You never answered my question. You stated the MM's were assisting Hilal in lowering the price to buy back the company. Is that a FACT or OPINION. If it is fact, please tell us your source. If it is an opinion, please state that also. I appreciate all of your DD and that is the reason I bought, but I hope we keep to the facts. Roger

Questions for those verse specifically in this technology.
I sidelined this one early last week getting out about even. The mention of a agreement with Motorola was mentioned, but I ran across someone who allegedly e-mailed motorola. I wish I would have saved it, but the response from Moto was that the agreement was no longer in force as CTKH was unable to keep up payment on the licensing fees. I have looked, but haven't e-mailed motorola myself. Just wondering if someone has DD on this or has followed with Moto. Next...again I don't know the full applications of this technology, but at Best Buy, they do have a big screen (from I believe Samsung) that has internal technology beyond Plasma (which has always unimpressed me - old transistor tubes and they admit will only last 3-4 years) and LCD (which is very good). The rep explained the technology in this new unit that sounds very similar to a small ceramic/mirror plate which does produce a clearer picture than even LCD. And I heard that Texas Instruments has produced such technology for this use. Can anyone inform of this and if it applies to CTKH at all? Their story is good. I'm just trying to make sure they protected any patents or secured licencing agreements with patented manufactuers. Curious here. Bo

Saving4Kids...I am 250k long on this stock also, but only by mistake. I am a newbie and learned the hard way not to buy "market"! lol Luckily it was only on a half a penny stock, and this company actually has potential IMO. I have not heard of any buy back PR, but if it does come out, I hope it doesn't have the same affect that the buyback PR had on QBID today!! lmao Good luck to you and you and your kids!!

My partner and I went in for 4.7 million shares today. Average cost of .0047066. All non productive thoughts aside, I would like an idea of a timeframe where this might reach .09.

I don't know if this means anything but if you go to cetek's web site and right click, then click on properties it shows the site to have been created and last modified 2/12/04. Is that anything? Please forgive my ignorance, I'm just trying to share info. Good luck today....Nick

That date doesn't mean anything. That is the date they work on the site itself. It must of been for posting the under construction logo. You can create your site internal and post it after that to the internet. Hopefully that is what there are doing.
good Luck to all.

Why would you bail on this stock...I've racked up thousands of free shares in this stock, if you can get a feel for the ebb and flo. It's a great company with great potential and probably one of the few that have proven to make money. Eventually, it will have to release but it takes more than a few days/weeks to break out of sub-penny land. PATIENCE!!!!

ref the "probably one of the few that have proven to make money"
This company claims to have made money but will not answer any questions as to how much or even what they are truly marketing. I have contacted the investor relations s t o c k e n t e r @ aol.com who stated and I quote...
"As for the questions re: revenues, all the company has made available is what was published in the press release of 1-30-2004. This is a non-reporting SEC issuer; that means that Cetek is not obligated to report, or file, financial information. And, there is no voluntary reporting of any reports beyond what was reported in that press release; and this is the position the company is taking.
Similarly, the size of the orders, and dollar amount, and to whom the company ships to is not being reported. They consider this proprietary; and esp. regarding their customers, they do not want to give specific names in that this may give Cetek competitors an edge.
Sir, I work with many public companies, and they all have investment risk. Non-reporting pink sheet companies are especially hard to evaluate; and I can appreciate your desire to learn more about this one, so as to help determine the merits of the company. I regret that I cannot be more helpful with your questions, but I am being as honest as I can be. I wish you good luck with all your investments, and ask that you invest prudently and be diverse in what you invest in.
Sincerely,
Stock Enterprises I/R for CTKH"
I followed with a message requesting the data to support the 185% profit claim. (if the company can not or will not produce any information to back the 185% profit then I expressed that I consider their release false and misleading in my humble opinion. Nothing about a profit should be considered proprietary... seems a bit fishy to me you all make your own judgements. I hope they come back with a positive response. stockenter responded to my first email within 1 hour on a Saturday. My follow-up e-mails have not been responded to at all - days later...*)
