If any of you have not been following the related story of Silver Screen Studios (SSSU), I recommend looking into it. There is a thread over on the micro board. I would not at all be surprised if the very prestigious and expensive law firm they have retained for this action was working on a fee-for-settlement basis. Remember the firms in the early stages of the tobacco company suits?
Rufus and Co. have been alluding to the fact that "the markets are changing". Coincidentally (or maybe not) there are a couple of other companies taking strong, organized action against the crooks at the highest levels. Start watching for stories outside of CSHD. And when you say your little prayer for Rufus, Ben and Sabra, don't forget Barry Thomas, CEO of SSSU; he is working for us, too.

BB,
No, you didn't miss anything because Repo is here. Intelligent conversation sort of stops in its tracks when he shows up. This is why I wish everyone would just stop responding to him. I am convinced that he has absolutely no interest in this stock other than to agitate us. If we ignore him when he is here, hopefully he will get bored and find another sand box to play in.
In fact, after his comment about PayChex a few posts ago, I'm starting to wonder if he invests in stocks at all. My God, everyone knew about PayChex in the mid nineties and early 2000's.
See Repo...it can happen.
You talk about ignoring him, then you address him in the same post. OK, you may ignore me now. REPO, YOU DA MAN !!!

You know dollar, when someone comes in with an axe to grind, he should be given the 'bum's rush'. But when someone has legit Q's and a halfway decent attitude, this board is reasonably willing to help them.
Peeps with a 'tude bring it on themselves.

Yeah new2, I had no problem answering his posts and once he dropped the axe he was more reasonable to deal with. He seemed intelligent enough, maybe he will feel more comfortable when he understands the 'family' here.

From earlier:
Hey bashers want a good laugh... read this.
Finally figured out how this is going to burn the shorts....
Rufus will request a NOBO list again for Oct 16, 2006... this time not just names but share amount held.
that way they know how many shares to issue on the reset.
1 Day before or even right before the reset is done, an S4 will come out, transferring ownership for FHAL to CSHD. At the same time, a reorg statement will come out announcing a share restructure in the Authorized for the newly formed company and it will be in the ball park of 500,000,000 shares AUTHORIZED.
The ratio of 6 - 1 in place, multiply the existing O/S and you get 293,391,822 shares in the new company's O/S. Book Value $70.00+
Divide that into the O/S and price reset is $11.+... with one fell swoop.
Damn its too simple.... yet plain as day!!!
No wonder no S4 as of yet....
Shorts... better beware. your days are numbered... and it is right in front of your face.
This not off-base at all. I laid out a similar scenario a few days ago. This sounds like somebody that went back and fully absorbed all of the information to date. They made it easier when they combined everything in that 10K amendment.
If you want to have some fun figure out where NASDAQ fits in. If you had a chance to start clean with untainted shares would you do it on the OTC market?
Watch for the S4 and S3. They are infinitely more important than the 10K that was so widely anticipated. 10Ks deal with the past. All filings from here forward will give us a glimpse into the future. This is what we and the rest of the market have been waiting to see.

I'm not sure of the S4 process with the authorized shares...but I was thinking the move will probably occur before those shares are issued...to avoid the obvious bullchit involved regarding that on this exchange...

You know I have to say.... I did help that cbbush today... I thought he did came off a little hostile but I knew he had a genuine question & it can be intimidating when you want to ask a question....I helped him as much as I could & I even did some DD for him & that's ok...but I really don't think anyone was that hard on him.... I've seen so much worse than that, not that it's right but I really think things went ok today except for the Repo part..
Cbbush if you're there just want you to know you're WELCOME anytime to ask a question...this group is just sick of people like Repo!! That's all & I think you may have showed up the same time as him & people get a little "testy" when he's around....
I guess we do have to learn to ignore him, including me....
New2 & crew - love ya
Cbbush - hope to hear from ya!
Wally - I got a song for you, "Baby come back.... you could blame it all on me.....I was wrong & i just can't live with out you!"
Talk to you later all....
I'll probably be back later for Simon's show...

another green day. despite the rhetoric the bottom line for everyone is did i make money on this? i made money flipping this no problems but i did hold what i had on 10/16 to see what happens on the 30th. that is my responsibilty and no one elses. everyone needs to protect their capital and positions, but save some shares for 10/30. jmho.
btw, i enjoyed the pix etc. this doesn't have to be too serious all the time. just remember most of us are in this together and have a lot riding on the outcome so give us some slack.

