange, commonly referred to as the Berlin Stock Exchange. The listing was made without the Company's approval, consent or knowledge. Upon learning of the listing, the Company engaged German counsel who made demands of the exchange, as well as the broker who applied for the listing, for its stock to be removed from the exchange. The Company was concerned that the listing on the Berlin Stock Exchange could be used to circumvent recent U.S. regulations intended to prevent "naked shorting" of securities in U.S. markets. "We believe that de- listing Pacel Corp. stock from the Berlin Bremen Stock Exchange is in the best interest of our stockholders and are pleased to learn that we are no longer listed on this exchange," stated Gary Musselman, President and CEO of Pacel Corp.

About Pacel Corp.

Pacel Corporation provides Human Resource Outsourcing services, including benefits administration, payroll administration, governmental compliance, risk management, unemployment administration and benefits administration to small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.

The statements contained in this press release that are not historical facts are forward-looking statements that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. Therefore, the actual results of future events described in such forward-looking statements could differ materially from those stated in such forward-looking statements. Among the factors that could cause actual results to differ materially are: (i) regulatory and tax developments; (ii) the effectiveness of the Company's sales and marketing efforts; (iii) changes in the competitive environment of the industry; (iv) changes in general economic conditions; (v) changes in the Company's direct costs and operating expenses; (vi) the estimated costs and effectiveness of capital projects and investments in technology and infrastructure; (vii) Management's ability to effectively implement its business strategy. These factors are described in further detail in filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

What I like about this news is it shows that when they say they are going to do something they follow through.

So it looks like revenue was up approx. 700k but increased expenses in aquiring the new PEO companys and finacing cost produced a lower overal revenue number for June 04.

They gave more info on the services that Linchon will provide for them but no futher clarification on the Rossar deal.

Atleast they filed in a timely mannner.

Hypothetically speaking: What if

there is absolutely positively no rumor of a R/S in the near future?

the settlement agreement comes out within the next few business days?

the Rossar buy happens as reported in Sept, because the the process has been waiting for the settlement to become a reality?

Pacel was intentionally driving the price down in order to buy back as many shares as possible because they have a better sense of the company's potential in the future than your average joe investor?

Any one of these (hearsay) and hypothetical scenarios becomes a reality?

Thoughts?

that may be possible, but looks like a great big fraud. they continue to announce all the millions they are raising for acquisitions, yet the stock keeps falling. i hope they get sued for everything they own. then they'll know how it feels. they mislead and betray investors with their lies.

What I belive is if they issued common shares to Capital or Licholn for part of their compenstion for services then this should be legit. No one is going to take common shares for part of their payment if those shares are just going to be devalued in the near future with a R/S.

On the other hand if they keep increasing the float and selling to us then doing a R/S over and over then we are scr****

I am showing a R/S in Mar of 2002, 2003 and 2004 nothing else so far. Thats on Yahoo 5 year charts. We are probably scaring off people just by raising the subject.

You are probably right but, If I was looking to invest in AFRT, I would appriciate knowing the facts. I have 1M shares I'm sitting on. When I purchased them, I expected a high risk gamble. Just like sticking a quarter in a slot machine.

I agree its all a crapshoot but the larger companies I deal with in my buisness are outscourcing more and more HR,IT and Admin duties. They dont want the employee hassels or they dont have the time. So even though this is not a sexy buisness like VOIP it is definitly a growing field.

I get the feeling this new CEO of theirs does not like to make any announcements. This may be a good thing, don't make promises you cannot keep... that keeps the lawsuits at bay. This board has gotten all quiet and the violent trading days are over... for now. We have been trading under the volume moving average for the last few days and things are getting a little quiet. It is going to be another 2 months before the naked shorting problem fixes itself. Then, with fingers crossed, expectations should rise along with stock price.

One thing I did notice until today was the current stock float of 1,391,745,024 shares. I did not realize they diluted the shares so badly. I would expect another 100 to 1 reverse split sometime in the future. Who knows, they could do a 1000 to 1 reverse, just to severly tighten the float!

It is always funny when I post on here, PCCL never acts the way I think it ought to... seeing the volume kick today. What a nasty day today was!

I was trying to scour the web for possible PACEL news items, but am at a loss and have found nothing. I see nobody else has either... lol.

I just want to document my number of shares reference in my last post to bigcharts.com on their detail quote link. Correct me if I am getting bad info on this!!!

The last time a reverse split occurred, there was a fairly large media blitz by Pacel trying to boost confidence in their shares. The stock price is too far gone at this point for them to waste money on PR to try and support the stock. I imagine they will wait till they can line up a few good news items up and do everything at the same time: R/S -> symbol change (and name change??? why? the Pacel name is trademarked by another company.) -> acquisition #1 (Rossar) -> acq. #2 ???? (I think we should have see a LOI first, right? Maybe another is coming???). All this to happen around the end of September??? per quarterly 10QSB report.

Every now and again they slip one by you. I think they may have slipped one over on me with this company. I was hopefull when they hired Lincholn that we would see PRs and intrest generated by aquisitions, but if they dont follow through at the end of Sept with Rossar then they are just in the buisness of selling cheap shares then pulling a RS and dillution.

OH WELL LIVE AND LEARN
