I'm not trying to be a basher because I own some GTEL, but I'm wondering about the number of outstanding shares. How will they be able to reach the AMEX with such a diluted amount of shares unless they have a reverse split? Any opinions or insights would be appreciated.

Good news guys! Our company got slashdotted! Might be better than a news release at this point. This means lots of potential nerd investors, and lots of spreading the word.

Let's close on some uplifting news. Vaeske writes with more on my favorite futuristic means of broadband delivery, region-covering airships. "GlobeTel Communications Corp announced that they will be showing their prototype of the Sanswire One on April 12th. This "Stratalite" as they call it, will float in the stratosphere at 65,000 feet and provide line of sight communications to approximately 300,000 square miles, providing two-way high-sped communication. This project has attracted many high-profile NASA engineers to leave their posts for a position with GlobeTel. The military has also shown interest and was present at the GlobeTel Summit."

Once the news media catches on to this story in a big way, as launch time nears, the PPS shoulf reach "critical mass", IMO. Maybe GTEL can do a tie-in with Elvis somehow, then we should see $20

It might not be a bad idea to contact the major TV News Stations through their websites. If enough people e-mail them, they would be forced to listen.

I have read the definitions but what real world conditions / reasons have you guys seen for a stock to split.

Like I said Peaser.. I remember the days I had twice as many shares as you and now you have twice as many as me.. I glad for you everytime you say "another 2k day" but kick myself for cashing half in so earlier. I beleived in this a over a year ago when I first got in at .04 and grew to LOVE it. So I figured I better sell a little...It is just hard when you do reduce your shares in something as big as this. Of course I should be happy because I was up 300% on the shares I sold but where I moved it is not doing as well... Sorry guys just having a little sellers remorse......
