The only trades going through are at the ask. This is a good sign. No one is budging and these mm's will let go and let it accend until they can get some weak hands.

I'm not too concerned with the .03 - .05 range. With the way it's been performing since I picked it up I'm not planning on waiting around for a year. If we can get back to .01 in the near future I'll be outta here in a flash, learned my lesson when I didn't sell last time we hit a penny.

I don't recall the entire filing keithsan began with the new thread, but as I recall the vote to increase authorized shares is to be decided at the shareholders meeting. This means that authorized share increase can't occur until later (which by the way can increase shareholder value if not corrupted), so I still believe this is a solid pick ... and I'm still holding.

just checked keithsan's thread ... I am correct about the stockholder meeting on Aug 17th to decide authorized share numbers. Hasn't been increased

How will increasing O/S increase shareholder value? Wouldn't they have to prove first that the company is worth more than the market cap with the current O/S? And, if this is the case, wouldn't it make sense for the PPS to be higher before increasing O/S?

Do you honestly expect this thing to be held down by the MM's forever? I think we'd all agree it's being shorted and severely undervalued

anyone know of any other recent stocks that have performed similar to what we're seeing here with TSBB? Meaning we get positive news after hitting 52-week low, way undervalued, great potential, but MM's just keeping it down with huge spreads and manipulation? Just wanted to see where other companies ended up after similar situations.

Nash - I personally think I see signs of the coming breakout. Company has announced working on big projects, volume as been seriously increading over 2 months, rumor mill starts, MM's looking short like they are holding it back hoping to cover, spreads funky too much for high volume stock, .....etc etc....it's coming big IMHO.

Well, the PPS sure doesn't seem to be reacting to this news. Is their no interest because of the coming dilution, or is it the MM's have scared people away?
