Sorry I got sidetracked by watching the CNTX train wreck. I think we will see .0019 to .0023 before the gang at Allstocks and the rest of the micro players start to pay attention to this again. Once that happens then with news it may run back to .006 or so. JMO but I have seen this again and again. No one can tell you what will happen for sure or what you should do with your money. This is just how I play the game.
Haven't done DD on PCCL but have noticed the high volume the past 10 days relative to prior month. Probably people dumping but perhaps consolidation. What are your thoughts and would you load up. Lemme know Morehair

Pacel corp used to be a $20 plus PPS company. They have raised over 2 million in investment capital recently to pursue an aquisiton strategy of purchsing other companys that already have a revenue stream. They have hired Lincoln Consulting LLC to get the word out. Hopefully Lincoln will earn thier fees.
I expect that they should be releasing some good news soon about these aquisitions. They have had several Revese splits that have reduced their OS quite substatially.
Please do some DD and never invest based on other peoples messages on these boards.

Unfortunetly I bought this one when it was PACC and the value was around .10, right before the reverse split... so for me to see any money from my shares it would have to go above .10, but good look to all of you getting it for so low.. I think you will make some money off of it since it is currently so low.

give me some hope - I got sucked into 500k shares
Look...
I´m in with 750K @ .0055 and didn´t short it beacuse of work, and I wont let go until it breaks .01...
Just do some DD and then when you realise what´s comming you´ll know what I´m talking about... remeber they have a new CEO, so the scam is out of the question, but allways do your own DD

bill, I use the Ameritrade streamer. The 'last trade' prints up the number of shares involved in the last trade and the price they traded at. If it's a plus tick, it shows it in green, minus tick is shown in red. Would I require a Level II to indicate buy or sell. Lemme know.

DALLAS, Jul 08, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Wall Street Futures, a leading source of news and information for the small-cap investor, has identified two "stocks to watch" in the human resources (HR) outsourcing space: ProMana Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PSLU) and Pacel Corporation (OTCBB:PCCL)
ProMana is a provider of web-based software that enables end-to-end solutions for managing the entire spectrum of payroll, benefits, HR management and business processing outsourcing. The company released very positive earnings news this week; and in just the past six weeks, it also has announced two new branded partner agreements as well as the acquisition of a Source Code license for one of its primary applications. PSLU shares closed Wednesday at $0.35. At this price level, Wall Street Futures expects the stock will attract many aggressive investors and has awarded PSLU its highest rating of "Strong Buy".
Pacel provides HR outsourcing services -- including benefits, payroll and unemployment administration -- to small and medium-sized U.S. businesses. The company recently announced a strategic alliance with Lincoln Consulting, LLC to launch an aggressive marketing and sales initiative. Shares of PCCL closed Wednesday at $0.0027 on extraordinary volume for a pink sheet company. Wall Street Futures believes the company's renewed focus on marketing and acquisition-based growth could help the stock return to a level above $0.02.
Professional Employment Organizations, or "PEO" companies, are growing at a rate greater than 20 percent per year and most experts predict this level of growth is sustainable over the next decade as PEO's continue to capitalize on the HR outsourcing phenomenon. Wall Street Futures believes that small cap companies positioning themselves strongly in this sector should enjoy significant revenue and profit growth for years to come.

I justed added another 400K shares on this one. This will be a hot (i mean red HOT) stock over the next few weeks. Too many great things going on with this stock. Do the DD and you will see this company is going places.
I am not much into HR companies but the economic turnaround will cause great demand and that means they need HR companies to help them. more sales for PCCL more revenue and higher PPS. Also recient aquistions and marketing is building demand for shares.
this looks like a winner. Get in now at rock bottom and no where to go but up.