While my job does provide me a certain insight concerning government filings, most of comfort level in this play comes from old fashioned research and intuition. There is more to this play than SEC filings. In fact, most of the best DD is probably not related to SEC filings, at least to this point. Rufus made reference to this when he kept suggesting research on the Georgia Secretary of State site.
Like most of the rest of you, I have exhausted most of the research leads I have and now look forward to seeing what the future holds as registration and forward-looking filings begin to hit. By the virtue that I am still holding the same position I held in May you can figure out whether I like what I see to this point.

Dollar...and the rest of my family at Allstocks,
When I started posting on this board, everyone looked at the number of posts that I had and treated me like a Newbie...even though I have more investing experience than most here. I had many valuable posts that were completely ignored because I was new to the group and I wasn't trusted. If I remember correctly, Chartman was the only one to respond...thanks again Chart. If it wasn't for him, I most likely would have bailed or just kept my mouth shut. We all know what happened to Doc. and I'm sick about it. He is a good man who brings valuable experience to our group.
I learned very quickly to wade into the pool slowly and attempt to earn the respect of this board. I could tell it was far superior to the other boards. I think what happened today was that this guy just jumped into our pool and then demanded a life raft. He did it at a time when we knew bashers would be coming out of the wood work. He was deemed to be a basher because he was asking the same questions over and over.
People were telling him, do your DD, and giving him links. I personally gave him Sabra's name and number and told him to call her...that she would answer some of his questions and make him feel better. He just kept asking the same questions. These are questions we answered ourselves weeks / months ago. The only way to answer these questions was through the DD that was discussed back then. Who remembers those details...he had to read it himself.
Are we a little hard on the new guys...maybe. Are most of them bashers...who knows because they do usually go away. Are there people out there who watch what we post in complete silence...I certainly hope not. Can we come up with a better way to do this...hopefully, or like someone said, we will not get any new (possible valuable) minds in here.
I hate to give them credit for something, but we probably need to do something similar to what HSM does where they post all of the DD stuff at the beginning of the thread, so when someone starts asking questions, we can just refer them to page one.
Better yet, to put our Allstocks spin on it, what we could do is to create a DD thread where the only info that gets posted would be CSHD DD. No comments, posts or statements. The mods could be in charge of what gets on the thread and what does not. That way, we can simply give them the link when they ask old questions. If we do this...people will come. People will come to see our DD because it is the best DD out there. This way, we don't have to get frustrated or turn it into a pissing contest. We simply educate them and get them to help drive the price of this stock through the freaking roof. Better yet, we don't have to run off any more potentially beautiful people. If we do that, we might loose Jenna...
Just a thought...
Peace to all...and enjoy your weekend. I am going to try to stay away for a few days because...I need the break and...I really need to get some work done
One last note, for those of you who are interested, Tut will be posting something of significance on Sunday.

Thanks buddy.I live in Montclair, NJ now and am from St. Louis, but I love New York City- best city in the world. Only problem is it's hard to go to the popular restaurants. Nobody goes to 'em anymore- they're too crowded.
This stock is exciting. Good to see my friend Rufus is back on his feet again.

Hello, Most of you don’t know me since I rarely post, but since I was at work all day I could not post what I wanted to earlier. However, I must agree with Wally. The other day I was at school all day long and my last bookmarked page was at 10. I came home refreshed and found out there are 25 pages. I thought to myself, I had better get to reading because I am sure something good or bad has come up. After going through 15 pages, I came up with nothing. I thought there was going to be much information to read about CSHD. I don’t blame anyone for posting pics, I even viewed them all, but there should have been a thread for that earlier. Wally's opinion has been very informative and vital. Hopefully he will return.
