Oops sorry. For some reason I couldn't find my first post, so I repeated myself. Good question about why the sense of urgency. Originally I was going to say why I thought that people should buy the stock on Monday, but I tend to ramble on and on in my posts and so I didn't give my reasons. I have no inside information, but from sad experience, I have waited too long to buy other stocks and then seen them take off without me. I like to find a stock that has gone down and then reached the point where it is no longer
falling and is then edging upward. Which is good, but I have noticed that stocks with really great fundamentals can turn around and
start going strongly upward and not look back
For a stock, such as NSDM, with great fundamentals, even though it is still drifting down, if I think that some news might be coming out, I will put some of my money into the stock at that time. If I'm wrong, and the stock continues drifting down, well, I can always buy more, but if I don't buy any shares and the stock takes off,
then I will have missed a great opertunity. In this case, the president of the company went to China on Thanksgiving rather than stay home for the holidays, they are going to
start drilling this month. Neither one of those mean you have to buy the stock on Monday, but it was posted that there might be
news coming out on Tuesday. With all of that put together, I just wanted to tell people that Monday might be a good time to buy. Also
since I've started putting in at least some money into stocks that I really like, I have no longer been in the position where I watched a stock that I had been following, take off without me. A month ago some people were saying don't buy any LBTT until it has stopped going down. It was at .002 and I said
whoa, the stock has a lot of things going for
it, put at least some of your money into it.
And so what happened (no it didn't take off, that was a month ago) it bounced back & forth
between .0018 an .0022, but then, all of a sudden it shot upward. If you had kept on waiting, instead of getting an initial position, you were left in its dust. So that's why I'm saying buy some of the stock on Monday. It may not do anything, but at least you will have a starting position. By the way, in the last 3 months it was in the .15/.20 range for quite a while. If it jumped back up to that range, that would be a 400% gain. And if any news comes out it could go a lot higher than that.

I forgot to say how long I've had this stock.
Its been a coulple of months. I got in at
.069 so its gone down about 50% Some people say don't chase a stock or it might bring you
down with it. If the stock looks like a great
buy and the fundamentals haven't changed or have even gotten better I will buy more shares, but I only do that with a stock that seems to have great fundamentals, not a stock
that I am just buying for a quick trade, and I don't keep on and on buying the stock.

indication ofhow long I've had it .. I started averaging down from .15 .. still holding my original position ... even at .10 is not a bad entryu for a stock that we know shoudl at least be around .20 on speculation .. but if they find anythign $1.00 +

I'm going in tomorrow after reading such good things about the Ukraine project.

Do you plan to sell after good news about Ukraine project or wait until the Canada project hopefully flourishes.

MOST OF YOU ALL I SEE ARE LOOKING AT APPROXIMATELY A .30 EXIT POINT WHICH IS JUST FINE AND A GOOD RETURN FOR WHERE WE'RE AT RIGHT NOW.

TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE HISTORY 5-6 MONTHS PR BACK. REVIEW MY POSTS UNDER THIS TOPIC AND YOU'LL SEE THAT .30 IS VERY VERY VERY VERY (DID I SAY VERY) LOW LOW LOW LOW (DID I SAY LOW) EXIT POINT....

HONESTLY THINK ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THIS STOCK AND IN THE ALTERNATIVE OF TRYING TO JUMP INTO ANOTHER STOCK AND ANOTHER AFTER THAT, THINK ABOUT LONG TERM ON THIS STOCK IN AND OF ITSELF.

.30-$1.00 AS AN EXIT I CAN'T ARGUE WITH IN THE LEAST FOR THAT ITSELF IS AN EXCELLENT RETURN; BUT I'M STICKING TO ALL MY PREVIOUS POSTS AND $1.00 IS STILL A GREAT TIME TO GET IN ON THIS STOCK.

AND ONCE MORE... I HOPE IT DROPS TO .01!

This is the news we've been waiting for! They found diamonds. Wednesday should be a very good day for those of us holding NSDM.

Here's the news that came out just after the close on Tuesday.

North Star reports successful drill results in Ukraine with findings of micro and macro diamonds
via COMTEX

