ORLANDO, Fla., Jul 28, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Buehler Earth & Waterworks LLC ("BEW"), a portfolio company of TS&B Holdings, Inc. ("Company")(OTCBB:TSBB) through its pool division, Advanced Pool Technologies, LLC was recently awarded two new contracts totaling over $214,000.

Buehler recently was awarded over $100,000 in contracts in the past few weeks and has signed additional contracts totaling $214,000 this week. The new contracts are with Pulte Home Corporation for their clubhouse pool at Stonebridge Commons in Orlando and a residential pool in Seminole County. As previously reported, the last three contracts were with Roebuck Construction for site work at the Hilton Vacation Club, Westco Fountains for site work at the Sarasota Court House and residential site work for Janus Builders. BEW now has over $400,000 in contracts under construction.
The Company owns a 51% equity interest in the BEW and provides management services to BEW. BEW currently has over $4.0 Million in outstanding bids awaiting responses.

Well, it looks like we may have at least put an end to the horrifying decline we were in for a few weeks. Reversal could be in the works. Unfortunately, same old story with the PR, get good news and no one cares. Guess we'll need some bigger financials to get it rolling the right direction.

Sorry guys but I am out. This stock has been a real big dissapointment. Every positive PR and the share price drops. Looks to me like it is time to cut and run and find a better stock someplace else.
Good luck to you guys still holding. I took a 33% loss on this one.

Did they say when they set a new date for the shareholder meeting yet? Last I heard it was postponed for the SEC to clear all the proxy statements and what not.

What the heck and I talking about? I checked the market an hour and a half ago and futures didn't look all that great...now opening bell looks very good. Nasdaq futures look really good... Maybe there's hope for our little TSBB..might get a bump. Go TSBB.
