The tech guy on CNN last week said one sentance that was very important: he said that the VKB should be in stores in a few weeks. I am certain that IBIZ wouldn't have risked their credibility with CNN's viewing audience if they don't truly expect to have these things on the market real soon: they wouldn't have told him that they would be out within a few weeks- that would be marketing suicide. I think IBIZ is too smart for that. CNN draws a much broader audience than CEBIT.

Zeker - why did Ken 'risk his credibility' in January by saying in the PR from the CES in Vegas that the "Keyboards were SHIPPING"???
When we were on CNBC on December 31st, they said they'd be in 'Radio Shack' next month.
I've been waiting since last JULY to see the keyboard. I just hope I'm not still waiting THIS July or we'll be back sub-penny. Lot of people I know who bought when I did sold this week. They still made money, as we all bought at .02 or less in Dec. - but they got disgusted at all the "VKB Shipping Next Week"'s
Good Luck to us all......

I wasn't aware of the December spot on CNBC: I didn't know about IBIZ or the VKB last January- but if he said that back then, on a financial station (CNBC)he did risk his credibility from a shareholder aspect, and the stock's pps has suffered. I don't know if he had an actual keyboard in his hand back in Jan., but then again, CNBC is a financial station- CNN's tech spot was a tech spot geared towards potential customers more than towards potential investors in the actual stock, and I don't think IBIZ would have allowed the release of its product for air-time until they were reasonably sure it was nearing its release-time. Even so, what was said in January makes this all that much more imprtant regarding IBIZ's credibility. I would hope that IBIZ would have enough sense not to let CNN do a write-up on something to get the consumers interested in it, only to turn them off with a false tentative release date and leave them waiting until that interest has all-but faded: to mislead investors is bad enough, but to tick off potential customers is much worse, and I don't think consumers are going to be as patient as the investors who are still in this have been. Then again, playing the 'next week' line on people this long is also having a negative impact as well: IBIZ would have been better off not getting up so much interest until they were reasonably certain that what they promised was about to be achieved, and instead let the investors make the decision as to what the rumors are worth instead of jading so many people away from IBIZ. I'm no fan of any company whose CFO dumps a ton of his own holdings onto the market every month or so, but it is do or die time for IBIZ, and now is not the time to say "What the hell- it's okay if it takes til Christmas". Up until now, IBIZ has survived on the investor equity in the company- when the customers come, more investors will follow: if IBIZ alienates its client-base, likewise, the investors will follow.

...if the first ppl get their VKB and show them at home their friends .... the hype will start....everyone will have them too !
That's my opinion after seen it !
The VKB will become a "self-running-product" ... I'm sure ! And that's just the beginning of many other applications ... or what do you think about a cell-phones (inside the cities) without any keyboard only with a virtual dialing keyboard ?!? ...will be cool or not ?
In the near future...if you've no mobile-phone with virtual keayboard ... you will be laughed out !
I agree with the future potential of the VKB. I wonder how much advertising the VKB will get from CC. I would love to see it in a Sunday paper ad, ya know?
On the cover of Popular Science magazine they have the future of PDA's, and it is utilizing a virtual keyboard(not IBIZ's). This shows the potential of the VKB. iBIZ may not own the technology, but all I want is for the VKB to get this company on the map, generate a lot of revenue, and hopefully retailers and consumers will start buying all of the other products they have/and WILL have to offer.

Got this off other board take it for what its worth. I like a lot of you have been disppointed at these changing ship dates, but one thing I have realized in penny world things don't happen as fast as some of these small companys would like them to. They don't have the cash flow and clout that big companys have to get done what they need done on time. Take PALR they said there prize pizza restaurant would be open 3/15/04 well they did not make that date and pps went down, but the restaurant is know almost open and things will be ok. The point I am trying to make is IBZT will get this VKB boards out and move on to bigger things,I am holding long and stroung. Here is What I found on other board. 1) VKB, Inc. is based in Israel and owns the patent to " Light Key" , the technology behind the virtual keyboard. 2) VKB has licensed this technology, not sold the patent, to Endeavor Capital (EC), Panasonic and Siemens.
3) All three have attempted to produce their own version of the virtual keyboard, and EC obviously further ahead and better than Panasonic`s current version.
4) EC outright owns the patent to another product called the ePen, which allows users to transcript text onto any surface for transfer to their PDA, laptop, etc. without having to transcribe their script onto a special medium (pad). This product`s patent had previously been owned by In Motion ePen, Inc.
5) IBZT owns the patents to the XELA keyboard, the SD pocketRadio, and another 70 or so products.
6) IBZT and EC are partnering together to form an IBZT subsidiary called IBIZ, Inc.
7) First, IBIZ Inc. will hold a contract with IBZT to manufacture all of its current products, such as the Xela Keyboard, the SD pocketRadio, etc. through EC`s contracted manufacturing units in Taiwan and China.
Second, IBIZ, Inc. will have exclusive rights to distribute (Sell) IBZT`s product line throughout the world, except in the USA. IBZT will receive a royalty for all products sold by IBIZ, Inc.
9) Third, IBZT will have exclusive rights to distribute (Sell) IBIZ, Inc.`s products, which currently are the virtual keyboard and the ePen, in the United States. IBIZ, Inc. will receive a royalty on products sold by IBZT in the USA.
10) Fourth, IBZT will distribute (Sell) its own products, such as the Xela Keyboard, SD pocketRadio, etc., in the United States.
11) IBIZ, Inc. will provide technical advice and support to IBZT for further product design and development.
12) IBZT is in the process of discussing with VKB a partnership that would allow the IBZT spinoff, IBIZ, Inc., and VKB to form a partnership; one that has IBIZ, Inc. as 20% owner and VKB as 80% owner. Essentially, this would lock-in IBIZ, Inc.`s ownership into VKB`s " Light Key" technology patent and the opportunity to a) exclusively hold the technology in-house for private development, or b) continue to sell the technology to other corporate suitors.
I hope that this answers a lot of questions and ambiguity about the overall relationship between VKB, Endeavor Capital, Panasonic, Siemens, and especially IBZT.

