I think short term we will be in the .036 to .049 range- a PR will push us past .05, maybe as far as .08- hard to tell. It really depends where we are at when the news hits, and what the PR says exactly. Also, which PR will hit first, the name change or website, distribution center or marketing plan. So much on the table its hard to tell. I can see .30 by summer if all goes smoothly- but hey I'm just a PGHI addict like the rest of us, I solicit family and friends for funds daily!

Depends how well the Marketing plan goes, but with Venture Direct working with them I think everything will go extremely well.

I will be a little more confident/daring and say that we might very well see anywhere from .50 to .75 next summer.
Why am I so confident? Because since I bought PGHI more than 2 1/2 months ago, I've been emailing John F. (CEO) back and forth, and I was amazed at the competency of PGHI's management!
It's rare that you meet a CEO from a pennystock who's so sharp and respectful of shareholders. I suggest that you do the same and email him personally at ceo@pghi.biz, you will see what I mean!
His policy of releasing PR's only after the facts proves that he's all about action and not bullcrap or fluff! He means what he does and he does what he means!

CANDLESTICK CHARTING PATTERNS ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN OCCURING BREAKOUT IMMINENT (Link Provided) Let's talk about the ASCENDING TRIANGLE... This pattern is occuring here and will eventually lead to our BREAKOUT...
On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is as if a large sell order has been placed at this level and it is taking a number of weeks or months to execute, thus preventing the price from rising further. Even though the price cannot rise past this level, the reaction lows continue to rise. .05 has been resistance on two previous occassions. Reaction lows continue to rise. When we have our final base established at .04 and our new name change and web site are released.... OUR ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN will lead to a BREAKOUT.
Also keep in mind.... as I've stated before. Because we have no previous buyers above .05... theres is ZERO upside resistance which means the BREAKOUT will be significantly stronger than most anticipate. .10 and beyond will be here soon.

Thanks for the information. I will print it and study it over the weekend. The more information I have on the company the better I can digest what John might be presenting. If we are on the same level then it is much eaisier for me to be of some help. It goes much eaiser when the two parties are talking apples and apples.

If you have read my previous post about observations of Fleming (Tommy)you are aware of my opinion that he is a practical thinker as well as being extremely calculated.All that post here realize that there is never any fluff posted about the company.What Fleming wants you to know he allows to be leaked when he thinks it's time.He let us know about the name change and the site and I have to believe that is just the platform for the events that will arise in January.I say this because the best time to promote a product is when you have a captive audience.It is my belief that Fleming realizes we already know what is coming and are waiting anxiously so what better time to make some announcements that we are not yet aware of than when you have an audience with their tongues hanging out.If I am correct in my thinking Fleming will make some major announcements in January over and above what we are aware of which will provoke some major investments and the stock price to soar.This man is a KEEN STRATEGIST he knows the share price will go up when the site and name change occurs and then what usually happens is it will flatten out.That is why I believe he will at that point have new announcements to keep the trend running the share price even higher.This will establish an extremely strong BRAND following for GAMESNFLIX. as well as the monies to grow inventory.I am not trying to encourage anyone to sell or buy this stock,I am merely speaking out loud to recieve some input from others about my thoughts.

We continue talking about Veegeez.com but have only modestly considered the possibility of further dot com acqusitions. What about gameZNflix.com... No doubt this will happen in the near future also... So much speculation.... and I'm glat Flemming(Tommy) is here to give us a subtle hint once in a while. This is only the beginning.

I do agree fully with you. Mach has done a great job in the research which he has done and his insight into what he believes the pattern for PGHI will take place.
I am not as versed in the area of research which Mach is but I do have a good feel for how bussiness is set up and run. John Flemming has not missed a step in his approach as to the news getting out to shareholders. I do not believe that he will not release any news until he is ready to or has put in motion the factors to make the statements come true.
John has leaked out some of the information for upcomming news which has stired up much attention. It is going to be interesting the content of that news as he realizes that this will have a strong effect on what the shares will do.
I am hopefull that the new web page and name change will happen as schedualed. These are major factors in the direction which shareholders will take.

This stock is very healthy, not a pump-n-dump like 99% of OTC:BB's!

Hey everyone, I was just looking at a few charts on stockta.com and one of the companies that I looked at was IDNW, now GLBT. If you'll remember Tommy's post about MM's having to cover all shorts prior to a symbol change, you may find this interesting. Sure looks as if this has merit because IDNW formed a nice base the week before last in the 0.06 range. Then all of a sudden a couple of days prior to the actual symbol change...KABOOM. It now trades under the ticker symbol GLBT and last traded around 0.23...pretty nice move if I say so myself. I believe we are in for a similar move!! And we have several major impending events all set to happen on top of that in conjunction with the symbol change or reasonably close to each other IMO!! Based on what I've seen with other companies and knowing what we have coming in the next couple of weeks, i.e. new website, intro of dvd rentals etc. I can see PGHI trading in the 0.25 range very soon (during January). It's anybody's guess from there based on management's execution of the business plan and the success of the full blown marketing campaign by Venture Direct Worldwide. Exciting times, wouldn't you say??

Kaboom! That's an understatement! This stock surged from .06 to .18... within a few days... after the name and symbol change. Wow! This happens all the time with the name/symbol changes... you are right! I do hope some people are as excited as me... We could easily see .10-.15 within a few weeks... We have so much going on... it's an understatement... New site... name change... symbol change... and a hot service! Those who are reading the board tonight... research this very closely... I do not dare sell a single share at this point in time... Those 5-10% gains are nothing compared to what is about to happen here! Ya know Mach....this is another one of my near miss stories. How many of those have I had in the past couple months. I hate to count. The biggies I remember with pain are ADOT, IBZT, and IDNW. Had decent positions in all and sold too early. Had I held onto my positions in each of those just a week longer in each case, I'd have a MUCH MUCH larger portfolio right now! #*&@...I hurt just thinking about it!
I will not make the same mistake here with PGHI. I was pretty well sold on IDNW also with the DD I had done, but let the MM's push me out. I actually bought into it twice and both times the MM's drove it down. It didn't do what I expected, and I got out. Paid the price.
The pattern with PGHI is the same. Its a learning experience. PGHI will help heal the wounds of my past impatience.....and soon!

IDNW recently went through a symbol change, and look at the impact it had on the stock's performance as the shorts were forced to buy back. The symbol is now GLBT, and is trading around .23
I wonder what PGHI's new symbol will be...maybe GMFX?

I agree with you. There are so many possibilities here. We continue talking about Veegeez.com but have only modestly considered the possibility of further dot com acqusitions. What about gameZNflix.com... No doubt this will happen in the near future also... So much speculation.... and I'm glat Flemming(Tommy) is here to give us a subtle hint once in a while. This is only the beginning.
