I just want to say I like the slogan "late fees suck" If you think about it you can really only rent games beside online at blockbuster ect. and it is like $5 if you are late that makes it another $5. I am a gamer think it is straight to the point. Think about the slogan Micheal Dell came out with "Dude you are getting a Dell" Very catchy and hip. I work for Hewlett Packard and man do I still hear that. Think about it!

I guess I'm just out of touch with a few things today. No problem though as the one thing I'm not out of touch with is the fact that we are all going to make a lot of money with the success of this company no matter what slogan is used. Once again it's great how people on this board can discuss differences of opinion rationally and respectfully. Thanks for the input. GLTA!

You guys are right one. The slogan is catchy and it will stick in your head. College kids and younger will love it and that's who play video games.

And it doesn't matter that all of the other online companies don't charge late fees, it's the fact that we got the slogan. What would you remember more, "Never any late fees" or "Late Fees Suck!"

From a business perspective you guys are right! If it helps to expand and grow the subscription base then by all means how could anyone argue with that.

By the way thanks to Marty for posting the two banners.

ignorantbliss, you better start moving if you want to catch up quickly because the PPS is gonna run fast!

In all fairness, I now only hold 1.8M shares, I sold 200K yesterday to play FXGP so you only need 1.2M more to catch up. If the PPS goes to .10, you'll have to start turning tricks on the weekend to come up with $120,000 for the 1.2M shares!

Later buddy!

PASSING THROUGH THE SAINT PETERSBURG CLEARWATER AIRPORT WHICH IS ABOUT 60 MILES EAST OF ORLANDO (TAMPA BAY AREA) AND THURSDAY JANUARY 15, 2004 EDITION OF THE ST. PETERSBURG TIMES HAS A VERY INTERESTING ARTICLE: TITLE "RENTAL MOVIES BY MAIL CATCH ON"

LAKELAND FLORIDA (RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE BETWEEN ORLANDO AND TAMPA) NETFLIX HAS SET UP A NEW DISTRUBUTION CENTER FOR CENTRAL FLORIDA CUSTOMERS. THE PHOTO ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE METRO&STATE SECTION HAS A WOMAN PUSHING A CART FULL OF DVD'S. THEY CLAIM THAT MOST CUSTOMERS GET THEIR MOVIES IN 1-DAY AND NO LATER THAN 2-DAYS.

"NETFLIX HAS SEEN ITS BUSINESS AND STOCK PRICE SOAR IN THE PAST YEAR, ALMOST DOUBLING ITS SUBSCRIBERS TO 1.5 MILLION AND TURNING ITS FIRST PROFIT. WALMART HAS THE SAME SERVICE AND BLOCKBUSTER IS EXPECTED TO JOIN SHORTLY. WALMART DOESN'T ENTER INTO ANY AREA WHICH THEY THINK WILL NOT PULL SEVERAL BILLION DOLLARS. NETFLIX IS TARGETING 5-MILLION SUBSCRIBERS BY 2007 AND THEY SEE THE DAY WHEN THEY WILL OFFER DISCS BY MAIL AND INTERNET DOWNLOADS. FOR A 5-YEAR OLD COMPANY, THE FORMULA HAS PAID OFF IN A STOCK PRICE THAT REACHED $65.10 ON WEDNESDAY DOWN .21 ON THE DAY BUT UP FROM A 52-WEEK LOW OF $11.05. YET THERE IS ONE POTENTIAL REVENUE GOLD MINE THAT NETFLIX WON'T TOUCH. IT DOESN'T RENT PORN."

NOW I HAVE EDITED THIS WITH MY OWN TYPING AND NOT INCLUDED EVERY PHASE OF THE ARTICLE BUT YOU SHOULD GET THE GENERAL IDEA. I AM UNAWARE IF THIS IS A PGHI AFFILATE OR NOT AND MOST OF YOU PROBABLY KNOW.

IF THIS IS, YOU SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING.

IF IT IS NOT, YOU SEE WHAT CAN HAPPEN.

Hey Bet

Sorry this is late. In regards to your question about the PPM. John said only check what you know for sure. He said not to check part d the "accredited investor" Hope that helps. I got the impression that if you did check part d and you aren't accredited it is really not that big a deal. I sent my check today and am stoked about my position now. Good luck to Veegeez and all you pghi buddies. McD

"LATE FEES SUCK!" is a good slogan for the younger folks. And the word "SUCK" makes you want to investigate the company even more. It is a shady word... so to speak.

As far as renting porn goes... well we still have to do decent with video games and then regular DVD's in the future. I know porn would sell/rent BIG! There are many corporations who are involved in the porn industry... such as AT&T. It's a billion plus dollar industry. And frankly I'm surprised that no one has started to rent these out via mailorder. I could make more $$$ with the porn addition... but my moral side pops up and then I'm stuck. So I have no firm opinion on this. Although a site renting out videogames to youngsters and also offering porn is kinda' weird. Perhaps a password for verified adult users to browse the porn section... while all other sections are open for browsing?

All I know is that we have a WINNER in our portfolio... porn or no porn. The videogames and regular DVD's will be like a rocketship for our wallets!

How about a subsidiary or spin out company to do the porn. Won't hurt VeeGees image but will add to revenue and pps.

How about getting VeeGeeZ to work the video game rental idea first, get this running smoothly and paying out financial gains.

Maybe there is a reason why Netflix just rents videos......simplicity does have its advantages. -

I just looked at my Ameritrade account and it says:

Please be aware that all securities markets will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2004, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The markets will reopen on Tuesday, January 20th

So will the OTCBB be open?

BET....

There are several key factors you want to accomplish when you are creating an ad.

1-The ad must draw attention...be it negative or postive it must be talked about on a consisitant basis.
2-The ad must be quick and to the point..people have a fast tolerance level so you have to catch their attention within seconds or you lose them.
3-The slogan must be one that is easily remembered ...so it can be repeated.
4-You must reach your target audience..

I certainly understand your thinking because some people would find the T-Shirt offensive , but they will talk about it and in the long run that is what the intention is..Shock value causes attention..Just look at what is on the news everyday.
My personal opinion... they kept it simple and to the point nothing short of brilliant.

Lets give up the porn idea.

Porn can also do a lot of damage to a companies image.

Lets not put any image out there of us and porn, especially whil we are a start up.

There is a lot of money in video games.....We don't have to be #1, just one of the numbers. The online video game rental buissness is wide open for any one to get in....We are well on are way to makeing money for all of us. This next two weeks should be huge

Good call here.

It is best not to start off on the wrong foot as far as offending any part of the possible market group.

It is true that there is money to be made in the porn industry. I for one would not involve myself with any company trying to market this industry.

Sorry but that is a moral issue to me.

I agree Magoo.
Its a moral issue for me too. I wouldn't be involved either.

There are too many other ways to make money.

Thankfully our company hasn't even hinted at that idea.......
