Cant seem to register from Canada, you go through the registration, they ask for a state and country. Cant go any further as they dont ask for a Province or country.
Must be one of the bugs they are working out.
This Prizewise seems to have been noticed north of the border, there is conversation about it anyways, not bad considering no advertising about it.

FROM ANOTHER BOARD

From what I can see from every chart time frame from minute to week we could hit about .084 to.09 ,but remember the retrace so watch out for all who go scrambling to sell for a quick dime, people hold on this is a long but glorious ride, never forget yahoo or ebay or the little one so many over look Red Hat, it did at one time take a nice leap as I once predicted to many but so few heeded the call.

Thanks Tuffy, for all your DD. I wish I bought more when it was @.031. Hopefully, my lowtrades account will be activated soon. I refuse to use Scottrade for penny stocks any longer.

Looks like you can get some now at .044 but you better be quick about it. Don't know how much more of a drop we'll get.

Penguin, when a stock goes up as much as this one did last week, many people want to take their profits. This stock should probably settle down close to .04, then decide which way it wants to go from there. If it is just profit taking by some, then it should move back up. If it is dilution by management into the run or a straight sell off, then it could continue downwards. But hey, I cant tell anyone what the pps will be at any time so Im not really gonna try. All I'll say is that Friday this looked really overbought and in need of a correction much like the one we are seeing so far today.

21st Century's prizeWise.com Enjoys Successful Launch

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 2004--At 3:30 p.m., PDT on Friday, May 21, 2004, prizeWise.com, the sweepstakes-oriented website operated by prizeWise, Inc., a portfolio company of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: TFCT.OB), was officially activated. Steve Rinehart, president of prizeWise, said, "We have all worked very hard for this moment. Despite all the beta testing we did, the team was as nervous as the cast of an opening night play on Broadway. Our efforts were rewarded. The results surpassed our expectations. There were some opening night glitches, which are now being fixed...and none of which prevented the website from functioning, all to our delight." Mr. Rinehart further advised that during its first twenty-four hours of operation, prizeWise.com enjoyed over 16,000 visitors, of whom 9,000 were first timers, and this all without advertising. Major advertising will commence on June 10th once the website has been completely and thoroughly debugged and all systems and processes have once again been reviewed for functionality. Mr. Rinehart also stated that over $10,000,000 in value sweepstakes items are now available.

Within hours of going live, the first sweepstakes was completed and won by Andy Hahn of Denver, Colorado, who won a DVD collection of "Lord of the Rings." When interviewed by company officials, Mr. Hahn expressed delight over the whole process. He said, "It was really fun...and very quick, efficient. The system worked perfectly. I was also pleased with the interest that company officers expressed in my experience. They are on top of this prizeWise.com idea, and if it works for others like it worked for me, it is a sure hit."

PrizeWise.com is a sweepstakes-oriented website at which participants may purchase valuable coupons and opt to obtain sweepstakes tickets which will allow them to enter various sweepstakes being operated at the website. prizeWise.Com, is a portfolio investment company of 21st Century Technologies, Inc., a business development company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. It is one of several companies which are part of the portfolio of 21st Century.

Safe Harbor Statement Under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995:

EVERYONE who owns this stock will be tested. Weak hands will sell and the STRONG hands will hold. It is just like life. BUY and HOLD! Those STRONG and SMART enough to BUY and HOLD will bee the ones who receive ONE DOLLAR+ a share. The weak will be grease for the market makers. There is a LONG road to travel on this stock. Many bumps and exits along the way. STAY FOCUSED! Do not let fear and greed get the best of you. YOU ARE IN CONTROL! Think: ONE DOLLAR+!!!!!!!!!

Right now there is accumulation taking place. The market makers will raise the price when they are ready. There are certain benchmarks where trading meets resistance. .05, .10-.12, .25, and ONE DOLLAR! We are experiencing the first level.

If you want to start pushing this. Put something like this in your signature or at the bottom of your emails. With a URL link to www.prizewise.com.

Some of us do know a little about the company. Some of us have been researching it for months. This is part of the payoff we have been waiting for. It is by no means the only payoff or the last one at that. This company has several irons in the fire at any given time. They are also working on a few new ones. This stock has a lot of potential despite the large float. When the marget makers are satisfied with their position, you will see the price rise.

Sorry for the typo. I meant market makers. Not marget makers. I guess that is half way between a maggot and a market makers. They do play a lot games with the market. They can get you upset, angry, scared, frustrated, and make you want to sell. Don't fall for their traps. Good luck and hang in there. I will.

Chief,

What are you trying to say? What I posted was of no use? It also seems you are saying I don't do any DD or have not done any DD for this company. If I am mistaking by what your intentions where with that post, I apologize. But, spreading the word about prizewise is a great idea. Everybody knows you can mail a letter to someone and ask them to mail it also to someone and eventually that mail can reach around the world in about 7 exchanges. Just imagine what email can do for us.

Heck if this can't work by implanting it into your emails. Then why do we have banners in each and every website we visit.

I have owned this stock on and off for several months now. I never lost money on this stock and do not intend to do so. I do not believe that any one with half a brain would bash the stock they own. Everyone has to start posting sometime. Now is as good a time as the next. What I do not undertand is the advice from bashers who do not own this stock. They come on this board and try to trash posters and this company in an effort to trick weak hands into selling their shares. IGNORE these bashers. They have no interst in this company. I am LONG and I am STAYING THAT WAY!!!!

Hey chief,

If you have been trading alot and have researched boards alot. You would know by now, BASHERS and PUMPERS are part of the game. Just ignore them. Read what you want. Post what you feel the need to post.

Enjoy what you do and make the best of it.

What you said is a good idea. More should do the same. It is not just pumping a stock. It is more than that. It is a good concept that you are promoting. I am sure there is a segment of our society that will find the site very attractive.

seemed like slow activity at the site ,but thats better to have that now than when the commercials come out. When everyone finds this after the tv commercials hopefully alot more products will be close to finishing, then you will see people buying alot more. maybe thats when the stock flies. anyone know if these commercials are on major networks, or during poker tournaments, during lottery drawings etc.....

You didnt answer my question chief! Why did you join right after the stock had such an amazing run if you had this great DD and believed in the stock all along? Wouldnt you have felt better to get these nice people in at .02 or under instead of .04 or .05? Im just wondering bro, not bashing you or TFCT.

well you know i have to say something qbid is at .01.. and people are saying it will it a dollar but with this stock being at .04.. and has been farther why start talking about a stock early on when people are just going to get discourage why not wait until the co gets all of its ducks in a row and the price is still low to get people in.. once a stock hits .05 or .04 it makes it easier for people to see the big picture.. sorry if this sounds like jibberish im kinda tired
