whaaaateverr...
talk is cheap...
bashers and their allies are unwilling to sell short to back their claims up?
sounds so fishy.
Don't even need an IQ of 100 to figure that out.

Sow evil? By exposing the truth?--anybody who has done REAL DD knows this company has serious credibility issues--they MAY have a future--but there are many better bets out there this week----you seem to have an emotional attachment to this stock--never a good sign--we are not trying to hurt anyone we are trying be helpful--let it go --if it drops, the only people really hurt are the MAJOR shareholders---GUESS WHO THAT IS? the people with the credibility issues--i don't care--they SHOULD reap what they sow too--

VKB may the be wave of the future--but BRILLIANT tech/business people have taken a PASS here---------I learn by studying smarter people than myself--PERIOD

A basher talk about credibility issues? I'll soon see flying elephants.
A basher admit to buying into a company he/she claimed to be a scam.
Wow.. maybe an IQ of 90 is sufficient for this one.

hi fishy
i am a bit confused now here is what i read from the sec

Common Stock Kenneth W. Schilling 257,737,722 12.08%
2238 West Lone Cactus Drive
Suite 200
Phoenix, Arizona 85021

Common Stock Mark H. Perkins 243,143,298
2238 West Lone Cactus Drive
Suite 200
Phoenix, Arizona 85021
Common Stock Shares of all directors and 500,881,020
executive officers as a
group (2 persons) 23.48%

12.08%+11.40%+23.48%= 46.96%

so what dose Shares of all directors and executive officers as a group (2 persons) mean? dose that mean they holding another large amount of the shares as a group not as individual?

Glassman, you'd be surprised at how many and which "BRILLIANT tech/business" people took a pass on the personal computer 30 years ago.
The question one of them asked was: "Why in the world would people want to have a computer at home ? ".
Another example, the
"BRILLIANT tech/business" at the head of the Xerox corporation didn't think the "stuff" some kids and nerds/geeks were coming up with ( Graphical User Interface, mouse, ... ) over at their Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) had any potential whatsoever.

The rest is history...

I'm not saying that IBIZ and the VBK will for sure change the way we use our computers, but again keep in mind the examples I gave above....

Good luck in your trades and investments.

Yo Chess--my wife was a multi-million dollar account manager at DEC in the 80's--they did pass on PC's and they were bought out --LOL(they weren't an IBZT--LOL

Bill Gates got passed on by IBM(they aren't an IBZT either)--
I personally know some of the people who started the internet and built the first supercomputer(using tubes-LOL) today they are in their late 60's and 70's --
supercomputers ARE going to come back in a few years-watch--LOL

--when HP and DELL get into VKB--it will be big--- I have never resorted to bashing or personal insults and won't---people who bash OTHER PEOPLE are the real problem--LOL

anybody seen the license agreement that IBZT has to distribute and market this new toy yet? Had your hands on/in one yet? Seen any production capability yet?--Ibzt is purely a speculative stock play no more no less------quit trying to make it sound like a safe investment and you'll find much less "bashing" from rational traders/investors--LOL
i like to trade pennies--but 1000's of posts? come on

Stop the personal attacks on glassman. This site has been a friendly place for investors to help each other make money. We have had a few of our favorite posters leave this site because of the takeover of our boards by cheerleading namecallers. Glassman hass my respect. He knows how to make money and anyone who has been here longer than a month will recognize that he is not a basher. He is totally right on one thing. Don't fall in love with a stock. When we love a stock we lose the ability to see our investment for what it is. I have IBZT and I like the idea of the keyboard and can see lots of potential uses for the technology. I welcome posts both negative and positive which help me make informed decisions about all my stocks. If you want to make money don't put all your eggs in one basket, keep your eyes and ears open and don't bite the hand offering you some good insight. -Debi -I am hoping IBZT goes up and will wait to see what kind of sales figures they have before I sell.

I'm sorry Yaki--i missed your question--this means that 500k +/- = 23.48% of the shares are owned by two people--they are becoming millionaires overnite--but can they sell those share for real money?--only if somebody buys them................

shorting is borrowing shares and selling the shares--you have to buy shares to replace the shares you borrowed--who will lend you those shares?I don't know --i haven't borrowed or loaned shares--ever

Glassman,

In a reply to my note, you made a reference to people bashing other people and calling them names.
I'm hoping you were just trying to 2 posts from 2 different persons on the same post, because I don't think the tone of my post was bashful. I was just replying to your assertion about "BRILLIANT...people".
I'm really sorry if you perceived my post as bashful.
Now let me add a few things.
1) I think you're probably a most experienced and knowledgeable trader/investor than I. You've probably made much more money than I in your trading/investing life.

