SPRL used to be a good flip from .07 - .10, but Since it's fallen below the previous lows recently, it basically scares me.

Everyone have a "SAFE WEEKEND"!!!!

I have been wrong a few times on the daily direction of this stock....but IMO it is still a great investment, based on me beleiving the PR's. Next week should start the oil production. With the merger, JV, oil production, OTCBB, and good rev reports.....I don't think there is anything keeping us from a huge score. Still in for the long haul * 250K shares.

I called Parkins 4 times since the restricted shares release for clarification of the NDOL unrestricted shares....No response from any call.

On vacation in the NC mountains, only working with wireless 56K so have not been posting.

May 24:
"337,865,401 shares...as of March 31, 2006."

May 25:
"38,254,263...are registered free trading."

I read this as a coming reverse split, which
has been authorized previously.

Parkin insists no reverse split.

Anyone else read this as a coming reverse split?

As you know a reverse split is devastating to
share holders and highly beneficial to a company.

What are your comments on this clearly stated
share reduction which can only be effected
through a direct reverse split or a psuedo
reverse split effected through retirement of
shares and issuance of new shares?

I just got off the telephone with Mr.Makarov, president of NORD oil. He said the 8k is a lot of financial information to be processed and to be looked over by lawyers, etc. He hopes it will be out sometime within the next few business days. Upon my inquiry, he said they have full intention of getting out the pinksheets and moving to a larger exchange. I asked him about the current pps of 0.50, he declared that that price is highly undervalued. He said, I know where we are headed, but on my restiction I cannot disclose much to you, but I can say to you do not worry about the pps it will take care of itself. He felt the reason this stock is at the price, it is at is becuase of the day trading and everyone wanting a quick dollar.Guys I know your emotions gets the best of you, espically after reading everyones speculative opinions, but I am going to hold this long because I believe in this company and where it is going. I suggest that we all refrain from this forum until we see PRs then come and discuss them becuase the volitiliy of this forum and the emotions emanating from it are not healthy to a composed, logical mind. PM me if you have any questions.

cuz:

Filing Date: 5/24/2006 Form Type: 10QSB

The current board of directors is being changed to include 4 members appointed by the North-West Oil Group shareholders out of a total of 7 board members. Effective May 11,2006, Mr. Makarov will have resigned his functions of President and CEO and Mr. Ernest Malyshev, President of North West Oil Group has been appointed the new President.

That certainly lands another fly in the ointment.

Contradictory numbers keep flying in each
time I look at this stock.

What is really strange about that statement
is the acquisition of NORD oil for shares.

Bio-Tracking acquired NORD oil but Bio-Tracking
no longer exists, nothing left, literally,
athough claimed as Goodwill.

I am very curious to learn how this merger
will reduce share count without effecting
a reverse split as Parkin claims.

More interesting is how much equity value
will be lost by share holders, which will
become instant equity growth for the company.

Those numbers they display will leave fractional
shares which will vanish; investor losses and
company gains.

Really odd stuff coming out of this company.

Nah, someone else. Really do not care. I am
not interested in laying blame but rather
discussing these types of issues, elsewhere,
so readers can add to their knowledge base.

Another interesting notion, which I forgot and
you reminded,

"...Effective May 11,2006, Mr. Makarov...."

Back on the eleventh this player is out yet
recently a poster claims to have called and
talked to Markrov about the company, well
after his announced resignation.

What is Markrov doing still representing
this company, still answering phone calls?

This simply becomes worse as more information
is made available or discovered.

"I suggest that we all refrain from this forum...."

Check me on this, too lazy to scroll back to
find the article. Seems to me the person who
talked to the resigned executive, received
the same advice from the company,

"Do not discuss this stock with others."

LMAO! These characters filing complaints aganst people who are asking serious questions about the company, and some posters, are "only drawing the light of day apon themselves..

Are they so STUPID as to not understand if there is an ongoing investigation, the SEC and probably the FBI is checking them out to see what they have posted! [ The complainants ]

Question? Is it possible that a company will deliberatly contract out to questionable firms contracts for a PR campaign that conviently has pumpers post on Bulletin Boards......