Actually, Endeavour Capital no longer existsl, so there is a bit of false info in that post. They are now known as Enterprise CAptial, AG. They do not actually build the keybaord, im pretty sure it is Digitek that actually manufacturers it.

I am not expecting any news about the VKB situation this week, but I bet others are. I am going to sell when this goes high today on "shipping anticipation", and then buy back in on Thursday or Friday when there is no news. This way I will get some more shares. I don't know why, but I am thinking 4/28/04 is when we will get the news we have been waiting for regarding the VKB's, just like Your Mobile Desk.com

Virtual Laser Keyboard!
Virtual hunt and peck Tired of poking at tiny onscreen keys or toting around a foldout keyboard to enter text into your PDA? In the "now for something completely different" category!!!
The Virtual Laser Keyboard leverages the power of laser and infrared technology and projects a full-size keyboard onto any flat surface. As you type on the laser projection; it analyzes what you're typing by the coordinates of that location. Unlike many small snap-on keyboards for PDAs, the Virtual Laser Keyboard provides a full-size QWERTY keyboard. It is also smaller and more convenient to use than the folding-type keyboards made by some manufacturers and similar to them in functionality.
There are no mechanical moving parts whatsoever in the Virtual Laser Keyboard. It provides a projected image that is the perfect portable input device for PDAs. It's similar in responsiveness to regular keyboards, but extremely futuristic looking.
The Virtual Laser Keyboard requires no special training. The light weight device weighs two ounces and is similar in size to a disposable cigarette lighter. The Virtual Laser Keyboard includes a self-contained, rechargeable lithium ion battery. It provides the Virtual Laser Keyboard with its own internal power supply, so it doesn't drain any battery power from the PDA or PC. The battery lasts three to four hours, more than enough time to do some instant messaging and SMS messaging from the handheld device or to update calendar and phone book entries.
Key Features:
The Virtual Laser Keyboard is ideal for well-lit offices. Cost-effective - eliminates the cost of maintaining mechanical keyboards in volatile locations. Applications: home, office, clean rooms, medical & dental facilities, dirt-free environments, classrooms, etc. Features: Light-weight, small-size, LiOn rechargeable battery. Power-save mode, audible click feature. Connectivity: USB/Serial Connector Power: lithium-ion rechargeable battery w/ac adapter Includes: Virtual Laser Keyboard, cable, manual & software. Warranty: 1 year parts & labor.
Compatibility List: PCs & Laptops running Windows 98/2000/XP, most PDAs using Palm or Pocket PC Operating System.

I just called, verified the number was the same as the one on their website first Spoke with Ellisa (sp?). She said 'I was told they shipped out yesterday via air. They should be here later this week and we will be sending them out beginning next week'
Sunday air shipping? That's gotta cost some money. Doesn't matter so long as they start shipping them out next week

I also checked the number with the website first. This info is good news. There will probably be a PR when the shipments to customers start. This will probably have a positive effect on pps...

Since the reality is here... Lets think of how much it will rise this month? Everyone give your input? By lookin at WNMI and QBID's potential... I say IBZT will go between $0.10 to $0.18...

Its going to depend on the PR(s). 1 PR Scenario: If it's just one PR stating they have received and shipped to customers and retail locations, then I see $0.10 and above. (popping above $0.20 for a short period is possible)
2 PR Scenario: PR that they received them, but doesn't mention shipping out to customers/retail yet, then $0.06-$0.10 (although it may pop up above that then settle down). Second PR stating shipping and retail clients are getting them, then a pop to $0.10-$0.20 with an initial pop above that, settling down again)
After either scenario, its up in the air... I think we will find a new base for a short while. Then as the word spreads from people using them, a more gradual rise in price.
Of course, I know not of what I speak. They might not release a PR for a week after shipments have begun. Some people might say there is no VKB and its going to tank... Sell your shares so I can buy em The price could also skip past $0.10.. $0.20.. $0.30.. $0.40.. $0.50 ... no idea.
