I am trying to purchase the PPM. Anyone there who has already done this? I have the documents and have questions what to fill out and what not to. Or should I just call them. Any help would be great. Thanks.

True, call them if you are unsure about anything, but its always a good idea to read up as much as you can....No reason to bug JF if he has already awnsered the question 20 times.

Call me crazy, but I swear it looks like they are raising the bids to shake lose some shares. Thay are lined up at the ask to make sure it doesn't take off, and then they raise the bid...just for a little while. I am telling you, they know something big is coming IMO

BetN thats what I was also thinking. I think they were trying to do the same thing yesterday during the upsiwing they moved us up on less than 150K total shares traded, hoping some people had sell orders in that they could grab from us. I like what I see, not to many pennies were they have to swing the stock upwards to get people to stop out, usually they just pull it down.

Thanks, I read the other thread and that helped some. Did you guys ever find out if you should check the box about being a accredited investor? I am not. Also did you ever find out if these would be affected by a reverse split? Thanks guys and good luck. MCD

Just check all blocks on the subscription agreement. John will take care of it.
Yes, the PPM shares will be affected by any type of split along with all authorized shares.

So I sent John an email about 20 mins ago with the questions I had. I tried the help line first but busy. Believe me I didn't want to bother John. Anyways, he got back to me within 10 mins and answered all questions. This guy rocks. Customer service is the name of this game. McD

Yes, he's excellent at responding to emails. He leads his company by example as good leader should.

MM's appear to raise the price to shake loose shares, and at same time they stay lined up at the ask.....They also flash a 100......What does that say?.....They know something big is coming...Maybe the have been reading the allstocks board!

I will be heading back east over the weekend and then stopping in on John Flemming on Thursday. Will return Friday evening.
Hope to have good news for everyone.
By the way I did pick up some more shares today as my group of ten people now hold about ten million shares. It was nice to make the MM's pay more today for the shares they need.

Am I in the minority about not particularly liking the "Late Fees Suck! " slogan? As for the online video game rental competition, who charges late fees anyway? I prefer the new banner that was posted on the previous thread a few weeks ago which states "Never Any Late Fees". This says it all and in a more professional manner. Besides, with the "Late Fees Suck!" slogan the response could be "Yeah, they do but do you charge them or don't you?" Does this statment also imply to return games on time because late fees suck? I KNOW I'm going WAY overboard on this but does anybody else even mildly agree? Don't get me wrong but I've been accumulating shares (750K) for 2 months now and am holding them very long so I love this company as much as anyone else. With the new website just around the corner, I was wondering what anyone else thinks.
I like them both, the "late fees suck" could be catering to the younger generation. They do suck, thats why I have VeeGeez and Netflix. -Marty ____________________________________________

I've thought about that as this was nothing but a quick glimpse into something that is still in the creation stage. It may have even been rejected by JF and management. And yes, there is a target age group I'm sure it's aimed at.

I like the slogan. PGHI said its target audience is college kids.....Its a perfect slogan for that target. The lack of proffesionalism will be what attracts a generation that has more of a disposible income. It will also be what sets us apart from all of our competitors.
Just my opinion....but like we said, we don't even know what the final product is yet. Thats slogan just happens to be the latest. Any way you look at it, a new website is a step up.
