This is still waiting on the audited financials of FHAL...and after those have come in...with luck it will show FHAL to be in very bad shape...and then according to the "368" rule,( I believe that was the number) a company can Halt trading and "reset" the PPS showing the new assets of "CVSU"...
It will take a few days for all of the brokers to get the new symbol switched over...choicetrade has already completed it...waiting for others...GLTA!

Has anyone found any new information? I use Scottrade and they are telling me that they don't have any information on when the halt will be lifted or about a new symbol.

You may need to call them again...this has been trading under the new symbol since yesterday...etrade hasn't switched completely over...so i can't trade on line but I can call and place the trade...and my choicetrade is all set and trading...GLTY!

Boo so is CSHD correct? Scottrade on my account is just showing FHAL#. When I called they told me that they had no information and when they got some kind of notice they will give me a call or to call if I had any information.

Boo I have been holding for what seems like a lifetime. The lure of 15.00 is keeping me form taking the little bit of profit that I do have and it is one of the few in the red right now.

apparently the lure of the 15.00 per held up the pps long enough for the insiders and the officers who were outed in the merger long enough to get their money's worth!

If Rufus does not come through with this guaranteed 15.00 per share, forty-thousand headman will be hunting him down!
Can you imagine how many complaints will hit the SEC if this falls through? With each passing day, Rufus risks complaints being filed. He is skating on thin ice.

i don't see how he possibly can do the 15.00 per market price. i do see the 15.00 per book value if it holds up under audit. thats why rufus merged CVSU into CHSD to sink CVSU so that it never traded after the first merger. very smart and cunning man rufus. thus, no broken promises, it never traded !

Unless they bought FHAL shares under someone else's name they haven't been able to sell anything. The shares that they own of CSHD are restricted. I still think that this was more a revenge thing against MM's and shorting. What people seem to fail to realize is that The Caracas Gruop, who ever they are, placed the bond in the holdings corp to be hypothocated(basically as collateral). Now that would be the big play here. Caracas Group puts up the bond which can be used as collateral, they buy shares in FHAL early. Enough shares in fact to know they have the majority of the float covered. This will eventually force Short(whether MM's or other's) to cover and the PPS will skyrocket because there are not enough free trading shares available to cover the positions. What type of profit do you think they will garner on trading the stock?

It will be all over, soon, if this 15.00 per deal does not come about. Those vested will become very impatient, this you know. As share prices fall, impatience will rise.
I am guessing within another five to ten days, the complaints will begin arriving at the SEC.

Glanced at Ihub...(i'll have to go shower)...but anyways it is amazing the "I told you so" and "Bashers" are comin' out of the wood work...
Never have been able to understand why "these People" only show after it starts to fall...never a "be careful" when the price is climbing or holding...always after the fact...
Haven't a clue as to why this fell...manipulation? Impatience? Brokers finally got the symbol straightened and people sold? Still looking forward to the outcome...good, bad or indifferent...
