My thought is .10 is about all we can get out of this girl. The ceiling holding us back is the o/s. The smart investor/daytraders will sell off and not let a sustained climb hold. I am not saying we will not get some spikes that may exceed .10 but for the long run no way..IMO

I agree. My MAIN concern with this investment from the very beginning has been how the initial customers will like this product, and if it works good. My concerns were somehwhat relieved when I saw that reporter on the Seattle, WA News clip typing on the VKB. This is also one of the only reasons I would want to see it on Regis tomorrow, just to see it work again, ya know? One thing is guranteed for all of us............only time will answer our questions! LOL GLTA

I have been thinking about the actual keyboard a lot and I do have a few concerns. To me I do not see how it can be 100% accurate, but I may be wrong. If they are producing it it must be rather accurate. Also, I think Ibiz may find other ventures based on the concepts behind this product which would be really great.

OT: Only cuz I like you guys...I want to let ya know that a pretty good PR on PAVP is coming out tomorrow afternoon. It's confirmed in the last PR, and I also spoke with the CEO tonight on the phone to make sure there are no delays on the PR release. He specifically said tomorrow afternoon, b/c late day is the best time. The last PR popped it up almost double, and closed up 39% Please don't think I'm pumping, I honestly just wanna let my iBIZ buddies know! Anyways, my plan is to make quick money off that, so I can buy more of iBIZ before it goes abnove .04 again!

THAT is an excellent plan Opiate94! I came home from work thinking that exact same thing. My only concern is that PAVP might have more than a day's run... but I fear IBZT will not wait for us very long at .04 Great minds think alike, no? salemm.

Hi Guys, I just bought this one today, took a 1/3 position. I have a few questions, 1st - Vlk, inc which has the patent, revealed the laser keyboard in europe in March of 2002, the company said it would be in full production by the end of 2002, then 1st q 2003, then 2nd half 2003 and so on.. What is to say they keep doing the same thing over and over again?
2nd, after doing r/s last year or so, they then had 45 mil o/s Why do they have 2.5 billion o/s now? Thats a lot of shares

9AM, damn, i wanted to sleep in tomorrow. seeing the new product belonging to the company i have almost a g of my money invested in is a little more important than sleep i guess.

TradeWarrior: O/S is outrageous because MMs Naked Shorted the pizz out of IBZT. Conservative estimate it 12BIL shares shorted. Look at the latest 10Q: ------------------------------------------- As of February 11, 2004, the aggregate market value of the common stock held by non-affiliates computed by reference to the average bid and asked prices of such stock was $65,283,038.72
As of February 11, 2004, the registrant had 500,881,020 shares of common stock, par value $.001 per share, outstanding. ------------------------------------------- Can you imagine trying to cover when all those short shares figure out that this Co. isn't going to bite the dust?? WOW!
I'm taking a bit of a different tack on IBZT, I'm LONG in it already & have roughly $10,000. invested. My majority entry point was .0021 PPS, so do the math for how many shares I hold. I won't even tell you my GTC price point, because you'd all think I was nuts, but "Bentcash" on RB did a very conservative projection based on 50K units per month & came up with a .30 PPS in 3-6 Months.
Perhaps I'm missing it, but I still don't see the trouble with a R/S.
Regis show will be interesting, especialy if LEO the EGO shows the VKB.
Well, that's it for me. Best of luck to all of us in IBZT. I know we will fly, just don't know when.

Fly - You note DAviscupper's analysis yielding a $.30 sahre price in 3-6 months. He uses a 2.5 billion share outstanding (which is approximately the amount people have confirmed with the TA that are outstanding at this time) and yet you imply there are only about 500 million shares outstanding, refering to an SEC document that actually appears to be reporting the share holdings of two of the IBZT officers in the aggregate. I was under the impression that you hold people on the bulletin boards you frequent to high standards of due diligence and come down hard on bashers for inaccuracies - and I sssume would feel the same way about pumpers. The best interest of investors is accurate information on a timely basis. Please don't add to the confusion that many are trying to create about this company, even if it may appear supportive.

What makes you so sure about PAVP this afternoon? Do you know this CEO to be reputable. MANY of them lie to shareholders. I've spoken to 2 in the past - both liars. One actually said "No RS EVER" and a month later - BOOM!
Also - if the PR comes out - how high do you think it may go?
Thanks for your input,
Steve

Laughing: I do hold everyone to the same standard.
If that second entry was just the Officers holdings, then it is my very BAD and my apology is extended to all.
I had assumed that it was a report of actual registered shares.

if both of you placed your order online on the ibiz web site...and they dont start the number system over each month or something like that .... then they sold 5 k on that web page alone. thats 500,000 dolloars worth of just keyboards on there web site alone...and thats before anyone has really even seen one....thats not including all the other outlets the have online like the one that is listed above that says 3/4 of there keyboards have sold...and once again this is before the general public has even seen it and had a chance to try it...wait till its for sale at circuit city and every one who goes there has to walk past the ibiz display case with the keyboard rite there for people to try and be dazled!
my guess is they have 2 mil in sales just in back ordered keyboards....not including all there other products that are getting more attention now. minus parts and labor..thats more then the company has ever made. its a giant leap forward but nothing to what is going to happen once this gets out. i know 2 mil isnt a whole lot but its just the begining.. I mean I havent even bought one yet. Im still waiting till I can try it at the store or see reviews. and there are alot more doing the same.

Just some junkfood for thought. I have noticed on this board and others that some people feel that the VKB is a toy and gimiky and novelty only. Fair enough. I think it offers a lot of functionality but if you think it's only a novelty and you're younger than 40yrs old, you need to read up on this site. http://www.virtualpet.com/vp/farm/petrock/petrock.htm A million rocks sold for $3.95 apiece in just a few months, and Gary Dahl - who decided from the beginning to make at least one dollar from every rock - had become an instant millionaire. Gimiky? Fine, add it to functionality and you'll have two different revenue streams. Posts: 36 | From: Matthews,NC,USA | Registered: Feb 2004
