I will let you know what happens when I get back next weekend.
It is not all up to me as I have several partners in my group.
Also need to study what JF puts on the table in order to see how we could best participate to meet the needs. Then we will come back with a proposal for him.

Sounds great. Hope everything works out. Does he know your coming...is he putting together a proposal for you?

I have sent e-mails to him and let him know I am comming. I will be contacting him by phone tomorrow or at least by monday if I cannt get him this weekend.
I will be sure that he knows what is going on in time for him to get things together in time.
It sounds like he is actually doing OK with the PPM shares so far. I will be most interested in filling in the blanks and maybe giving him the fuel he needs to meet some future goals

I have been pondering getting into the popular PGHI for awhile now. Unfortunatley all my money is tied up (CESY/ADVC/IBZT/BLYC). Once I take some profit in any of those I was hoping to get into PGHI at around the .045 level. Now that we have broke the .05 level substantly and nearing the 52 week high do you think it's only going up from here? I would surely like to get in before they launch the new website but I am trying to determine a good entry point. Any suggestions would be apreciated.

No disagreement from me on this one BetN. Namely your first statement about damage to a company's image. Much too risky epescially for a new company trying to establish itself. I don't believe Netflix even does this but I could be wrong on that. If they don't, it appears they don't need to so why should we?

Porn can also do a lot of damage to a companies image.
Lets not put any image out there of us and porn, especially whil we are a start up.
There is a lot of money in video games.....We don't have to be #1, just one of the numbers. The online video game rental buissness is wide open for any one to get in....We are well on are way to makeing money for all of us. This next two weeks should be huge

Glad to hear that Magoo, I would be disappointed if they chose to go that route as my morality would win over making money. No need to elaborate further.
Best of luck to you on your meeting with JF! I hope all of you and your group's expectations are met.

It is true that there is money to be made in the porn industry. I for one would not involve myself with any company trying to market this industry.

I only have a fraction of the TA skills as some here but when I look at the current chart I know one thing for sure, the MACD says be ready! The last we saw of the .045 level was Thusday morning. With big news anxiously awaited, this will probably keep inching upwards IMHO.

I agree...I think anyone looking to get in had better have their orders ready first thing tuesday AM. The risk of missing this rocket becomes greater with each passing day. Even without a PR this continues upward on tuesday with a PR....blast off!

ANY entry point below .10 is good. IF you are thinking long term. A year from now, IMO, any entry point below 1.00 will be good, IF you are thinking long term. This stock is like Intel, or Microsoft, or IBM when they first got started. Get the picture?

WOW, that is some bold predictions you have made. I would be ecstatic if you were even half correct. Thanks for the great input. Any particular reason for such high predictions? - Marty

ya mean something like VEESLEEZE?
THERE ARE LOTS OF POSSIBILITIES WITH THE "LATE FEES SUCK" SLOGAN TOO. LOL
i'm more in favor of staying hip and clean. there are plenty of porn dealers on the internet as it is. there is too much available to minors without mom finding a porn dvd under the mattress in billy's room. i see a legitimate company opening themselves up to lots of legal and moral issues getting into the xxx area of internet commerce imho.

All the DD I have done and the DD all the others have done point in this direction ... STRAIGHT UP!! We are on the groundfloor of a potentially future Fortune 500 company. Look at Netflix ... what they have accomplished in such a short time. And look at the market ... the video game industry is growing at astonishing levels. And once the company gets into the DVD rental business, I believe we will have people leaving Netflix and signing up with VG's so they can keep all their rental business in one area. John Fleming has hired a spectacular PR firm, and a spectaular web designer. These two items alone show me he is a man dedicated to building a large, highly profitable business. A business that will make the shareholders (those of us with the vision and the patience to hold onto their shares) very wealthy. IMO you can take that to the bank.

I always like using the Netflix history as a good comparison to where we are and where we're going. I'm not sure if this is accurate or not but here's what I see.
Netflix has 23 distribution centers and approximately 1.3 million subscriptions.
Now if we are or soon will be 1/20th of the company Netflix is that would be:
Netflix 1/20 Market Cap = 79,000,000 PGHI o/s = 469,000,000 PGHI pps = $0.17 PGHI Market Cap = 79,730,000
I'm not sure how many subscriptions we have presently but the key is the new website and the marketing campaign to increase subscriptions and I see us being 1/20th the company Netflix is without much trouble. This would at least be a reasonable and not an unreal or inflated pps to assume based on the overall size and solidity of the company. Any thoughts to the accuracy of this? I hope I'm not way off base. The upside potential is so great that I'm trying to control my excitement with a little bit of reason.

I would think VeeGeez will attract subscribers from all other game rental srvs, more than they would NetFlix. Cheers all!

Absolutely Phantom, I was just using Netflix as the model to compare the present standing of the company.

Also a higher PPS than .10 in a year is extremely possible IMO. Just read all of the threads on PGHI, do the DD on charts, compare it to NetFlix, look at the BILLION dollar videogame industry... it could be a real barn burner. So stay tuned

seems like many of you are keeping your pps predictions VERY low. .10 after a year??? I am thinking .10 + after the website is released. Then .25 with name change. Then once the advertising begins.....this thing could take off. Advertising is huge and a television comercial would make this stock fly.

Check this out….I’ve been out of the video game thing for a couple of years. And my younger brother in law was in town. He is 13, and games are his life. So we went to the local movie store to get a game. We were trying to get “true crimes streets of LA” they had about 4 of the games all of which were checked out. Just about every good game was gone. Any way $7.00 to rent one game for seven days or $3.00 for 1 day and $3.00 for every day you were late. I went to the front desk to ask if they happened to have “true crimes” she looked in the computer and all 4 games that had been checked out were late being turned in 1 was 2 weeks late another 4 days late and the rest 1 day late. Man talk about racking up the late fees. LATE FEES DO SUCK!!! I had a friend who worked for blockbuster and he said that the majority of their revenue came from late fees. Any way paying $7 for one game for 7 days made me realize once people see how much easier it could be by using veegeez. Folks, its only a matter of time this company will explode with business. I think the best thing we can do as investors is spread the word. I’m going to buy my brother in law a membership when the new website comes out, and he is already excited about it, and he has a ton of friends that are all into video games as well. So I’m pretty sure he will get several of his friends to sign up as well. And it just goes on and on.

Giving this subscription as a gift to a younger relative (or actually anyone) is a top notch idea. Word of mouth advertising will be exponentially huge when this thing gets rolling.

The porno Market is bigger than video dvd ,vhs, combined. Americans spend more money on "adult entertainment" each year then is spent on sports. Its the largest selling item on the internet and is still what keeps small video rental shops in busines. Women make up half the demand but most hesitate to rent in public. Morals are personel, and would object more to my kids viewing some of the extreme violence and warped hereo worship, in todays games and movies. PGHI allready has the Channell systems, "fixed assets" to market rent and disrtibute another product under a companion adult site with wery little additional fixed cost any variable cost would be instantly covered by the rental. Yahoo allmost did. This is the quickest way to blue chipsville. Just think our EX President will be the biggest customer.

If VeeGeez started renting porn, I'd be out as fast as I got in. Porn is sleezy and makes a company below sleezy.

Just for anyone else waffling about the PPM. DO IT NOW. Get shares at approximate average of .025. Not a bad days work. Email John and he will send you forms. Takes about 5-10 mins to fill out. Wire the funds, fax the forms, and sit back and enjoy the ride. The rocket is about ready to launch.