2) I don't think and I wasn't implying that IBZT can be compared to DEC or IBM. But IBZT might bear some similarities with "Micro-soft" from the early days when they were "headquartered" in Albuquerque.
I've read about Billy "The Magnificent" Gates and his pal Paul Allen putting the finishing touches on code at night on the red-eye, as they were flying to meet prospective clients the next morning.
I've read about ole' Sam Walton -in the early days of WM - driving his truck full of merchandise from Tenessee, taking back roads to avoid the state patrol because his load was way over the authorized limit...
The first time some Wall Street people took a look at Wal Mart facilities and business, to say that they weren't impressed is an understatement.
Remember ? The question was: when was KMART going to put them out of their misery ?
In his bio, ole Sam narrates how worried he was because the Co. was carrying so much debt, (he tells that at some point, he was using money form one loan to make payments on another loan) and how going public saved their butt.

You know about the reputable more established companies that passed on on the PC, the Operating System, the Spreadsheet, the GUI, ...

I'm not pumping IBZT here. I'm not saying that it's the next Microsoft or the next Wal-Mart. I'm vested in it as you've guessed.
(Money that I can affrord to loose). I may very well loose all of my $$$.
But all I'm saying is that sometimes, surprising things happen in the business/financial world. And that's what I'm betting/gambling on. Because that's what it is: a gamble. I'm aware that the numbers and some facts are against IBIZT. But the thing that weighted in favor of my decision to throw the dice here are:
1- the company seems to have engaged in an interesting turn around.
2- the media coverage they've received is incredible for what was still a micro penny stock 10 weeks ago.
In fact, IMHO , IBZT's hottest asset is not so much the VBK than it is the media exposure which - I'm betting - should help sell much more of IBZT's other products that are already on the shelves.

As they say, do your own DD. (Glass, I know you've already done yours)

JMHO.

GLTA.

I agree with that last statement and have made it myself before, the vkb is not only a revenue producing product but it is being used as leverage to cause retailers to also carry and sell much of Ibiz's other products that have up to now had only the website to sell them. thats a big deal! look at the order from circuit city....in that order is alot more then just keyboards. dont get lost in the keyboard but look at every thing else it is doing for the company! as was said above the media attention cause of the little lite show is great! look at the biger picture. Granted there are shady things with money guess what thats old news in fact it has been improving not getting worse and now for the first time they will have a substancial income. and last time the price went up there was less on the horizon then there is now, they just bought synosphere and have several new products comeing out... This is what I see... just my opinion.... do your own reserch! I welcome all opinions. People who are afraid of opposing views are insecure in there own position!

Question: Why does anyone on this thread bother to even reply to eachother?

Answer: because we are all bored out of our minds waiting for the market to open or close! LOL

I have come to this website, not listen to OPINIONS of other people, (b/c that's all any of these posts are), but rather to find a starting point on a stock that I will promptly look into MYSELF! GLASSMAN, BART, PURL GURL, OPIATE94, etc..none of these posters know **** IMO! That's not an insult, that's just a fact that it seems we all, as investor's, live by.

Question: How do I know these people don't know ****?
Answer: I DON'T!!! b/c just like a stock, I have no DD on them as people, so I can't take what they say as true or false, pumping or bashing. What I do instead is is take it ALL in, whether I agree or disagree, and use all of these posts as a sort of "road map" to doing my own research, and making my own grown up decisions on my investments.

A famous person once said "if you don't have nothing nice to post, then don't post nothing at all"! LOL Another famous man once said "Can't we all just get along!"

Seriously people, even though it is somewhat entertaining to read some of this soap opera of a thread, I would rather read about the stock being bashed than a person. I may be a newbie at investing, but not manners. Let chiil the **** out, ok? GLTA

As usual, this is my humble opinion!

I think that the last several posts are a great sign that positive dialog is possible and that we are all on the same page at least for a few minutes---PG has a dim view of micro-s --IBZT was one VERY recently--when i read her i see that clearly and i do respect her opinions ALOT-I don't expect her to hold my hand and when i disagree with her i let her know POLITELY

--OPIATE is RIGHT_ON too- we are here --not just bored--but trying to figure out who the players(here ) are----I like this medium-it is like RADIO, BUT EVERYBODY GETS TO PLAY-i suck at typing--BUT--i am getting much better--
I now use two fingers instead of one--LOL--

my goal has ALWAYS been to encourage all of us to look around more----it is very EZ to get into one stock too heavy--I have one of my own pets right now that i can't seem to let go of--but i try to limit my posts on it to once a week--LOL
opiate- i LUV my wireless LOGITECH keyboard--but i have the microsoft wireless intellimouse---

MSFT--3-14-86 --.20$ it had plenty of retracements on the way --thats my only point--relax have fun and take it all in--it's a blast

I'd say no go for IBZT right now. It's on the decline after passing through it's support level of around .038 on February 24th. It's unlikely that it will pass through .038 for a whlie now so buying in now around .0353 really wouldn't be too profitable not knowing when it should stop it's downtrend.
