unfortunately S8 generate dilution in long term (and panic selling when people look at the filings) (i.e. MRMN S8 100m from 03 to 003 EWMD only 13m from 03 to 014 ...)
today was a mix between good and bad news
the company is good and i hope it will hit 20 or more

I realize that it is a long term effect. Also realize it is a penny company we are dealing with. If this was Netflix doing this, I would worry about Netflix but its a startup company that has only few resources to raise money. This is one. Its not great for stockholders but setting back and doing nothing isn't either. With the influx of BlockBuster and Wal-Mart then we have to up the stakes to make it. And the SuperBowl is one medium that is expensive but has worked for many company into launching them to the next level. You have to do the hard choices sometimes to make it big. They have to do something to make up the money.
And who knows. They started to issue S8 shares before and came up with finiancing. Maybe they can agian. Who knows and who cares at this point. They need the money and hopefully it will help us in the long run.

But what I was saying wasn't my concern that you are dissappointed in them over the S8. It's the other comments. Yes MRMN took a dive but that because they was only at a O/S of 35 million before doing a 100Million dilution. They just increased there share count by 300%. Thats bad. Your looking at apples and oranges. a 100Million dilution here is only a 15% increase, big difference. Also they haven't done alot of bad example lately. Your quote..."(Unfortunately too many bad examples lately...)". The market tanked effecting all pennies and Blockbuster came into which is not there fault. They cancelled a S8 to one company for a loan which I think was great.

Also keep in mind when you read the news that GZFX "reserved" the superbowl spot. It would be interesting to know what their obligation is and if they can backout. What I like about GameZnFlix is that they are aggressive with their marketing. The word "GameZnFlix" could soon be a household name like blockbuster. I'm in for the long.

Here is the SEC filing archive for GZFX. It looks like a hard drive file for those who never seen this before. Just look at the dates for most recent filings and you can go back to when the company starts. Hope this helps and good dd is always appreciated. lots of good info here. This list all SEC filings. Have a great day. Hope this helps. For todays S8 go to 8/27/04 files.
THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR GZFX STOCK HOLDERS> PLEASE SAVE TO FAVORITES!!!!!

I'm looking for input from some of you veterans on the board. Since GameZnFlix is reserving a spot for an ad in the Super Bowl, can any of you cite examples of a penny stock that advertised in the Super Bowl (and when)? I'd like to see what happened to their PPS after and see where they're at now.

Finally! An affiliate program is an EXCELLENT move forward for GZFX. As a web site owner, I will be very interested in participating in this program. Competitors offer $10 bounty for new signups, so I am hoping GZFX will seek to match that bounty. If they do, I believe they will get lots of trial signups.

ComScore Study Shows Cross-Media Impact of Super Bowl Nudes Posted by Kevin Lee 5 Feb 2004 comScore: Super Bowl Advertisements and Publicity Stunts Score Online
ComScore watches the surfing behavior of millions of people and on Super Bowl Sunday was proof positive of the link between the immediate impact of both advertising and PR. Cialis (an advertiser) saw an 1,868 percent increase in web traffic to its site vs. the prior Sunday. GoldenPalace.com also saw a 380 percent spike, but I'm sure streakers cost less than a Super Bowl spot. Needless to say, Janet Jackson related searches were the hottest of all, where halftime incident related searches "accounted for astonishing 50 percent of the total search volume among the top 200 search phrases."

Survey Reveals Budweiser Takes the Crown for Third Straight Year
Reston, Va., Feb. 5, 2004 – comScore Networks, the leader in the use of the Internet to measure and understand consumer behavior, today released an analysis of Internet visitation and preferences related to Super Bowl XXXVIII. The analysis tracked game day Web visitation driven by the Super Bowl and related publicity stunts, such as the now famous Janet Jackson incident and the halftime on-field streaker. In addition, comScore’s third annual Super Bowl survey revealed this year’s most liked advertisements.

Cialis.com Posts the Largest Game Day Jump
According to an analysis of site visitors on Super Bowl Sunday versus an average of the previous four Sundays, erectile dysfunction drug site Cialis.com had the largest gain of all major Super Bowl advertiser sites, rising nearly 1,900 percent above its average level. Apple iTunes saw a nearly 600 percent jump in site traffic volume driven largely by a Pepsi promotion offering 100 million free songs through the pay-per-download music service.
Just as was the case last year, automobile sites were prominent beneficiaries of Super Bowl related traffic spikes. Dodge, which rolled out its new Magnum model, saw traffic to its site gain nearly 140 percent on game day. Ford and Cadillac, both of which also promoted a number of high performance vehicles, drew 94 and 19 percent more visitors on Super Bowl Sunday than the previous four Sundays. Beyond the automotive industry, TheTruth.com jumped 72 percent driven by The American Legacy’s “Shards O’Glass” anti-tobacco spoof.
“Aside from reaching an enormous audience, Super Bowl advertisers count on a buzz effect before, during and well past the big game,” said Peter Daboll, president and CEO of comScore Media Metrix. “Year after year, our research finds that many Super Bowl advertisements drive immediate spikes in visitation that often pay dividends well past game day.”

GameZnFlix, Inc. Announces 'You're Our Star' Contest and Free DVD Player Give-a-Away
FRANKLIN, Ky., Sep 8, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (GZFX) is pleased to announce that beginning in September and running through January 31st each new member who signs up for a four-month prepaid membership to GameZnFlix.com will receive a free DVD player and be automatically entered in the company's "You're Our Star" contest drawing. Three members will be selected from the drawing and will appear in the company's planned Super Bowl television advertisement. The program allows for new members to receive the player at end of the four-month membership period and gives them incentive to continue to use GameZnFlix's services.
John Fleming stated, "The competition can educate our future customers but we believe we will provide the services and incentives for them to choose us. In my opinion, consumers want value, which we provide, selection, which we provide, and a little incentive to choose our service over a similar one, which we are now providing. In the past months, we have seen some major companies enter our business; we welcome them and hope this program will set the standards for them to follow. This increased competition, we believe, tells us that the company's business model is on the right track, and motivates us to be better."
Mr. Fleming continued on, "As the subject of attrition has come to the forefront of this industry recently, we have chosen to follow a similar model used by Microsoft's launch of MSN. That program provided point of sale cash for a long term commitment to their service. This program is attempting to capture an educated and informed consumer, for a period of no less than four months. We hope this will build a more stable customer base going into 2005."

Did everyone know that the "Buy" option is now available on the Gameznflix website? Also, the "New DVDs" has been updated again along with the information for the new "free DVD player" promotion. I have to admit that I like what I'm seeing from management. It's just a matter of time before the PPS reflects that.

As of late there has been some decent PR happening like the Olympic commercials and the confirmation of the super bowl commercial. Today they announced the free DVD player offer for those who sign on for a 4-month subscription. Those people also have a chance to win a spot in the GZFX super bowl commercial. I think this is a good move to entice customers who are on the fence or haven't tried online DVD renting to go with GZFX versus other sites. I'm not necessarily saying any of this information should cause the PPS to go up but I think it's odd for it to continue to go down.

Yes it will cut out profit for that 4 months but it is advertising. Stunts like this are done by companies all the time to get people to look there way. And yes, it probably is a cheap DVD player. You can go to Wal-mart and buy one for $38.00 and if they are buying in bulk they should be able to get at cost. Meaning 2 free months of service and two paid. Its better then one month free service and don't continue and recieve nothing for your time.
