Motor, Glass, Boo.. and other friends.. I have been pretty open about my nicks.. however, no two nicks of mine have been active at a single instance of time.. you can check all my posts since late 2005. and no, I am not repo.. heres my post on my nicks.
I have contradicted repo quiet a few times. readers should see my posts that contradict his position in PGPM, NDOL, FRPT, WWEN, energy stocks thread, so on and so forth. and no i dont talk to myself..
no biggie.. however, i hope to keep this new id for a while and have decided never to post negative about any stock. This is voluntary, purely because I feel that A/S deserves all kinds of people, pumpers, bashers and a few who strive hard to maintain balance.. needless to say, mods do try hard to maintain balance here.
GLTA in your trades.

We don't always agree RM, Swing, Gagged multi switch boy, lol but having objectionable dialogue is why I'm here. A trader that won't say negatives?....well...just doesn't work that way. They're aren't many here that I listen to even if I don't always "listen" to them. I know I can respect what they are saying even if they aren't saying it straight forward. Not saying negatives... instead put the negative into a question for the other person to research and find the answer maybe. Let them come to the same conclusion with the research. blah bla blah....duct tape time. And I will always be boodog, as I am in other forums also. To change would be out of character for me.

Postponed my order. Looking for a better dip. It's a gamble but that's what boodogs do. They look real good for long term, no news other than the filings. I wouldn’t say that is a bad thing especially when the filings are descriptive with what's happening. Keeping my eyes open.

Boodog, maybe around lunch time, maybe early afternoon, prices will dip a bit more.
I doubt we will see prices below 0.26 per and very little volume at that price. I am considering a rogue limit order at 0.25 per to discover if this might be picked off right at market close.

I will also be looking to complete my order today...and Purl, you know if it drops to .26 on the ask, I am going to snatch them up before it hits .25...

No, you will not! My suggestion of lower prices is to keep you offguard. While you are sitting there waiting for a dip, I have buy orders in at 0.27 per share!
* sticks out her tongue *
Not a single order execution, so far. Looks many are thinking just as we are thinking, just sitting and waiting for that filing.

Just breezed through the filing, looks great! I knew I shouldn't have been so cheap and bought more today! If they PR this Monday this could really pop. If they don't PR it, it could still give folks a chance to get in. Remember, this didn't take off the day the earning were release, it took off after a highlight PR was issued...

Thanks Purl, I told him I would text message him and let him know as well. Wish I wouldn't have been so cheap waiting for a lower price, and instead, bought more at .28 today when I could have.
I am most excited about this...
"...During the quarter ended June 30, 2006, we maintained our level of profitability from operations for the first quarter of 2006, which represents a significant improvement from our profitability for the quarter ended June 30, 2005. This improvement is due to our continued focus on trading operations. We have achieved this by retaining and reinvesting the working capital generated from our profitable trading operations during 2005 and continuing in the first half of 2006 and additionally achieving short-term debt financing. We anticipate that our current operations will maintain this level of revenue and profitability throughout the remainder of 2006..."
2 more good quarters? Where will it go then?

Skip, my opinion is to go ahead and continue loading up on Monday morning. You know there will be a significant gap up. You also know our brokers will not allow pre-market trading.
Gap up will seem scary being so much, but you know as Monday moves along, share prices will continue climbing, an "almost" guarantee of profits even if your buys are at market open after the gap up.
Our advantage is already being vested at a decent average price. We can double our holdings and only average up fifty percent, or so, which is reasonable for these TCLL circumstances presented today.
I am guessing fifty percent based on a gap up which will be double our average buy price. Early enough, we might cut that down to maybe thirty or forty percent up average.
This second healthy 10Q filing will create very good trader perception. This stock now has excellent strength and prices will show this come Monday morning.
I am looking at TCLL as a long term hold. You comment on the next two quarters of this year. Should the next two 10Q filings prove to be similar to the last and this one today, I truly believe TCLL will easily exceed a share price of 1.00 per. I am being cautious with my estimate so not to mislead readers. Two quarters from now, this is too far into the future to make any safe predictions.
I have not yet had a chance to read the 10Q filing. The most important number will be the net profit. This number will have the greatest effect on trader perception.
Just arrived home from digging trenches for sprinkler lines. I will read the 10Q and comment a bit later.
Sure glad some of us had sense enough to buy in early. Only regret is my friend Dustoff and my friend Peaser cannot be here to enjoy.

very nice! too bad i sold half, being a chicken and a hedger, but - still hold half.
very nice Q for CLSI as well, purl. have bought a fair amount over the last few weeks, some very nice buying-opp dips: finally got various fills at .01, .011, and .012. still hoping that they break the 6-figure mark on net income more often, but - $77K not bad, and nice upward trend on the topline. not spectacular, but - a very solid Q for CLSI.
disappointing 1-time hit on earnings with GACF, ugh. would have had a heckuva Q were it not for the $687k or whatever for the motor that was destroyed in shipping. IAIC mildly disappointed as well.
LTFD and TCRS confounding me as well, but - i continue to buy, bought LTFD for as cheap as 1.03 and TCRS for as cheap as .33 lately.
tough market for quality value stocks lately, but - am still hanging in, just been too swamped at work to post much lately. very nice end to the week with TCLL Q though, monday should be fun.

