i'm not in, forward split 3,000,000 for 1 in case anyone is interested.

the company was gluv, just r/s'd, now there are like 200 shares left or something, it cant' be that little but you get the picture,

their corpprate people are getting kicked out and reverse merging with an entertainment company...I'll take my chances with a billion shares. [Smile]

Buddy just e-mailed me, RUMOR has it that the Merging company sold into the news on the merger, as planned, they thought they had held their shares for the dividend, but ex-date is 23rd. I've heard of this happening before, anyways, they are basically selling shares that they don't have after the split.....

should be a mess LOL had my buy in on bid all day, not even a nibble. I'm not gambling more than bid, will watch it play out though.

I'll be a bit shy of a billion. they walked it down to 3.00, its crazy. they have to cover my guess is they think the record date is important and it aint LOL [Razz]

yes it does, and if people sold them thinking they would get the post-split shares? i think they might be in for a surprise...
share divvies usually follow the shares...
it's best to keep them till you get your dividend...

you just need to be the holder on the ex-date placed by nasdaq, never trust a pr. or the company etc... still about 4 buying days left, should be really vollatille when they realize what they did [Smile]

....on ex date, nas. states: you must be owner day before the date. not day of. check with your broker on the 3 day rule if your ever interested in timing a dividend.

basically you need to be record shareholder prior to 5/23 to be eligible for 3 mil - 1 dividend according to the otcbb. it just seems other filings show different dates.

correct, but the nasdaq or otcbb is correct, all others are wrong. you can not buy on the 23rd either....

I can post the numbers larer but basically todays buyers own the company since they can not do a reverse split before the forward. Its completely complicated, and expect a company pr saying so tomorrow and dropping the price. if that happens buy buy buy. when was the last time a company beat the nas...

you never know what the company will do, i'm jacked to see the bid ask in the am

Another one shows it down $3000 plus on the day.
One says previous close was $100 for the day.

A three-million to one forward split?
Is that real or a mistake?

Would one of you, in very simple Plain English
and in chronological order, itemize events so
I can make sense of what is happening? You
know like,
