Yes, VG, I am holding for now. I was only
able to buy 2000 shares, a partial fill.

I have several orders in for a total of
50,000 shares, .25 .26 and .27 but only
a partial fill on the .27 order. Dustoff
ripped me off for the rest.

My plan is to play this out at least
till late market. I am thinking to sell
in the last thirty minutes of market
when the higher buy offers "usually"
are executed. Might work, might not.

I would like to have at least 5,000
shares with which to work. My goal
was 50,000 shares which did not happen.
I placed buy offers about one cent to
two cents too low.

I am comfortable with .27 because I do
not believe this one will fall below
that price. Kinda hoping to pick up
another 10,000 shares and go from there.

Playing a long shot here. At worst, I will
break even, make enough to pay commissions
and add a few more trades towards my quarter
minimum to maintain a free live feed.

Truth is, I find more reward in watching
others make decent money. Our family is
secure and I am not totally greedy. There
is good in helping others make money;
Good Karma.

Suppose I am trying to amend for my past
sins and my future sins. I am a sinner!
Just cannot help it. Sin is fun!

LOL, Darn Whale nearly got mixed up in me stablizers hanging down from me Trolling poles..

Fer ya land lubbers stablizers settle down the ride in a bit of weather, and make for better sleeping when a fisherman is a drifting, cooking his supper and sleeping.

I've had Killer whales come in at night and hang out around the boat, fer awhile as well.

And thats a sight that will shudder a landlubbers Timbers!!

Activity in this thread is what we regulars
here, at Allstocks, consider trading fair and
square; no tricks.

Dustoff, VG, others, have made decent money
and did so without any pumping, without any
false promises, without fooling anyone. No
personal attacks on others, no insults, no
threats, none of that garbage.

This is a good example of trading fair and square.
Trading like this is how we like it here.

Been following this thread with interest and appreciation.

What is fun for this thread, Wally, is we are
all taking the same risks. All of us are on
a level playing field, each with a game plan.

We learn a lot by paying attention to what
others are doing. Dustoff and a few others
have shown readers how to make a quick profit
in just an hour or so.

Some of us are holding out a little longer,
hopefully for profit. Our game plan is bit
a different.

No matter how seasoned you are, there is always
something new to learn. I have been at this
business for decades. I find great value in
learning new tricks from others. This learning
of the markets never stops. None, know it all
and all together, we learn a lot.

Working together, as a team, we all benefit
and we all have fun, win or lose.

Readers need to know we make profits, we lose
money, we stick together. We agree, we disagree,
we have different approaches, and we respect
others and their methods.

Here, we try to keep the playing field level
and work hard at not fooling others. We play
this game fair and square, win or lose.

VG writes,

"You might just get filled, they are dropping it
down for you."

Yes. I predicted a dip around nine to ten PST.
This is beginning to appear now, on schedule.

Not sure yet, VG, if this will dip into my .27
buy offer. Fairly typical behavior so far.

For new readers, often Market Makers will run up
prices before market and for the first hour or so.
This is often followed by a dip beginning around
nine AM PST and lasts till about one PM PST. No
guarantee this will happen but is a very common
sequence of events; playing the odds.

Market Makers like NITE, others, although busted
by the SEC for this, they still engage in an
activity known as Front Running; very illegal.

Front Running is when a Market Maker sits on
high buy offers for the day. A Market Maker
will make profits early morning, sit on high
buy offers, run prices down, buy cheap, then
late in the day sell their cheap shares into
those high buy offers they were sitting upon
all day. Again, very illegal but the SEC really
does not care, especially now with Cox, a known
criminal, being chairman thanks to George Bush,
also a known criminal.

Sometimes you can wait until near market close
and sell at somewhat higher prices. This does
not always work, but is rather common. Market
Makers feed their greed and if any high buy
offers are left over, you get the slop.

I am holding for more shares. A partial of 2,000
shares is not exciting enough! Sure, I am sitting
on profit but I have decided to push my luck a
bit more. Maybe I will pick up a few thousand
more shares, maybe make a better profit although
working with less of a profit margin; tight spread.

Dustoff and others, called this perfect. Their
jumping in and jumping out is what I really like.
Fast profit, virtually no risks, smart moves.

For my partial fill, I feel a need to press this
just a little bit more, perhaps simply for the
thrill of taking a risk. I am not sure which
gets me off more, making money or the risk thrill.

Heh, heh, Tex! You are looking for a sure bet!

With my middle name being Capital T Trouble,
you know where to place your bet!

Other day at the car show, and I forgot to load
pictures for you, the other day I have my 'Vette's
headers uncorked, cut out pipes aim outward just
before the rear tires, I pull up next to a cop
out in the street and rev it up! I could see his
pant legs flapping from exhaust and he covered
his ears.

Next year, flame throwers on my 'Vette.

You really think I would take a risk for a thrill?

Tex, some pics for you over at the Off Topic Board.

VG, decades back, I was tossed in the Tijuana
jail for three days. Not fun and cost a lot of
money to get out. I do not cross the border

Birkoff, hard to say.

We just discovered this one late last night.
All of us are playing it for very short term.

Rather doubtful there will much movement upward
for the rest of today. However, there may be an
upward surge over the next couple of days as
word spreads about this company. Previously,
this was a very little known company with
very low volume.

Page one has a link to their financials. Looks
there could be some potential for mid-term to
long term. They are certainly turning the profits.

This company has plans to expand into America.
I would expect sales to be good based on the
popularity of their phones over in Britan.

