There is no guarantee that these funding sources, or any others, will be available in the future, or that they will be available on favorable terms. In addition, this funding amount may not be adequate for IBIZ to fully implement its business plan. Thus, the ability of IBIZ to continue as a going concern is dependent on additional sources of capital and the success of IBIZ's business plan. Regardless of whether IBIZ's cash assets prove to be inadequate to meet IBIZ's operational needs, IBIZ might seek to compensate providers of services by issuance of stock in lieu of cash.

Anyway, I'll maybe post later tonight to summarize it. Bart, you're awesome, but I respectfully disagree. That interview held more sensational information and projections than anything to date.

NEO where are you gettin this information from about the keyboard for the cell phone.. i have done extensive DD on ibzt and have come across no such thing... is it a rumor or something actually reported by the ceo or corporate statements.

Here's a summary of my notes, and a few direct quotes from his interview:
First is his mention of Circuit City's sales agreement with them. This is a new retailer for IBIZ.
Since 2003, he stated IBIZ has dramtically turned the corner financially. That revenue he is seeing now, is double from last year, and that does not incorporate what is to come. 3/4 of their ENTIRE debt is retired, with the remaining 1/4 of entire debt to be retired be the end of March or April. The best part of this is that this will occur with minimal dilition. He states this fact, along with news and increased revenue will dramatically reflect the SP.
He mentions IBIZ has over 90 products! Quite a number. He broke his product make-up in three classifications: (1) Entertainment, (2) Data Input and (3) Mobile Computing. He goes on to explain the marquee products IBIZ has which leads the way.
In the entertainment expansion card area of PDA/Smartphone field, they offer the FM Radio Card. In the area of Power Cards, IBIZ offers A/C adapters, 12v adapters and USB adapters, all for charging or direct hookup.
IBIZ's Data Input product line include the XELA, which is PALM specific, and of course the VKB. He mentions how this technology has been in development for 5 years, and IBIZ is fortunate to have the exclusive licnce to sell this product GLOBALLY (with the patent holder VKB). His most important announcement was that VKB is coming for Smartphones and cell phones in JUNE! As we have read and understood for the past 6-7 weeks, such technology wouldn't be sold until later this year. A June release is simply sensational news!
He then touches again on the uses for hosptials and school. The reason I bring this up is that in a seperate link I will post a site I found last night from the medical field which introduces and touts the IBIZ VKB as something that will certainly have many advantages in it use in hopsitals and doctors' offices. Word is spreading.
The last classification was the computing aspect, which of course is Bluedock. He calls Bluedock a revolutionary product, which will replace desktop computers "in their entirety." (his words). He mentions the benefits to mobile professionals, which I think believe he sees his words to become a sooner reality. This will be released before the end of the calender year. Can you say Christmas shopping frenzy?
So from, new retailers, to a very positive capital structure report, to his expectation of a dramatic effect on share price in the near term, to a June release of Smart/Cell VKB's!!...and Bluedock's potential, we are the groundfloor investors of something that the tip of the iceberg is just revealing now.

If you have an on-line broker, you can look up all of the company news since late Demember to get you caught up. With regard to the cell technology, this was something that in the early January news, a late 2004 release was expected. In Ken Shilling's interview (posted above) he states cell/smartphone vkb's in June. The vkb will allow easier data entry in cellphones and in the evergrowing smartphone market. With the advancement of smartphones turning into handheld computers (enter Bluedock at year's end), the cell/smart vkb is a sensational product. Bo

Hi everyone! I am a new user just recently registered. I have been reading this message board for several weeks. I wanted to give KUDOS to the participants of the message board. There are a lot of talented, driven, and bright people. I personally have about 250K of the IBZT stock. I agree with an earlier post by Bart. It is a significant advantage have low debt (or next to none) and several quality products. The introduction of the VKB is what really sold me on the direction of the stock and the leadership of the company. There has been significant percentage growth and I support the premise that the stock will grow several hundred percent in the next couple of months. Thanks to all the bright perspectives! JMJ

Sammad I do not own this stock because I have called the company on many occasioncs and every time my gut said "run like a french man with a butter knife to his throat". Their pride and joy is a tried and refuted virtual keyboard, their secondary is a bulky and wire frought collamity. I do however think that in years to come this company will be a regular on Best Buy's electronics shelf. For now to me IBZT remains a trend based day trade. All longs your time is coming... but it will be a while

I have been trying hard to figure out the whole deal with this naked shorting thing. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if these a$$holez are "holding" naked shares still, then aren't they screwed if, (obviously hypothetically) NOBODY sold ANY "real shares" this week? If so that would be funny, and I would be pretty damn worried if I was holding a bunch of "naked shares" of a company like iBIZ that has a chance of going up!

I almost forgot! I have decided I have leveraged too much in this company to not try this new product, so.....I am order #ibizpda-4614. Including the CC order, that is over $750,000 in VKB sales already! (assuming of course the order numbers represent the amount they have sold on their website thus far) IMO iBIZ SP is going to go up with sales PR, but I am personally more anxious to see customer reviews and feedback, b/c I think that news will have an even bigger affect on the SP, good or bad. JMHO That is why I bought one....to review it myself.