Some thoughts on the 10Q with which readers may agree or disagree. I do not care. I am tired and cranky.
Positives first.
Net profit is acceptable. The number reported is perfectly in keeping with a very narrow profit margin expected for high volume low price goods, much like a grocery store, a one to two percent net profit margin. I did not calculate what is the actual net profit percentage of gross revenues but the number does look just about right.
Gross revenues and overall growth are excellent. This is now a strong company and hopefully will remain so. Very impressive sales figures and cost of sales is well within reason.
Cash available is quite a bit lower than I would like to read, but still a positive. Maybe a little bit of concern when compared to cash on hand for the previous quarter.
A neutral point.
NOTE 8 — BANKRUPCTY PROCEEDINGS
Information there might scare some naive readers. However, liquidating those subsidiaries is a smart move and will improve company health. If there is a concern, net benefit is a one time event which very slightly pads overall performance for the first half of this year. This padding, though, is insignificant compared to gross revenues.
This word "bankruptcy" (misspelled in the filing) might concern those who are not experienced at understanding events of this nature; the word is only what some will see, not the benefit.
I personally rate this event as neutral to positive.
A negative point.
NOTE 4 — CREDIT ARRANGEMENT
Read that section very carefully and be sure to note the fifty percent comment. This is of concern. However, this type of lending will not make nor break this company. Term is only one year and I suspect this arrangement will be terminated in the near future. Again, a bit of a negative but effect is minimal; not something to truly cause worry.
___
Overall, I am impressed. This is another 10Q filing which is "too good to be true" but yet is the second of this type. The first, I am sure many had doubts this performance could be repeated leading to a trader perception which kept share prices around 0.30 per. This second filing validates the first. My expectation is share prices will climb very briskly and climb quite a bit.
Trader perception should be good and be bullish.
I suggest readers consider looking at TCLL as a long term hold. I am beginning to think this company will continue with decent performance.
Monday through Wednesday will be the most critical days for this stock. Those three days will provide what is true trader perception. Monday, Tuesday, will be the run. Wednesday, a mix. Thursday and Friday might inform us if there will be a dip post 10Q filing.
In keeping with my assertive and aggressive nature, for those who claimed this to be a pump and dump and claimed me a con artist, I will periodically remind you who brought this stock pick to you.
I am annoyed by the damage some cause by making such irresponsible claims which serve only to cause FUD; Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. This causes some to miss out on a chance to profit, or, being honest, a chance to lose money.
Readers are urged to read pages one through three of this thread for a reminder of how friendly this thread started out.
I am finished with my cranky rant and my rant is my fee for providing excellent commentary which is impartial; firm but fair, which I am.

Blue! Blue! You bad boy! I have missed you so much!
I keep looking for you, looking, looking.. driving me nuts wondering about you.
So pleased to read you. Thank goodness you are still around to bring some sanity here.
I will comment on CLSI over in that thread. Just now gathering up my second wind. Labor is done, family is fed, hubby is making very serious preparations to snore.
As always, I am still wound up tight as a cello string and need to bleed off energy.

Glad you got the messages, VG.
Purl, thank you for your last few posts. You are right, the gap will be scary, but as we know, most are not aware of this stock or the filing. So, we will likely have a chance to still increase our position before the masses jump in.
In all honesty, I hope that they don't release a PR highlighting the financials until after the opening bell on Monday. That may give us a chance to increase position.
Somehow, though, I feel they will highlight it before the bell or right at the open and it will be a buying frenzy. Maybe not... Thanks for posting the slightly negative aspects of the 10-Q...it has to be picked apart like a big board stock, and that is rare at this level...I like that, and I hoped you would shed the light on things I might have selectively overlooked...
It's soooo late, but I had to come by...so excited about the numbers...these stocks have me slightly obsessed...
I have had too much beer and food, good night...

looking forward to it. I didn't get my fill at the low I was looking for, only a small position of my back up filled at .29. I'll be watching closely. Only small resistance on the way to .32 so if this has the volume to push it this dog could fill a nice bag of treats!
