Not sure if anyone noticed but they added in all of there employment contracts...the complete contracts to this 10KSB/A...added an extra 50 pages or so...

It needs more editing. I wish he hadn't done it. I wish he had taken the time to compose a letter informing us of the circumstances of the past few days. Why bother with a pipsqueak. He already has stated that they will not pursue legal action unless the shareholders voted to use funds to do it. It's a mute point at this time and can be visited later.
There is much more work to be done.

You know, it's fine that he's mad at Ihub folks, etc. But his obligations remain to the shareholders and the corporation. Slander on Ihub is less detremental to the company than a sloppy 10-K that slaps an E on the end of the share name and deflates investor confidence, gives MMs an opportunity to cover in the confusion and might delay the possible move to NASD.
I hope that Rufus stays on track and ismore diligent on making deals, promoting the value of the company as opposed to using his time to combat bashers, getting back at BBAN people, etc.
And he should only deal with his crusade on shorting insofar as it affects CSHD- at least for now. He's got too many irons in the fire to take on the greater battle. Once/if the price 'reset' occurs, CSHD gets to NASD, and the share price gets to the vaunted 2xprice book, then he can back up and take a stab at the MMs. Everything else is just a distraction.

Does anyone think the fact that 1.49/1.50 was very popular today as suppport, then we get this QUICK spikes upwards....could it be the beginning of a short covering upwards? =)

I think it unlikely this is "spur of the moment". I am of the opinion that all the bigger board's CSHD threads are monitored. Allstocks, HSM and IHUB to be sure.

Like I said, after I get my little windfall I've got my pistols loaded bring em on!!!
What about that chart now! Holding the 50 RSI like I thought. Accum and Dist turning upward with the Aroon still showing downtrend. Bollinger bands decreasing distance. I think we stay around this holding area till we BURST out again to higher highs!!!

I don't know about that, but I do know that he was asking people to email him if they were influenced to sell by s-t-o-c-k-l-e-m-o-n. But I don't think anyone who emailed ever got a reply. Anyone?

Something isn't right with the letter on the CVSU website. I could be completely off track but it's very reminiscent of the Cease and Desist letter that Our Street published. Same Green color, the confidential and the letter is completely different than anything else on the website. Is it possible soemone hacked in and put it there? I'm not sure but something feels off with it.

my take on it is that so many people are calling the company and complaining about who said what that they are going crazy trying to sort it all out...
i'm surprised they waited this long to tell people to stop...
IMO? Rufuus never shoulda posted on bulletin boards...
or gone on any of the "net shows".. even on Simons' show...
and i kinda like Simon's show.... he doess eem interested in getting to the bottom of things...
