Bump for New Folks, read the thread, this is when it can go right on a fast trade..But this is the exception and not the rule..
Purl Gurl's analysis, insight and clear agenda [ except when the Whale Whacks her Humungus Tail ]is something you can learn from...She's been around a bit, and does not tolerate people trying to pull a fast one on people..
She has a true sense of community, learned the Hard way, from her early years on the her family farm to the prejudice against her as a Native American, she won't admit it, but I know she had a hard go of it in her successful struggle with stomach churning poverty...She truly is an American Success story.
The Tips and and analysis she delivers for free is nothing less than remarkable...
This whale of a Gal has achieved much, yet she shares, I am proud she is my Allstocks friend!!
My Wife and daughter have grown to respect her as well..OK, really do have to go this time.

I have not had the pleasure in the past of her expertise. It was refreshing being in this thread today. Everyone got along great a lot of good info and strategy was given it's amazing how well things work when a few people really want to help each other instead of stroking egos.
Readers need to know we make profits, we lose money, we stick together. We agree, we disagree, we have different approaches, and we respect others and their methods.
Here, we try to keep the playing field level and work hard at not fooling others. We play this game fair and square, win or lose.

heh, somewhat thinly veiled Purl - your clearly implied yet tastefully unspoken juxtaposition of this thread to another of, er... "note" here lately.
and a pretty amusing and stark contrast it is, heh.

Need to go to sleep Tex but that picture of purl I just cannot imagine the top is so skinny and the bottom is crazy. Just makes me wonder how she learnt the whole whale - release water trick. I think she is the love of my life. Just cannot go to bed "drooling all over the pic" "and trying to learn the whale trick"

I've got 20/20 Vision Sweetie! One day, I hope to be as sophisticated an investor/trader as you are! Your posts are always a pleasure to read, and I learn so much from them, Thanks a bunch!
When children on the farm, a cure for all injuries is to pour coal oil on the wound. You know this as turpentine. True! Scratch, cut, laceration, tick / chigger bites, burn, whatever, Grandpa would pour coal oil on you for a cure.
Usually we received a butt switching along with the coal oil cure, simply for being dumb enough to become hurt.
We learned to be careful, learned to not become injured; the cure is worse than the injury.
Illness, always "Black Draught" snake oil.

I can still taste that sh!t.
Your funny, Dustoff, reminds me of a line from Blazing Saddles,
"I'd rather drink turpentine and piss on a brush fire."

dang--you're reminding me of Vicks Vap-o-Rub, with a scrap of rag safety-pinned against your chest, throwing off fumes so hard it bends your neck

I am really tempted to lay some money down on this one, I was thinking around $8000. I have to use my Vanguard Brokerage Account for the trade and the commission would be over $180 just to go in. Maybe I'll go with $4000 - $90 commission wouldn't be too bad. I've been watching this closely - interesting how it is currently acting (just looking at the graph) like a pump and dump - which it is not. The current price is very tempting - I am thinking tomorrow could be a decent entry point.
I wish the 10K went more into detail on the cost of revenue - it would be nice to know if they are/can work on reducing the cost of revenue. After tax they are at 1.4M Net Income excluding the liquidation of the 2 subsidiaries. It would be nice if they can keep making improvments on their net which is less than .5% of their revenue. Even with these numbers share price, I would think, should be around $1.
Purl: -What would you estimate the share value to be based on the 10K numbers? -How did you make out with HOM? (When you posted it I picked it up at $1.48 but sold it before it went up to hop on MTDX which was a strait up scam and I lost most of my money)
I really like your picks which contain substance. I do like it when you put your opinions, which are mostly backed up with facts, into other stocks on this board even if you do get a lot of trash talk from it.
Just wanted to say it's nice to have you back. Thanks a lot Purl

Just found this - kind of answers my earlier question.
"Tricell hopes to reach profit margins of at least 1% of our revenues during 2006, which is customary for the mobile phone trading operations."

JHenry, there is a challenge understanding this company and a challenge predicting future income.
Tricell is wholesale distributor of just about every brand of mobile phone, and accessories. No manufacturing, no research and development, strictly importing, warehousing and shipping.
A profit margin in the range of 0.5 to 1.0 percent is very acceptable for this type of business. This is compariable to large chain grocery stores.
Some curiosity is created by how Tricell performed so well this first quarter of 2006 year. Tricell did acquire a competing company last year. I have not looked close at Tricell history to determine if they are simply eliminating competition through hostile or friendly acquisition.
I have not found anything which suggests their financial report is less than accurate. All seems to be legit. Upon first reading, I was stunned and quite skeptical. Further reading and research has not turned up anything to cast doubt.
Timing on this play is important. This financial news came out while markets are crashing. Buyer's money is being removed from the markets through not buying or selling holdings. My opinion is TCLL would have skyrocketed more if confidence amongst buyers was higher.
For the future, I believe their current financial report is strong enough to carry their share prices through this quarter, with a gradual upward trend. I am considering buying more at .25 per share then ride a slowly building wave of trader interest.
My personal estimation is Tricell is currently undervalued by one-half. Share price should be about double, around .45 to .50 per. However, this is the first quarter of very good revenues so many are being cautious. Another factor is this company is so little known, until now.
Should next quarter's financial report be like this recent one, I would expect a significant upswing in prices.
A move into the American market would add a lot of strength to Tricell. They face stiff competition over here, though.
Personally, I am comfortable buying more of this stock at current prices. There are no known factors which would cause share prices to fall. My opinion is today's prices are absolute bottom support; ground floor entry point.

A price of .23 or .24 would be great. I tend to believe we will not see those prices again, least not in enough volume to afford a buy chance.
Pull a one day chart, for today, and look at it. Very strong support at .24 per and from 2 PM on to market close, .25 per with great strength.
I expect an opening price of .26 and trading at .25 followed by an upward move, late day, to the .26 to .28 range. This may not be realized because tomorrow is Friday (light day) and the markets are crashing.
Monday and Tuesday will be good indicators of share price direction. I expect strong upward pressure early on next week.
My opinion is this is a good time to buy this stock, if interested. Loss risk is very low.

Hello Purl! I am interested also in TCLL. I wanted to know what you thought of FLIP. They reported a positive quarter for the first time ever I believe. It gapped up after the news, and has settled for the past couple days.

Picked up 8,000 shares at .23 and 8,000 shares at .24 - will be holding this long - no way I'm selling. If it goes down any more I will pick up more.

Mine is .45 to .5 short term 2-3 weeks but I am serious about this being $1 before the end of the year. I am adding here with $ from others that I flip. This is as legit a penny as I have seen. imo...

I really don't have any clue. I've read the financials and like what they have been doing. I do think this is a sure double if not more over the next few months. I need a little stability right now. I have gotten beat up the last couple of weeks. Also, Purl & HOM will always go together in my mind. From 1 year ago if I had held my position in HOM, which Purl recommended, I would have 8 times my money now. Coulda-woulda-shoulda = I aint sellin this one!!!