Over at I-Hub, there is some good research.

Research and read. See what you think. My only
suggestion is to sell before the next quarter
report, about two to three months from now.
I suspect their quarter reports will vary
a lot from quarter-to-quarter.

They are involved in a high risk business.

I would not expect a lot of action for the
rest of today. Tomorrow, maybe!

Birkoff, my opinion and only opinion, is a bottom
support level is being established today. Looks
a new bottom support will be around .30 per share.

There are other factors to consider outside of
their amazing financial report.

This company is very little known, until today.
Very little past volume, not much attention, few
traders in this stock. Many traders are at their
day jobs now and unaware of events. Some will
find this stock tonight and coming days. Some will
be alerted by sudden volume, others will be alerted
as this stock appears on more discussion boards.
Chances are good there will be some upward pressure
over coming days. None can judge how much, though.

Today, many bought at .30 to .37 per share. They
will hold not wanting to take a loss. This holding
will add strength to bottom support and remove
shares from the markets until those people move
into a profitable position.

Odds are decent some "pump and dump" people will
jump on this looking to screw people out of their
money with typical false claims. If so, this will
add to upward pressure.

Good company news in the near future will certainly
drive share price on up according to how "good"
of news. Usually good financial or acquisition
news will do this. Opening a market in America
will move prices upward.

My experience is today's high price, .37 currently,
will become the bottom support price in two to six
weeks from now, if interest remains good. This is
based on their excellent 10Q last night. Their
financials do support a higher price. A price
of .30 is undervalued.

Lot of action today but we are seeing day traders
going at it. The dust will settle and I would
expect prices to creep upward.

No guarantee on any of this, no promises, but
I am optimistic prices will move upward, maybe
to .38 to .42 over the next month or so.

Again, there are risks. This one could crash
without warning. You could lose money. Looks
pretty good but you know, no guarantee, ever.

Her's a PR from last month when no one was watching the company. A little extra info.

Tricell Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire N2J

STAFFORDSHIRE, England, April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tricell, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCLL) announces that it signed a Letter of Intent ('LOI'), pursuant to which it has agreed to acquire N2J Limited, a United Kingdom limited company ('N2J'). The letter of intent was executed by Tricell, N2J and the N2J Shareholders on April 14, 2006, and requires that a definitive acquisition agreement be executed and submitted for approval by Tricell's shareholders at the 2006 annual meeting. The LOI was filed, and is available for review, as an exhibit to Tricell's Form 10-K for the year ended 2005.

Tricell believes the acquisition of N2J will not only allow Tricell to increase revenues by expanding Tricell's exporting capabilities from the United Kingdom, which is N2J's trading niche, but more importantly increase its profit margin since N2J's export trading operations allows for a higher profit margin than Tricell's operations. On June 30, 2005, the N2J Shareholders sold Tricell all of the stock of Ace Telecom Limited, the operations of which have since become critical to Tricell's operations. The N2J Shareholders also serve as officers and directors of Tricell.

According to the terms of the LOI, Tricell will acquire 100% of N2J from the N2J Shareholders in exchange for 160 million shares of Tricell's common stock issuable on the closing date and 50 million shares issuable, subject to vesting requirements, on January 1, 2007, for total consideration of 210 million shares (the 'Shares'). However, all of the Shares are subject to earn out provisions, requiring that N2J achieve $18 million in profits. If N2J does not achieve total net profits of $18 million, a proportionate number of the Shares will be canceled.

In the event N2J's operations yield monthly profit of $1.5 million, the N2J Shareholders will have the option to put, or sell ('Put Options'), to Tricell 120 million of the Shares ('Put Shares'). The remaining 90 million Shares ('non-Put Shares') will vest in four equal annual installments, beginning on January 1, 2007 and ending on January 1, 2010. The non-Put Shares will only vest if the N2J Shareholders remain employed by Tricell at the time of vesting. The Put Options provide each N2J Shareholder the unilateral option to put to Tricell 3.75 million shares each month, at $0.11 per share, for a period of 8 months following the execution of the SPA ('Put Option Period'), for a total monthly repurchase of 15 million shares by Tricell.

Tricell and N2J are currently negotiating the final terms of a definitive acquisition agreement, and conducting due diligence in anticipation of the acquisition.

Tricell is engaged in mobile phone operations in the secondary market, or after market, which involves transactions other than those directly between the mobile phone manufacturer and the retailer. We attempt to obtain our products at the best prices available and distribute these products to markets around the world at varying levels of maturity.

Discount Intranet Supply Channel Limited ..... 10K ~ 4/17/06
We rescinded our July 15, 2004 acquisition of Discount Intranet Supply Channel Limited (“D-ISC”). Despite our earlier attempts to negotiate a mutually agreeable rescission, we have informed D-ISC that the 29.5 million shares of the Company’s common stock issued to D-ISC are invalid, not fully paid and not non-assessable. We have also informed D-ISC that we will vigorously defend any attempt by D-ISC to establish rights in these shares.

Tricell (TCLL) ........ Board of Dir Plans $1. PPS .....
UK Press ..... 2/14/06

Mr Sumnall said Tricell's board planned to develop the business to reach a share price target of one dollar - 57 pence -

He said: "There has been a lot of bad press, which hit the industry, but with the ECJ's ruling investors now recognise that Tricell is a high-turnover business and are coming back.

"It is too early to say that a full recovery is underway, but the board is working hard to reach its target of getting the share price to a dollar."
