Mr. Close said Michael Banyas, in West Palm Beach, is investigating GVRP/MAMG... he said to call Mr. Banyas at 561-837-5054 instead of calling Mr. Close himself. Mr. Close is out of the loop beyond the info from phone calls he has received. Very friendly person, mind you. He said that the SEC may or may not have contacted Florida--he believes they only started investigating within the last four or five weeks, after a complaint came in. His view is that this will take a very long time to work out, e.g., if Florida determines that Media Magic should do something different with shares, he would expect that Media Magic would file a lawsuit, saying that the company already tried by doing the Class A/B structure thing. Then the appeals, and so on....
Anyhow, would the people who know the most about this situation please contact Mr. Banyas with all the details?

IMO? Scotrades main liability was in refusing to allow its customers to trade the shares that were obviously rightfully ours to sell... other brokerages allowed selling of the shares, and they were ultimately delivered to our accounts...
hit 'em with that and don't let up...

The true share structure needs to be recognized (o/s of 11 with a short of 138,000), and let the market decide what the stock is worth. There is no reason for this not to be trading.
Also, the government needs to start going after the real looters from the hurricanes: Saudi billionaires, jacking up oil prices for no reason, wanting to add another collection of five 747's to their personal jet fleet. A barrel of oil costs less than $5 to take out of the ground and deliver. Where is all the rest of the money going?

Well, since to this day there is still a short of 138,000, according to the rules and regs someone should be forced to buy your shares. This stock is the poster child for Reg SHO. Funny that it's not even on the list!

Good news from SSP re: MAMG investigation in Florida... Here's the exchange...
H2NRG: Steve, have you contacted Michael Banyas re: GVRP/MAMG? See post http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7828575 . Mr. Banyas is doing the investigation. I figured that you and others close to the beginnings of the situation might be helpful.
SSP: I leave that specific contacting in Florida, with the American citizens, plus he's up to speed with the issues from what I am told.
H2NRG: Well, as long as Mr. Banyas has the proper and correct information, that's good. Hopefully his investigation will be fruitful. Can't let a proper resolution of GVRP/MAMG die or get swept under the rug, IMHO.
SSP: yes he does, and no way will this get swept under the rug! Waiting for what transpires next.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cirilium Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CRLU), formerly a provider of Voice Over Internet technology solutions to small and medium sized enterprise businesses, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Orangebox Entertainment, Inc. ("Orangebox Entertainment"), a Burbank, CA production and post-production services company.
The acquisition of Orangebox Entertainment is anticipated to increase Cirilium Holdings' annual revenues substantially and generate earnings in its fiscal year ending in April 2006. The agreement calls for Cirilium Holdings to issue approximately 160 million shares of its common stock to Media Magic, Inc., the sole shareholder of Orangebox Entertainment. Cirilium Holdings expects to change its name and stock symbol in the near future to better reflect its new core business.
Based in Burbank, California, Orangebox Entertainment, provides entertainment companies, including TV and film producers, with sophisticated state-of-the-art video and audio production and post production services. Orangebox Entertainment caters to the explosion of reality TV, films and TV shows developed specifically for the cable television industry. The high demand for new digitally equipped stages in varying sizes and configurations is one of the niches that Orangebox is uniquely designed to fill.
Orangebox Entertainment will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cirilium Holdings and will continue to be managed by its senior management team, who are leaders in the new "Digital Revolution" presently occurring within the industry.
Prior to the acquisition of Orangebox Entertainment, Timothy Simpson, Cirilium Holdings' President and Chief Operating Officer resigned effective October 4, 2005. The Board of Directors of Cirilium Holdings then appointed Matthew J. Cohen to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board prior to tendering their resignations as officers and directors of Cirilium Holdings. "We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of Orangebox Entertainment, Inc., which will re-launch Cirilium Holdings, as a leader in the video and audio production and post production industry," stated Matthew Cohen.

Yeah, it appears they know that nothing can ever become of MAMG, so the plan is to sell it all off and everyone will forget about it. I wonder if they'll at least pay me my .02 cents...

saw that... hope their "magazine agent" is telling the truth...RS ain't a easy market to crack. I had Cameron Crowe over to a party at my house once, when he busted through RS into the movies with "Ridgemont High"--but he got started early, as a "prodigy." Those days are waaaay past now, so I hope they don't have their hopes up past manageable levels...But that would be some nice coverage, for sure.
