Have you been watching this whole last week or so of decline. VIEW is the one sitting on the ask constantly. They are the ones inching it down. Mac

Maybe VIEW is not today, because that would raise suspicion. TCDM is taking over. Mac

I talked to the investor relations guy a little while ago and he is thinking that the new site should be out this month along with saying they'd have around 4000 DVDs which has already been posted here. He made it sound like a PR should be coming out real soon to set the tone for the month. I'm depositing $1500 into my Ameritrade account and may be adding to my position or going with Zo's pick, ADPR. I already have about 275K of GZFX.

When the price is near the bollinger bands, it tends to either bounce off, or break through. I think the support at .05 is very strong, I counted 13 MM there today when we first hit .05. With all the support I think we will bounce back up to mid 6's this week. The price might trade near the bollinger tomorrow, but eventually the demand for GZ, and anticipation of the full blow website will push the price up. So to answer your question, I think we'll bounce off the BB tomorrow or wed after a period of low volume and no price movement.
Some are expecting news this week. JF is a smart man, and he has many newsworthy items that he can release at any time.
Zo talked with IR and is expecing something momentum worthy this week.

Could this recent drop have anything to do with dilution? Did GZFX just release a new batch of shares? Does anyone have the current O/S? If not I will call tomorrow and find out.
It might make sense: If there were a ton of buys going through but very little sells, could this mean that there was more shares added over the last few days. I'm not sure. Can anyone pull up the transactions for the day?
Still long, just wondering if I should buy more.
Zo, I like the ADPR pick. Keeping it on the radar. Looks good.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I verified OS 2-27-2004 at 528,918,548 shares via Babette at Interwest Transfer - the Transfer Agent.
Marty reported OS and Float as follows on February 17, 2004 02.17.2004 _____________ Authorized: 900,000,000 Issued: 516,203,307 Float: 275,693,682
Per Interwest Transfer Company (801)277-1400
When you pay bills with shares ... it is unusual for there to be Restrictions placed on the shares. Only when Shares are used strictly as a financing means, then the shares often will be restricted for a specific amount of time.
Follows is the actual dilution since December 15, 2003
Total dilution between December 15, and February 17 totals 88,118,599 shares regardless of Float.
I don't think the dilution factor to be as significant as most people considering all the progress that has been made over the past two months. It takes $$ and lots of them to put a company together, and so far, it has been done with very little debt incurred ... but hey, who cares about debt...? +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Does anyone have ideas on who the diluted shares were sold by?
if it was people that were paid shares for services, then I could only guess that the shares were "spent for services" a couple months ago when it was 0.025 / share. Even at that price, 88,000,000 * 0.025 = $2.2Million.......
I suppose the real question is...... what did JF buy for $2.2Million????????

ALl those shares weren't spent 2 months ago. Marty has been keeping us updated on the O/S shares for a while now and it's been going up gradually up till 24 Feb. Here's what he posted today...

Something I've noticed about the GameZnFlix site, just before it loads, there is a flash of what looks like a blue background. It hasnt always done this, has anyone else noticed?

i feel pretty confident about this stock, dumped 20k into it so far. Will half my position at .15 if possible. Would surely like to know when the pr is released. Also, I'm worried about only 15000 movies, thats only one movie per subscriber if they get 15000 new subscribers - seems like the need to announce and movie purchasing plan. Also, 90% of new release games out of stock - whats up with that?
