Hey Vinny- that wasn't an honest opinion- that was you seeding a rumor. Grow up, Vinny-you are trying to play games with other peoples' lives for your own profit.

No, quite the opposite. That report does not reflect any of the major developments yet this year. I can't imagine with Hilton on board that they will have any problem covering operating expenses, and the reports for the last two quarters should reflect that (agencies typically make the bulk of their revs in the last two Q's anyways). I plan on accumulating through the year unless management makes any blunders, so I'm happy for things to look "bleak" now. Better prices for the early birds.

Loading up here as well. This time I won't have to CHASE the runs when they come. Did that once too many times this year on some other stocks and my profits would have been a lot fatter had I loaded up beforehand.

Yep! I believe I'm buying more at these levels as well so long as people are giving it away cause I refuse to chase this stock up!

If you want to see some pics of today's Bullrun 2004 launch (which Warning is co-producing), go to www abacusa com. Helena Christiansen and Paris Hilton are attending.

heheah!!! i think she's an "extra" but do you see her shirt? it says East Side Cable tv. Someone give that girl a QTV shirt!!!

I think the inclusion of Helena is odd, as she is repped exclusively (internationally) by Marilyn Gauthier last I checked. Wonder if there is something in the works there?

Looks like it was a good press event. Thx for the link longfellow. You post some great DD!

Well, I'd like to take the credit but someone else pointed me to that site. Thanks anyways! By the way, I saw that Turning Leaf ad a while back and realized now that's where I'd seen you before. (ah ha!) It must be neat to do work that gets your mug out to millions of people! Little old piano teachers like me rarely get that exposure!

I hope that something is in the works, possible merger but I wouldn't want WNMI bought out at least not yet!

Yep, Longfellow has put some good stuff on this thread! Make that a double thanks!

In plain simple terms, can anyone explain the pros and cons of this. And if it is a negative can't we as shareholders stop it from happening?

Elite is for sale. That's one possibility. A merger with FMLY is another. I'm hoping there's good cause for the proposed increase, and those are the most likely ones that come to mind. We'll have to see what cards Warning lays on the table. I expect a relevant PR soon.

On the surface it's a negative. It's called dilution. They want to take the authorized shares from 800 million to 2 billion. That's a huge increase. However, if they actually issue all of them (which they probably will) for fundamental business purposes it's not necessarily a bad thing. They need money. Where's it going to come from? If they borrow they put the company further in debt. This way, they pretty much can print money for themselves. The downside is that they will now have 2 billion shares outstanding and sooner or later if they want to be taken seriously, a reverse split will be in order but that could be years away.

Same here. Remember this from a few PR's ago:

(Chamberlin) added, "Warnings slate of new projects are progressing rapidly but these are long term projects that take time. Publicity and brand awareness are paramount and a solid base needs to be built. The company has many exciting projects to announce and is sorting options for growth by both merger and acquisition."

Merger and acquistion would be funded through an increase in the A/S, so, let's hope for some good developments soon.

Furthermore whatever they do with those shares the stock price has to go up for them to do anything wortwhile with them. Bullrun will help them with that.

All right troops, now is the time to look at the possibilities. The downturn in pps this morning has at least one positive side - it means people are still paying attention to this stock, and just like those who are selling to jump on other bandwagons, there are investors looking for an oppotunity such as this. Be encouraged, this is a great time to make some money. The question is where to get in.

WOW...

I'm not sure I understand the long term effects of what has happened. So do people still have some high hopes for WNMI by the end of the summer? Did WNMI suddenly become a much longer term hold? Ack... in my IRA I had a ton of shares in at .018 lol. This hurts! But on the upside, this morning I went in to my ameritrade account and purchased another 200,000 shares at .0061. I'm hopping there will be a nice bounce.

I was debating with my roomate... perhaps ya'll can help: did Simple Life 2 get done before Paris signed with Warning? And if so, does that mean there is no direct income for Warning off the success off the show? (of course more exsposure for Paris is great...)

Thanks guys!

Still in for the long haul... (just wondering how long the haul is ; ) )

Warning does not get money for Paris being in a movie. Read: "Warning is pleased to announce the exclusive model representation of Paris Hilton. Warning will be representing Miss Hilton for all print work, advertising campaigns and endorsements, personal appearances and runway work."

This stock could be up a lot sooner than the end of the summer; if the right PR came out that Warning was buying Elite or something similar. Then again, it might not. Either way, I'm continuing to accumulate, the long term gains here will be made eventually, for those that have patience.

i'm lookin' for advice, should i just cut the thread that is holding me to this stock and tkae my losses somewhere else? or should i continue to hold for the long run.

all these down days with this stock really hurts mentally. any and all help would be appriciated.

But being on The Simple Life may lead to more "print work, advertising campaigns and endorsements, personal appearances and runway work," right? For example, would Warning make money if Paris is on the cover of TV Guide because of the show?

BB, where are you?

Betting Babe... I guess your post got deleted. However, I was able to read it and would love to know what the discussion is all about. Would you mind finding out "WHY" and "HOW" these people feel they've been cheated. I've lost a significant amount of cash playing WNMI but had always attributed that to my personal greed (which is bad for confidence). The thought of being able to blame someone else for my mistake sounds great!
Oh, and if anyone has time could they please elaborate on the PREM-14A filed this morning by WNMI? I think it means either share dillution or a possible merger, but Im totally confused. Sorry ppl! THANKS..

-Thats what I get for placing money in something called Warning!-

the mere mention of [fill in blank with a board that apparently conflicts with this one] I get deleted? me, what do i know, i only post here so i'm chat board naive.

so, i had a question about something to do with legal action against warning but who knows my post got deleted... upon further DD seems to come from a bunch of bitter hoohas...

you know, personal politics really have no place in trading. sheesh.
