Quite a bit more to this, Glassman. I am familiar with the case and others of a similar nature.
These are concerted efforts by a group of people who fabricate false documents, spam boards with completely false statements about financial condition and company events, along with a history of trading activity in a stock.
Most often, broker records will display short sells by these people at the height of their scam. These are professional crooks operating as a team.
This type of litigation is extremely rare.
EAG, well known pump and dump, typical type, pumping out the usual stuff. Been watching them for about a year, played a bit. Recent reverse split, classic P&D pattern of behavior.
What annoys me is these pump and dump criminals coming here, going elsewhere, insulting and threatening people to silence them.
They are criminals preying upon society for their personal profit. Most disgusting, many of those who appear here are insulting all decent participants with racial slurs on a very regular basis, as recently as just yesterday, here at Allstocks.

This is the first time for discussion boards I have witnessed such a concentrated collection of the clueless. These people are incredibly ignorant, to a surprising degree.
Speaking of degree, one-hundred-eight degrees here, ninety percent humidity, lightning and thunder, wind and periodic rain.
Reminds me of Oklahoma, except Oklahoma is more humid.

I have never been to "HSM" before. I keep seeing this mentioned, so I googled and found out the name of this place. Dropped in for the first time just minutes back and found this,

Well, that was fun. HSM has really lousy programming. Took eleven attempts to get past their image verification idiocy. Typed in the image garbage perfectly ten times and rejected each time.
No warning HSM sends email to verify. HSM email was rejected because of illegal characters in email.
Piss poor programming. Piss poor planning.

With just a "little common sence" people should beware and use extreme caution when entering some of these new NDOL sites...They are poping up all over the net, spaming this stock and posters, strange buisness, eh?...
I know the pro's know the risk that attempts at idenity theft when entering some of these fly by nite sites should be a consideration...We are dealing with a criminal type element with many of these so-called Guru's of riches..
Very strange goings on, if you live in cave in Siberia.

I thought becasue this is a pink still that I could'nt find insider buy n sells, but you gave me the link and have book marked it....that has helped alot..... looks like an insider sell of 2 million is going on......hopefully, that is the end of the insider selling and NDOL can start marching up, but i think I will wait for an insider buy to happen before re-entry.....just wondering if you know, if filing pinks file form 4's for insider buys??? or is it some other form? What's it called if it's another type of form???

Yes, email server. An advantage of running your own internet server, email server and dns server is a lot of information not normally available to the public is easily had; log records.
Our server records date back almost four years. I keep everything and keep backup copies.
Rather common knowledge administrators / operators have information on anyone who "hits" a server. Most of that information is useless.
I can pull an IP address, system type, browser type and a little bit of other information simply through log records. I have only needed this information less than a dozen times, maybe to "block" an abusive address or to have a person's internet access account terminated by his provider.
I do routinely report hack attempts and virtually daily I send information to Ebay and Paypal. All of you know about those.
Do I have technical information on people here? I will be honest. Yes. This cannot be avoided. That information is closely guarded and the only way it can be accessed is right here at our home. That will not happen. I am not interested in that information but it is there in log records.
Bob Frey holds more information than I do. This is simply part of the technology. A server cannot operate without data flow; has to be done.
HSM, pffttt.. Allstock programming is significantly more superior. Bob made an excellent choice in his software pick for Allstocks.
I plan to cruise HSM tonight to discover how much pumping is going on. Most of the I-Hub boys I find all over the place, pumping away, harassing people, threatening people, same crap.
