cbbush, you need to go back to the beginning of yesterday and view the whole day. This is one big happy family here. Did you see me getting all bent out of shape about repo inferring the same to me? What you did see was an outpouring of support (to which I am grateful to all) from those who are much more knowledgeable than this Newbie.

Here's an idea. Pick up the phone and call Sabra Dabbs. She loves talking to shareholders. If she can't answer your questions and make you feel better, nobody can. I would really like to hear the results of your conversation.

Wally I think some people were just blowing off steam. I still think that if there was anything to DD right now everyone would be all over it. I for one like your posts and respect your ideas. I hope you don't stay away.

If you are referring to Repo, I think he is a werewolf in wolf clothing.

Here's an unemotional response. Take a look at the financials, look at the DILUTION scheduled to occur, then do the MATH, and tell me if book value is $15 PPS or higher.
Actually.... comes out to a little OVER $11.00!!
...but we have 6 times as many new shares...

See folks- now this is sad. Wally's contributed a bunch of DD here and has brought up some serious questions and brought a lot to the table- and has at many times been a staunch defender of CSHD and Rufus when appropriate; but this silliness has gotten a little out of hand with this inter-poster bashing, gi-normous picture posting and excessive cheerleading. But most distressing to me, and I assume Wally, is the lack of new DD and the presumption that this thing will go to $15 and that holding a pre 10/16 share of CSHD is as good as having $15 in your pocket.
Folks we have a lot of work to do to get there. To my knowledge, the dividend has not been registered with the State of Delaware- and we still are trading at around $2. Don't rest on your laurels. Try and figure out why we don't have the dividend registered. Why is this still not reflecting 2x(price book), even though we have audited financials. And these are just 2 basic questions.
Man, when you love a company it's great- and when someone chimes in with some crazy bashing comments. When we beat a basher with logic, that is the absolute best defense.
Similarly, when someone comes in asking LEGITIMATE questions about the legality, procedural correctness, or the value of the assets in the company- don't blindly chime in with "Believe in Rufus". Or "Look at the value of the bonds", because the difference between bonds and cash is tremendous. Questions keep us on our toes.
I mean I'm in this thing pretty heavy (for me- they're free shares, granted. but if I had that money free it sure would be nice), but I know that tomorrow, this thing has a chance to go to .25 - unlikely, but possible. I'm willing to take that risk. Folks this is an investment and cheering it to $15 ain't gonna make it $15.
I know that some of you blowing off steam and that's fine and all- but there's a difference between recess and holding the school hostage. Let's try and get back on track and stay dilligent. Rufus even says "Do the DD".
Take it from someone who is a relative novice at pennies, but has been involved with the market. You can't adopt a lazy attitude of "Just trust the CEO- he knows what he's doing"- look at Kenneth Lay- he was charming, smart and told shareholders to invest their 401K in Enron. Look at Frank Olsen, the immortal CEO of QBID (read the old posts) who promised everything, but delivered nothing and kept diluting the authorized shares until he ran out of decimal place.
As a newbie I had blind faith in allstocks cheerleaders for QBID and Frank Olsen and threw some money at QBID at .0002- thinking I had a bargain- now all I have is 2 million shares of a worthless company. The only way it would be worth anything is if I had certs issued. Then I"d have something to blow my nose in.
Now I'm not comparing Rufus to Lay or Olsen- IMO, as a CEO he has been candid and I think he passionately believes in CSHD. But passion does not equal success. He has at times been sloppy (see the 10-K), evasive (listen to any subpenny interview) and he has made mistakes too (BBAN). He's human. Don't confuse intention and passion with fact. Just because Rufus believes that his bonds make the shares worth $22 doesn't mean that the market has to believe him- and thus far it hasn't.
Man, I am hoping this works out- that Rufus plasters the wires with PR's talking about the deals he's worked out, the contracts AISS has signed, the multi-record deal the Brittenium Bros and RunByLove has with Sony. That Equine Solutions is producing Preakness and Kentucky Derby winners. I am at heart an optimist, but my wallet is not as trust worthy. Yours shouldn't be either.
Don't let greed, laziness or emotion get the better of you. It's okay to be passionate about the company, but until you've cashed out- you've got nothing. Making money is work, folks.

No you didn't miss anything. It seems our once proud board, a board that excelled at provide some great DD has become a board of personal razzing and picture taking. I guess it's time for me to move on.
It's sad because as I stated earlier between cheering leading and TUT worshipping on HSM, personal razzing a picture taking here and bashing on IHUB, new investors will have no where to go to find any substance to CSHD. It tooks us months and months of DD to get a basic understanding of what is happening and the task was daunting. If not for the collabrotive effort I believe many would have sold for a nice profit and moved on. Now it's left to the daytraders to move the stock and then let it retreat when they exit for profit.
The kicker is that the PPS is still very important. The higher it goes the more our shares will be worth but I guess that is of no consequence.
Babe thank you for all the hard work and longs hours you put in. I will always be appreciative of it.

Dragon over at Ihub giving his take on the outline of events to come.
Hey bashers want a good laugh... read this.
Finally figured out how this is going to burn the shorts....
Rufus will request a NOBO list again for Oct 16, 2006... this time not just names but share amount held.
that way they know how many shares to issue on the reset.
1 Day before or even right before the reset is done, an S4 will come out, transferring ownership for FHAL to CSHD. At the same time, a reorg statement will come out announcing a share restructure in the Authorized for the newly formed company and it will be in the ball park of 500,000,000 shares AUTHORIZED.
The ratio of 6 - 1 in place, multiply the existing O/S and you get 293,391,822 shares in the new company's O/S. Book Value $70.00+
Divide that into the O/S and price reset is $11.+... with one fell swoop.
Damn its too simple.... yet plain as day!!!
No wonder no S4 as of yet....
Shorts... better beware. your days are numbered... and it is right in front of your face.

On Tuesday I noticed pinksheets.com news section had no information available, because they were changing the ticker from CSHD to CSHDE. Well today I just noticed the same thing, but now we'll be going back to CSHD. I know that most already knew this from the OTCBB site, but just confirmation.

BB,
No, you didn't miss anything because Repo is here. Intelligent conversation sort of stops in its tracks when he shows up. This is why I wish everyone would just stop responding to him. I am convinced that he has absolutely no interest in this stock other than to agitate us. If we ignore him when he is here, hopefully he will get bored and find another sand box to play in.
In fact, after his comment about PayChex a few posts ago, I'm starting to wonder if he invests in stocks at all. My God, everyone knew about PayChex in the mid nineties and early 2000's.
See Repo...it can happen.
