mnvestor is a reliable source of information. That is what I wanted to hear. Something that was not from Rufus's or Ben's mouths. There has been a lot of speculation, and I'm just waiting like the rest of you to see how this pans out. GLTA

10, we are adults, or should be....

All I am saying is bottom line with me on this stock is what happened with the Nasdaq stock CAFE...

Watched the CEO hang himself...Check the news and following results from 9/27/05..6:00:32 pm

All I am saying is I do not just take anything for granted..
Do not blindly believe filings..
CEO'S go to prison all the time..

Common sense demands a skeptical point of view in pennyland...

Now if that is called " Bashing " well, people are drinking to much Kool-Aide. [Big Grin]

ya...remember the post...

sorry...it doesn't "connect the dots" for me

here's my "deal"

this is quite complicated....at times? you agree

other times? you say "Naw, is just a reverse merger."

In my short time here? we have agreed and disagreed on numerous occasions.

On this one? I seriously can not discern your message...

Question: IF the reset to $15 happens wouldn't the MM's make a killing on anything they have accumilated? I mean if they paid .90 and then it began at $15.............

OK, it IS a reverse merger? right?

the price can be re-set by an MM and the company based on any reasonable number they want, ONE time...

there is no guarantee that it will stay there...

and there was never a guarantee that FHAL shareholders would get 15$..... it was the CVSU.PK shareholders that get that....

that's why they were willing to do the deal..

quite frankly? this thing is much more fascinating than anything else i've ever seen...

IMO? the new company has to protect the price after the switch too....

and i meant it seriously when i said it was about accumulating

the trading and lying and shorting is what's fascinating and unique...

as far as i'm concerned? they could still screw it up... nothing is ever a done deal till it's done...

have you actually read some of the posts people are putting out?

the dip from 1.60 started because people misunderstood rufus .....

they thought he said the deal would take 90-120 to exchange the shares...
all the traders tried to bail instantly....they didn't want to hold for 90 days...they don't want to hold overnite if they can help it...

i was watching while it happened... even two people here at allstocks posted it would take 90-120 days... and they weren't lying. but they were wrong, the interview was interrupted and that's what it sounded like....

nothing but confusion....

of course I see...

you know i read.

my single point, right now, is this is *not* "just another r/m..."

if nothing else, the "368" play elevates it...

Ok ... it's not just another RM...theres 843 million $ listed as assets too...

my mistake...

once again? this is a simple reverse merger....

not complicated unless people want it to be...
which everybody does seem to want...

that's exactly what i said...

the 368 play makes it possible to reset the price..
you are right..

when i said simple? i was basically just reacting to all of the nastiness, rudeness, and lies i've seen since i tried to help do some DD here...

i don't friggin care to post picks anymore...
this is half the reason why...

this board wasn't like raggingbull last year when i stopped posting picks..
it has become very much like it now...

amf...

Common sense:?

I think folks could find themselves in a very dicy situation.....

On cross examination, in a court of law shareholders who sold, or still hold, could have a thorough examination of themselves on cross examination by the defendants lawyers.

Internet posting, trading records, character referances, credit ratings , criminal records..

Penny stock traders could have a bias built into the jury very easily by a good lawyer in opening statements by the defendants lawyers.

Tuff call.....They better have a rock solid case.

On the other side: If hedge fund involement is proven? The plantiff could score big time..

However, another scenerio is hedge funds thru clandestine measures back the defendants with hedge fund deep pockets..

The case could go on for years.

Also, no mention of class action..Statement reads like a direct involement and participation of stock holders..

Which means, the way I understand it, these shareholder statements will be scrutinized by the defendants lawyers long before there is a trial.
