1.) PAVP has acquired CortDev Inc., a Canadian airport redevelopment/enhancement firm. CortDev's current project is the redevelopment of the St. Hubert airport in Montreal. CortDev has set a start date of mid-June that will involve a groundbreaking ceremony.

2.) PAVP will soon change its name to better reflect its current business operations and strategic plan going forward and plans to be fully reporting within six to nine months.

3.) PAVP has applied for a name and ticker symbol change and expects that it will be completed by the end of February.

4.) Due to the increasing workload in managing the company, PAVP has initiated a search for a CFO. The company expects to announce the nomination by the end of the month.

5.) Beral Inc.'s fee for their services consists of warrants issued by PAVP that are exercisable at $0.10 per share.

6.) Beral Inc. has entered into negotiations to secure a multi-million dollar investment in ProActive Computer Services Inc. The investors include a major European Financial Institution and private parties. The funds will be used to finance the CortDev Inc. airport re-development project, specifically to purchase capital assets. In addition, the funds will assist PAVP to attain OTC Bulletin Board status.

7.) PAVP has been in negotiations to acquire a fingerprint technology identification business for almost a year.

8.) The projections for each of the fingerprinting technology companies they are considering are at least $15M in revenues and profitable by 2005 when they expect their products to be ready for commercialization.

9.) Further details on the acquisition of the fingerprint technology identification business will be released on February 26.

10.) ProActive Computer Services Inc. was featured in the February 23rd edition of Barron's. As a result of this write-up PAVP has raised its credibility with the investment community and is attracting widespread investor interest. CEO Andrea Cortellazzi stated: "Since the issue hit the newsstands I have personally received numerous calls from institutional and private investors who expressed an interest to make a major investment in PAVP. I expect a number of these parties to invest in restricted stock in the near future, which will significantly increase our cash position and help us to fund our operations."