Duh,,,,, yep I think so, they get busted all the time..Last go around had the Mafia get cought in the Sting..

If some of these people are in reality paid pumpers, they are going to see a Major League BACKFIRE in my opinion.

Glass, yep! But runners is more the way I see um...

You Betcha, we all play the runners from time to time...

As we all know the crazy things can be exciting..

Many times we have been on a runner and got cought up in the Banter as the out of control Pink or OTCBB flys against all logic and goes through the roof.

But, thats differant than these attack dog campaigns that can go on for months...
They get a Cult like group going, while swilling Kool-Aide from some Guru [Green Baron comes to mind] and then turn vicious and cost "Green folks" a ton of money.

CMKX/QBID Prime examples.

one should expect people that are extolling the virtues of the comapny to be able to answer these questions fairly easily...

that's when i get suspicious.....

Purl's questions are questions anyone "putting their money down" SHOULD ask... and the answeres are not readily apparent....
there was a reverse split... there is no proven reserves of oil on the books, just promises of future deals... specualtion in the pinksheets at its best...
good luck, and you guys that are long? need to do more homework so you can answer these questions if you want to sell this co... [Wink]

Hey all,

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. I have been spending most of my time on NDOL at investors hub recently. Here's a post from there I thought I'd share. This one's from cynic2005:

"Vic,

just settle down a bit. There are a lot of dedicated posters that are really trying to take the guesswork out of this stock for you. Everything that was released is all around positive.

Don't worry about the timing of their PRs if you are long. What's a day/week/month to you? They always deliver, and that is what counts. How do you know those Parkin e-mails were actually genuine? Unless the company tells the populus at large, you should never put any stock in it.

This is now a very solid and profitable entity, with lots of potential. Their political connections should enable them to expand on their already sizeable reserves. You know the 48m barrels are legit, and the divisions brought in by NWOG appear to have somewhere in the 60s or 70s, if you believe the numbers put out by Komersant. If the 8-k says anything higher, I will be positively surprised again, although some are expecting 200m, just as they expected $450, in revenues.

I said it before, reading does not equate to understanding. You need to reign in your frame of expectations, otherwise this market will eat you up.

This also applies to others. RonnieD, I am sad to see you sold. Same goes for that Soroske guy on RB. You should never sell anything due to emotions. You can't reason while being mad. Just read a few posts of those that keep their cool before you make up your mind. You know the masses are streaming for an exit, and you won't ever get a fair price."

Looking forward to what I hope will be a nice week next week. Still checking in here from time to time, but, primarily, for amusement purposes only.

Good luck to the actual shareholders here, and Go NDOL/NWOG.

Bubble Wrap! Reminds me of a hilarious product
on the market. Party Poppers! Not the kind we
know, the old champagne bottle party poppers.

This popular product is party poppers for your
friends and party goers! Open the package and
inside, a bunch of sheets of bubble wrap.

What a wild and crazy party! Everyone sits around
popping bubble wrap bubbles. Wheeeee !

Party down, baby!

Probably popular at the old folks homes, where
we will be soon enough, listening to Dean Martin
and Frank Sinatra songs.

Retirement Home? Not after what I saw happen to my Folks...They wound up in a total care 24/7 facility costing thousands of dollars per month..

They were way beyond any care we could provide..

Myself, I'm not winding up in one of those places..

Mavericks, or Waimea Bay, as well as many isolated secret spots on the Oregon Coast that hold a Big Wave, well, thats where I would like my Final Day....

I'm wondering if that tree has fallen with no one around.

Some can only hope the speed of sound will prolong its velocity long enough so deaf ears can be reached.

Onward I must go, as charred cow and processed pig awaits! I'll opt for a side of beans solely for entertainment value, much like my trips here these days.

Looking forward to Tuesday!

Good Luck to the actual shareholders here, Happy Memorial Day Weekend, and Go NDOL/NWOG
