I left out the IMHO on my post. I am a newbeeee and am using this as a guinee pig to test my bounce strategy, i know i don't need to defend purl or even post at all....but having a place to share opinions is what i thought this site was all about. I watch other stock forums, refuse to pay fees to be a member of anything so all my research comes from the company itself, sites like these, and the many research sites that are out there.

Wait a second. What materials facts have changed in the past three (3) weeks to suddenly have you saying NDOL has "potential"? Cost reductions and management perception is enough to mitigate against the serious claims you made just a short while ago? I am very confused regarding your position on this stock in the wake of profound contentions you have made about NDOL, NorthWest and Parkin. Perhaps you could clear up this confusion which could assist other investors looking at this stock.
Three specific allegations you made:
1. NDOL is, in fact, a “pump and dump scheme”. What material facts have changed in the last three (3) weeks to cause your sudden change of heart? Or do you still believe this is a “pump and dump scheme”?
quote:Originally posted by Purl Gurl: I did not write this stock is a pump and dump but will do so now. […] Bottom line is management, through their written statements, have made it clear their intent is to drive share price up and this is their only concern. This confirms a pump and dump scheme.
2. NorthWest Oil Group is a "Secretive profit seeking politubro that would not be allowed to operate in the United States". What material facts have changed in the last three (3) weeks to cause this concern to seemingly by mitigated?
quote:Originally posted by Purl Gurl: This is a company which would not be allowed to exist in America.
NDOL is making some wild claims and is becoming involved with a secretive profit seeking politburo connected "company."
3. Management is dumping shares for profit and they are not “tending to business”. What material facts have changed in the last three (3) weeks that has caused you to believe management is no longer dumping shares for profit and is actually “tending to business”? Or do you still believe this company has potential even in the face of share dumping and poor management?
quote:Originally posted by Purl Gurl: NDOL quick responses to share price changes suggests to me their primary concern is just such; share price. In turn, this suggests insiders are protecting their vested interest and could be or are dumping shares for profit. Clearly they are keeping a very close eye on share prices rather than tending to business. That concerns me or would concern me if vested.

Nice factual response to elementary questions.
You do not annoy me, stop flattering yourself.
I would simply like to know, again, what material facts have changed in a matter of three (3) weeks that now have you rating NDOL as a stock with potential?
Do you still believe NDOL is a "pump and dump"? Why?
Are you concerns about "secretive" NorthWest alleviated? Why?
And, do you no longer believe management is dumping shares? Why?
Should be easy for even an "English Professor" to answer.

Funny how you break out into esoteric prose when you are met with straight forward questions which simply ask you to support your position that:
"NDOL is a pump and dump scheme" that "has potential".
As far as I can see, you are suggesting people might be able to benefit from purchasing a "pump and dump" stock.

westcott, you need to give it a break....Folks just are not buying your single issue bull shark position...

I do not care what the market is saying today. I do not care what the market will say next week. How many times do I need to tell you that I have purchased this stock for the long-term hold, dust? I have said this too many times to count. Go back and review my posts.
Why do you continue to let this Red Herring out of its cage?
Seriously, is reading comprehension or memory your weakest link?
I have asked a simple question. What material facts about NDOL have changed over the past three (3) weeks to change people's opinion about same?

No.
This stock was labeled as a "pump and dump scheme" by PG. Now she believes NDOL has potential. Obviously, there must be new information that I have overlooked.
I am seeking enlightenment.

Some how, westcott just can't get it. Could that be a character flaw or a genetic limitation?

Did she predict the rise in PPS from .08 to 1.50, Ghost or just give color commentary on the daily slide in PPS once it began regressing?
Seems like her comment "this stock has potential" was months too late.
Additionally, I am not sure it is responsible for PG to suggest to people - especially new traders - that any "pump and dump" stock has good potential.

She only predicted the slide, not the runup. She can't find a bullish stock if she was in a ring in Barcelona.

I do not see this as a pump and dump, i see a lot of day traders acting on each press release. as soon as the daytraders leave then there are the short sellers that ride a few pennies then sell, smart for them - i cant do that since i'm not a day trader. From the financials and the changes of personell from as far back as 2004 these guys have been steadily getting it together. As of October 17, 2005, we have no employees. That's okay right? So there is skepticism about how this should be valued. The potential is there, but like many - I like to see oil flowing and cash changing hands. The next annual report should have all of this cleared up.

hey west, I see your fighting off the two idiots yourself this morning:) I picked up the latest issue of motor trend and they had a pretty good article about the new 911 turbo! Pick it up if you get a chance, they had many other great cars covered in it. Don't waist your time fighting with Purl and Dust, they have no valid points, besides "this is a pump and dump"...

what happened in the last three weeks is that management has lost the confidence of most investors. most of us want to actually make money, not wade through a mass of bs. today's 10% loss on ndol is unacceptable to me and a lot of the others so we have gone elsewhere with our $. on this stock, imho, gerald parkin tried to flick a booger and hit himself in the face with it. good luck to those who are still holding this stock, you will probably need it.

Last .36
Then why are you here dust??? You are not even a share holder. All you do is waist your time and ours by posting your worthless opinions on a stock you don't even own. Bring me one valid point besides, "NDOL will go down" and I'll listen. Until then, according to you, "do you actually believe you can influence traders opinions"??? You show how smart you really are:) What a joke

For the people who like to flick boogers, watch paint dry and marvel at how grass grows: FYI, they dropped the price from .395 to .36 on 1,000 shares.
Anyway, thanks Rich - I will definitely check that out.

Now tell me, who is really an idiot?
Hey dust, maybe you recall me posting that I made 40K on the run to 1.50. I have also said that I bought back in to early, so now I will wait to make my money. If it takes one week or one year I could care less. I have cash in many other plays, and I don't get emotional if I'm seeing red with NDOL.. Dust I'm probably half your age and even I can tell your not to bright.

west, I've seen some crazy MM manipulation going on this week, I'm not worried about it one bit. Let Purl and Dust fight with people over here, waisting their time. If they learned to focus their attention to making $$$, instead of posting on threads they have no vested intrest in, they might be well on their way to retirement. Instead I will retire before them. They'll be posting here long after I'm gone. I'll write the two of them while I'm sipping martinis far away from all this!! GL
