Wow, what a bloodbath at the end. I think 4 mil was sold in less than 15 minutes. Guess this one was due for a correction and retracement was inevitable. Not sure what happened or why the massive selling at the end but we'll have to look forward and come back on Monday. Not too worried, I think it will rebound on Monday. Most are still up over 100% so it's still a good hold!

Have a great weekend

Glassman,
You think the big blocks of 1.4 mil were insider sells? I'm more under the impression that they were a few holds from subpenny land. Thoughts?

PJ, this one is going to bounce back. The only thing that could keep it down is if the bloodbath was triggered by some insider sells. If so, it ain't looking so good. I highly doubt that the blocks were insider sells but you never know. Like Glassman says, scour the SEC site and check this weekend, they need to be filed pretty quick if they did sell.

Look at MBAH. This one had a very similar run to our little jewel and in the up process, there were a few times when it took a serious dive. At .125, it dropped .03 in two days. They seem to all have a correction on the uptick. See you on Monday, don't lose heart!

ECP

this is common on startups...

there a lot of people that got in well under a penny...(.0065 X 100Ksh is under 670$)

why trade a million 4 at once tho?

that makes no sense....

Expect a feeding frenzy upon open on Monday...there are now more shares in circulation. Many watchers on the sideline will have their big chance....for a bit of DD perspective, I do some approximate % calculations every 8 trading days and it might be of interest to some to see a bit more of what the 'bigger picture has looked like' in recent history.

1-19-05 to 1-28-05 + 167%
1-29-05 to 2-9-05 -17.7%
2-10-05 to 2-21-05 +213%
2-22-05 to 3-3-05 +220%
3-4-05 to 3-15-05 ????????

Glassman,
If I am not mistaken, the Form 4's that they filed are restricted shares and they cannot sell the shares for at least 12 months. I am more inclined to believe that someone had a stop loss order in at around .075 for a huge block and this just made the snowball bigger. Double check the form 4's but I think you will find that it wasn't management that sold, just a lot of stop loss orders that caused a domino effect. That and the MM's were playing their little games to get the stock lower to cover their "naked shorts". Looks like they got what they wanted but IMHO, this one bounces back hard on Monday and we see a close around .09 by the end of the week.

I'm working on a 4 bagger right now and I'm convinced I'll be hitting a 5 or 6 bagger by the end of next week. So this stock is doing well, and guess what, with a good performing stock comes a few bashers who missed the boat but want to get on so they need to sink the SP. Be aware, they will throw a mess of numbers at you, pull up old SEC reports that have nothing to do with the company and will completely discount any good news the company has going for it. Ignore them, hold strong and don't let the MM's shake you.

I am fairly new at this whole game to but one thing I am is meticulous. I have done my DD, I have read ALL the SEC filings and I am convinced that there is very little wrong with this company. Sure they are in their infancy but guess what, Microsoft wasn't built in a day. So to all the bashers who missed the boat and are now on the sidelines, give this one a break, let it grow and see what happens. Unless you all have a crystal ball, don't tell me MSEP will be lower in 6 months. Heck if we could predict the future we'd all be millionaires on a beach somewhere. If you're pissed because we are all making bank and you are stuck in a cesspool like CMKX (which by the way, the SEC halted trading on it today), you have no one to blame but yourself. To all the loyal shareholders, this one is a huge stock! You will be happy!
Go MSEP
Eric
P.S. If I'm wrong, I'll be the first person to say so on this board.

i'm not/never was in cmkx....

i know how to read charts, and this was overbought yesterday.....

how can you be convinced of anything in this company?

you don't even know how many shares there are....

this was bound to happen zoltan...

OSU said it, and he was correct...

these guys asked for it by responding the way they did.

the charts clearly showed an overbought situation regardless of the fundamentals...

you have to ask yourself-- do you wanna make money today? or do you wanna make money regularly...

the SEC seems to be clamping down on SOME of the BS, i hope they continue, and do more, cuz when people start saying they have insider information? i get a little annoyed....

i am looking to make money here, and i'm not out to screw people...

This stock will return to where its at as it balances itself out. The price has been raised and has stuck there for 2 weeks now. Uptrend has happened for a whoile and it will continue. Lots of selling at the end natural to occur on Friday with the end of the trading week. I see it balancing itself out between 6 and 8 and holding there. Lot of long held sellers are out now should free up buyers and keep and even keel between them and the sellers. If Herta wins the race this weekend this stock will move fast and strong to a dime. You guys just got to watch it. Ive been riding free shares and have sold at diffrent points .065 and .085. Still got a core of my shares at .033. Use strategy for getting in and out. Keep a heads up on this stock because it is volatile. But definitely many plus sides to this company.

stockcharts .com this stock has been overbought for awhile. it's pretty risky to be buying in the overbought territory IMO. like i said yesterday - sell at 0.08 IMO.

Its 6:53 EST, and I just got off the phone w/ David Keaveney, CE0 of MSEP. He was very reassuring and down to earth. He assured me that this dip today has nothing to do w/ the company or its operations and they are having more success than ever. If you are feeling nervous AT ALL, I highly recommend you give him a call and hear what he has to say.
I DEFINITELY am not going to sell. This one will do great.

happy birthday Abram...

i want to restate that i don't think this co. is a POS....( but i don't KNOW either way)

the charts look great, and the retracement is expected....

until we get a share structure? we are in the dark....

this is not much different from a pinksheet right now, the real difference being that we WILL get a filing and we will know the share structure...

when i suggested that you look at form 4's i was NOT suggesting that an insider DUMPED...(cuz i don't know what that trade was)

i was suggesting that a form 4 would clarify what it was....

if an insider bought more on the open market?
that would be a good thing wouldn't it? LOL

quit assuming that hot stocks readers are all newbie idjits....

the charts SEEM to indicate a stable share structure at the moment

this isn't ragging bull...you NEED balanced evaluation to make informed decisions....
