Tricell Announces $740 Million Revenue and $6.7 Million Profit For First Half of 2006
STAFFORDSHIRE, England, Aug 21, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Tricell, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCLL), today announced revenue for the first six months of $740.9 million. This compares to $276.8 million in revenue for the same period in 2005. Profit for first half of 2006 was $6,776,389, as compared to a net loss of $162,038 for the same period in 2005. The increase in revenue is the result of our expanded trading operations, which since June 30, 2005, includes the operations of our wholly owned subsidiary, Ace Telecom. Tricell's increased profit is the result of both our expanded operations, our reduced cost of capital, and a one time gain of $3,620,523 realized on net liabilities written off from liquidated subsidiaries. Tricell generated revenue of $357.4 million for the three months ended June 30, 2006 as compared to $220.5 million for the same period in 2005. Tricell's quarterly profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 was $1,769,382, as compared to a net loss of $74,930 for the same quarter last year. The significantly improved profitability in the second quarter of 2006 resulted primarily from Tricell internally financing a majority of its trading activities with cash flow from operations, whereas an external line of credit was used to finance operations for the second quarter of 2005.
Andre Salt, Tricell's CEO and Chairman, stated, "Our results through the first six months of 2006 and for the second quarter of 2006 are very satisfying and we look to continue this level of operations through 2006. We plan on building on our base of operations in 2007, including our projected expansion into the United States by the end of the 2007 second quarter. We are continuing to move forward with our plans to acquire N2J, which we hope will allow us to increase not only revenue, but our profit margin."

I go through Scottrade and the same thing happened to me. I bought this morning and when I went to buy again, it said I have to call in my order. I don't know why.

news flash put it on the stopper list. Must have been the PR. 1st time for a pr other than filing? They should have it cleared up pretty quick. Hopefully today. You can still buy through the broker at the same commision. Could have been due to sudden high volume also. <<<<< Scottrade here too

They do it so us non real trader types have to call in so it delays us getting in so they have more time to get cheaper shares. Causes a period of uncertainty amongst us so we panic and sell thinking a conspiracy which drives down the price so they can get even cheaper shares.
For real? My broker wasn’t sure either, sudden surge in activity was all he said

res. list may have put a stop to this. But as far as this as a long it looks very good Tex. That's the reason I was looking to get in a bit cheaper. If this stays on the list I may get my chance.
