It was a legitimate question and I hold a significant position. At least check someone's previous posts before you make some half-baked judgement. I don't mind if you don't want to answer, but no need to be a wanker.
Question still holds for anyone who could enlighten me. Would appreciate it. Thanks.

Your nothing short of flaming fool... Never ask a question of that magnitude without knowing the answer.

LOL. Definately wrong. Is college back in yet? That was a pretty weak bash.

Now, since I always thought the purpose of these boards was to engage in friendly dialogue, share DD, and generally kind of help each other out, and since I really don't think there was anything wrong with my question (yes, I know what the E means, I am just wondering what anyone's ideas are on the potential implications if they don't file by today's extension guidelines, as I have never held a position that missed the 10-day grace period).
Sorry if bringing up a question based on a FACTUAL negative condition about an issue I hold 3,200,000 shares of is considered bashing -- but seeing as how that position translates to real cash somewhere, I would think that my question is both reasonable and warranted.
I think it's odd that I ask a reasonable question but get called a basher because I happen to consider a possible negative implication that I never hope happens.
I have no idea why this putz decided he wanted to launch some personal attack from behind the privacy of his internet connection, and I apologize to other readers for the negativity. If you don't want to answer, then don't -- no biggie.
Anybody besides this sizzle-chest who would like to actually talk about the stock, I would really appreciate the discussion, and I am only rude in response -- I never attack people unless they are rude themselves.

Sounds good to me, maybe we could go coyote hunting.

Jesus, what the hell is wrong with you people? I asked a question -- I didn't say "THIS STOCK IS GOING TO TANK AND GET DE-LISTED BECAUSE THEY HAVE AN E"
It is all over Google as a scarlet letter -- all kinds of crap like that. I was hoping for a little re-assurance that this wasn't a big deal if they missed their deadline. Hopefully it will be a moot point anyway by EOD, but DAMN... all I did was ask a question.
-------------------------------------------------
So now your saying you already had the answer to your lame a$$ bash question?
Whats your program, besides being a damn fool?

Okay, fine -- look, I am sorry -- having a bad week and probably reacted too quickly to getting attacked. I could (and should) have worded m question differently especially for my first post in a new thread.
So if you guys are up to it, I'll apologize and try again the way I should have from the beginning.
First -- the apology. I didn't mean to sound like a basher, I looking at my first post, I can see how I pretty much just jumped into the thread with a negative. Sorry about that, and all the melee that ensued.
Now, the question. I am thinking this issue shows some real potential, especially on the Amenni side (at least for now). And they are certainly getting a lot of exposure. This morning's run was even more encouraging, and it looks like we found strong support above the open. It's still only 10:00 local time to the company, so they have a lot of time to get the 10-Q filed today, but I have never held a position in a company that missed a filing extnesion, so I am hoping someone can help me out by sharing some experince in this area. I admit I got a little nervous when this morning's quick run-up didn't hold. I started to worry if it just wasn't purely on spec that the 10Q would be filed first thing, and then the steam blew out when it didn't. Doesn't look that way any more, but I am wondering if someone who has been there before could explain what the possible impact might be if they don't file today.
Hopefully this doesn't make any difference at all, but I am just wondering if you guys have "been there" and can help with what to expect.
Thanks, and sorry again for the bad entry... I tried to go back and yank my last posts, but the time for editing had expired on all but the last...

Haven't checked the other boards, but, when bashers show up in this kind of a situation, it generaly means they're trying to hold the price down, so they can load up.

mrgr8avill... Below is the normal procedure pertaining to your previous question. Hope this answers your question.
Symbol Changes - If Nasdaq has no information that the issuer is compliant, it will append the issuer’s symbol with a fifth character of "E". Notification of a symbol change will appear on the OTCBB Daily List prior to the effective date of the change.
Grace Periods - Companies that file with the SEC are given a grace period of 30 calendar days. Banks and insurance companies that do not file with the SEC are given a grace period of 60 calendar days. The grace period begins on the date the symbol change notification appears on the OTCBB Daily List, not the effective date of the symbol change.
Demonstrate Compliance - If Nasdaq receives notification that a delinquent issuer is compliant with the filing requirement during the grace period, the fifth character identifier ("E") will be removed. Notification of the symbol change to remove the "E" will appear on the OTCBB Daily List prior to the effective date of the change.
Removal - If Nasdaq has no information that the issuer is compliant, upon expiration of the grace period, the issuer’s security(ies) will be removed from the OTCBB. Deletions will appear on the OTCBB Daily List prior to their effective date. Note that an issuer can request review of the decision to remove the issuer’s securities by an independent hearings panel.
-------------------- It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenious.

Cool, Dust -- I appreciate that, and I wrote the moderator asking that my first posts be deleted. I am loaded to the hilt on this one, thinking it will take off as soon as the Q gets filed. I just hope they do it early enough to let it fly. We have to be getting all kinds of exposure today with volume alerts -- I am betting that's where the support came from pushing it up from 21.
I am showing we are getting close to 30x daily volume -- DA-yam! If we can get close to this morning's high, and people see a run with this kind of volume -- well, that would just make for a dman fine weekend!

If the 10Q comes out before the close, we will have some nice momentum going into the close as well as carried over to Monday and possibly even Tuesday. Let's hope that it comes out about 30 minutes to 1 hr before the close for our sake.

Makes it all that much more exciting when this stock takes off!

That's cool you remember that. Old stuff now like Eddie Murphy's Delerious, but man did I laugh my a$$ off at them back in the day. I still laugh when I hear them now, just remembering at how hard I laughed then