December 9, 2003 BELLINGHAM, WA, Dec 09, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ --
North Star Diamonds, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets: NSDM) North Star Diamonds is pleased to report positive results on the summer Ukraine drill program on the Zubkovich area property.
President, Walter Stunder, who has just returned from Ukraine, reports that the summer drill program is now complete and, based on initial laboratory results, was a success. An enriched diamond-bearing zone exists immediately above the bedrock on the Zubkovich area property. This area will be the focus of further exploration efforts and the Company is very optimistic about further positive results.
Out of eight holes drilled, six were diamondiferous, indicating a very high 75% success rate. A total of 141 diamonds were recovered - 136 micro diamonds and 5 macro diamonds varying in size between 1 mm and 2.5mm, the largest just under 2.5 mm. A small amount of lab work remains unfinished. Final laboratory results are expected within four to six weeks. Additional high chrome quality G10 garnets, angular in shape, were found indicating that they had not traveled very far from source.
Further ground magnetic surveys and till sampling are now underway. Future drilling programs are expected to include more positive anomalies in adjacent areas.
Industry leader De Beers continues to show strong interest in Ukraine, as they have attended various area conferences and assisted in the publication of a book on 'The Prognosis and Exploration of Diamondiferous Kimberlite in Ukraine.
Additionally, North Star management is very positive about their upcoming drill program in Manitoba. The Company has selected the drilling company and is signing the contract this week to commence drilling, which is expected to start December 15th. North Star's targets indicate classic kimberlite signatures on this property.
The first four initial drill targets, the Shire, Merry, Bree and Gimli represent Phase 1 of a total of 12 high priority magnetic anomalies associated to a major north-south structure located at the western margin of the Superior Craton, which will be drilled over the next year. North Star's claims (26,400 acres) are located in southeastern Manitoba.
North Star Diamonds, Inc. is committed to a long-range plan for diamond exploration and feels that with the Superior Craton Project and the assets in Ukraine, North Star is focused on establishing the Company as a true world explorer in search for diamonds.

I can't believe more people aren't excited about this. I though this board would be buzzing tonight. Am I missing something? This news is tremendous. I agree it's only the beginning, but hey, ya gotta have a beginning to everything. Hope to pick up some more shares early Wed. Anybody wanna guess on the size of the gap?

Best Wishes for an extra-sparkling new year.

So what are people thinking, I haven't been following this one lately but with this news I'm kinda interested now.

Are we expecting a big pop followed but a new support level, or will this just pop and fall back down.

6 months ago there was a pop to about $0.80, you guys expecting a nice pop now? if so where too?

Thanks

MOOSE GO THROUGH THIS NSDM AND READ ALL MY POSTS. ABSOLUTELY AGAIN STICKING TO MY GUNS ON MY PREVOUS POSTS.

I'M NOT SO EXCITED QUITE YET. I WOULD NOT BE THE LEAST BIT SURPRIZED TO SEE THE STOCK DROP ONCE AGAIN TO THE .025 LEVEL. GOOD PR DOESN'T DO WHAT IT DOES FOR OTHER STOCKS.

OF COaRSE, I'M HAPPY TO BE PROVEN WRONG EVEN THOUGH I'M STILL HOLDING OUT FOR A PRICE DROP TO .01!

FOR WHO-EVER ASKED WHY PEOPLE AREN'T EXCITED ABOUT NSDM??? SHOOT, JUST READ THE BOARD AND EVERYONE HAS BEEN FOCUSED ON AFRR AND CYTP AND WHAT GREAT STOCKS THOSE ARE..... (CHUCKLE)

NSDM just put themselves on the map! There are much bigger things to come. There is talk of mergers and other companies wanting to partner with them in Ukraine now.

It is very good and it is my understanding that they are going to drill the whole more for larger stuff.

Should be a nice close today!

NSDM is a pinksheet stock. You cannot get bid/ask on those. If you are having trouble pulling it up, try NSDM.PK.

Good Luck

I put my order at open at 0.033 and it was immediatelly executed but within a minute it disapeared and the order left open. Now I can't even cancel it. I do not know what's up with ameritrade.

THE NEWEST PR IS VAGUE ONCE AGAIN. SURE THEY "FOUND" SOME MICRO, BUT THEY HAVE FOUND THESE BEFORE.

THIS "SOUNDS" LIKE GOOD PR AND EXACTLY THAT.... "SOUNDS". WE'RE UP 40% +/- SO FAR THIS MORNING AND I THINK WE'LL SETTLE RIGHT BACK IN WITH A MINOR GAIN TODAY.

LAB RESULTS HAVE NOT BEEN FINALIZED EVEN THOUGH WE FOUND SOME DIAMONDS.

PHASE 1 OF 12 ISN'T EVEN COMPLETED YET.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS DON'T READ MORE INTO THE PRESS RELEASE YESTERDAY THAN IS ACTUALLY THERE. READ THE CYTP AND AFRR POSTS AND YOU'LL SEE WHAT I MEAN...

A 40% JUMP TODAY IS ONLY A 50% LOSS FOR THOSE WHO ENTERED AT .10.

THIS STOCK MAY MOVE ON THE MINOR PR WE HAVE RED BUT THE HISTORY SHOWS IT'S GOING TO NEED SOME STRONG FINDINGS AND MINING SALES TO BOOST THE STOCK.

I HAVE THE PATIENCE NOT TO WORRY WHILE MOST ON THE BOARD HAVE A SPAN OF ABOUT 10 SECONDS REGARDING ANY GIVEN STOCK...

It looks like the market maker has reversed the fill. We contacted the market maker who informed us this trade was executed in error and has been reversed. We have canceled the sell order since you do not own the position.
